Would give a negative 5 star if I could. This is the only chipotle in my area so I have given it numerous chances at varying times of day and week for the past year. My experience has been the same each time. They are out of at least 3-4 things every single time I've been whether that be add ons or proteins. Do not even try to get lettuce. You will get 5 shreds. The rest of the meal is out of proportion as well, if you order online you could inventory the stock in their fridge just based on your bowl or burrito contents and the vastly different ratios, skimping on what they clearly are running low on. And again I would like to emphasize they will always be out and/or low on product. If you dare to order online, expect to wait double the time to receive your order if you receive it at all. Their system is in disarray and you may stand at the online order pick up without being addressed by any staff member until you decide to give up. If you attempt at a refund, good luck and have fun with the automated system that's only available during business hours, not dinner hours. If you're lucky, they have been known to place incorrect items in your pick up bag with your sticker on it so you could get someone else's order completely, at least you're eating. The employees have clearly given up. In a bad situation and probably tired of being harassed by disgruntled guests, they have no sense of hospitality or urgency. This is confirmed when you are being held captive waiting for your order and you end up overhearing their conversations. And let me tell you, those conversations don't bode well for getting your order. However you make your attempt, online or in store in line, just don't. It's not worth it. It will make you question how a chain operation with a simple concept for putting food together could go so wrong. Lack of employees? Lack of product? Poor planning or ingredient ordering? Management? It's probably all the above. This store is clearly neglected and needs to be resuscitated, don't get involved stay clear. If this review makes it to corporate I would not like a link to make another review. You are aware of the problem, this has been going on for at least a year if not longer. Get in there and fix this chipotle that desperately needs support. read more

Waited over 45minutes They're out of multiple add ons / main items but will still charge you for it and when asking about the charges for the add on and sides not received , they tell you to call an 800 number to contact corporate. Employees have no urgency to catch up on orders , standing around or laughing with each other . Many employees walked away from their stations and did not return for at least 5-7 minutes. The food is delicious everytime I've gotten it. Although, they close far too early with no notice except a piece of paper on the door. I normally get a quesadilla, which is an item you can only order online. But everytime I try to order online, it says "Can't submit order. Find a different Chipotle or try again later." Mind you, it's not even 6pm. There has been one time I've gone to the restaurant after that message and they are open. They said that they weren't doing online orders, which doesn't make sense. I feel like nowadays that would be roughly half of their customers. Is it a staffing issue? They are the only Chipotle on the west side of the Puget Sound, I feel like they would be fairly successful. I've heard that they are putting another Chipotle in East Bremerton. But if they can't even handle one Chipotle in Silverdale, how would they manage another one and keep it staffed, if that's even the issue? I really hope they turn things around. read more

I love chipotle, but not this chipotle. Every time I have come here, I have had the most rude service. I really don't expect them to be super friendly or anything, but they always have an attitude! I used to work in fast food and I understand that it's difficult but that's not my fault as the customer. They are almost always out of multiple items. If you order online, good luck getting your food put together nicely. There was food all over the outside of my container. It was also missing multiple things that I had asked for in my bowl with barely any of the chicken. I never leave reviews but this chipotle seriously needs to get it together! it really sucks too because it's one of my favorite places to eat. Tonight when I ordered my bowl, there were still almost 2 hours until closing and they cited closing soon as the reason why so many of the items weren't available. I really hope that one day I can feel confident enough to place a mobile order and know that I'm getting all of what I ordered. This location will typically put a sign on their door if they're out of something (ice, sour cream, guac, etc) but the last several times I had picked up a mobile order my bowl was always missing one or more ingredients. This last time was the worst because there was no sign on the door so I wasn't expecting my order to be missing lettuce, corn salsa & guac. They currently charge over $2 for each order of guac, I had two bowls with guac & no one bothered to credit my account the amount for not actually having guac for my order. Sure, I can spare $5 & some change to your establishment but it's the principal. I visited right after they opened - 10:46 AM. Service was great & personal. The food created as desired. The staff was engaging, and this old man can be innocently obnoxious at times (so my children tell me ;-). All Chipotle's menu is limited (in case you have never been). It's a quick service menu with locally sourced ingredients. Tacos (3), burrito (huge) or Bowl is priced by the meats you choose: Barbados on the high end & where my tastes lay ($7.70), And chicken on the less expensive end ($6.70). There can be some upcharges (guacamole- $1.95 :: a little rich for my blood), and chips have a charge as well. But, I have been to more than I can count, and this location is as good as they come. Arrived a little after 1100, and was informed that steak and white rice were not available for another hour (?). I'm not sure how that happens not even one hour into the shift. Additionally, with the ingredients that I was compensated with, they were not the same portion sizes as requested. The burritos are so good! We particularly love the Barbacoa with Cilantro Lime rice, pinto beans, cheese and salsa. It's delicious every time. The employees however, are a different story. Our total was $20.58, so my husband gave her a $20.00 bill and .60 cents. The girl at the register told us she can't give us any change. So he told her to keep the two pennies. She said she could not do that because it would " mess up the entire system" forcing us to search my purse and his pockets for change, which luckily we did have. But what if we weren't able to come up with the exact change? Would have they told us ' Sorry- no food for you today?' This restaurant is incredibly slow with getting pick up orders ready. It took 45-60 minutes for people to receive their orders tonight. Orders were mixed up on 2 occasions. Mine took 45+ minutes. I ordered a bowl. The rice was cold, no fajita veggies like I ordered. Steak was warm. The pico de gallo was incredibly spicy hot. It has not been hot like that in the past. The queso and chips were lukewarm warm. As well as the coke. The music was incredibly loud and no one could hear names being called out. There were at least 8 orders or more behind. The tables were dirty upon arrival as well as floor. There was no place to wait. It was an awful experience and when I tried to ask what was going on, the staff were rude and got told to deal with it in the app. First off I don't have the app and se I ordered from webpage. I couldn't cancel the order so I had to wait an incredibly long time to deal with substandard service and sadly not well prepared food. I wouldn't recommend this place. read more

For me, the rice is the base of my burrito bowl, so when I ordered one tonight I was so disappointed that the rice was not cooked. I was biting into grits of rice...totally set me off. We order online and everytime it's more disappointing. $4 for extra meat is such BS when you get like 3 more pieces of steak. Love the food but the staffing model for this place leads one to question. All kinds of employees behind the counter performing very specific jobs. Walked in , one person on the line, also on the line was a guy cleaning the tortilla warmer right in front of us, all I could think about was how I did not want my tortillas placed in the steamer as he was not rinsing the towel he was using. The other thought I had was why is he doing this with a long line and one person serving us. Where is the manager and why isn't the this young man's work redirected to help. Eventually he jumped in to help. When I finally got to the cashier and announced I wanted chips and queso I was told it would be 15 minutes, I passed as I had already been standing in line too long. Love their food, flavorful and healthy portions, however it's the customer service that prevents me from return. Long lines and not enough personnel on the front line. This place does not appear to be short staffed, restructuring the staff plan appears to be the solution. In addition to the sub par food, You were out of chips so decided instead of simply refunding the $5.85 you would instead provide and extra pomegranate cherry juice ($2.80). The first time I had food from this Chipotle was earlier this year. I finally gave myself a chance to stop in and look the place over for myself. It's very large but it was very empty. This was at peak lunch time yet locals and other customers were filling up other restaurants within this shopping center. The two people waiting behind the food serving line were very friendly, and helpful, since this was my first time ordering from any Chipotle. They quickly served up my choices and made sure that I was given enough steak for a double portion (which was a mistake only in that I shouldn't have ordered that much meat). When I got my order home, my wife was hungry and tore into her 3 chicken tacos with cilantro-lime brown rice, fresh tomato salsa, pinto beans, romaine lettuce, guacamole, and sour cream, eating most of it. She said that it was good. She's already made the Chipotle guacamole (from a downloaded recipe available on their website and on the paper they wrap meals in), and it's the best guac we've ever had. I had a bowl with double steak, and everything else the same as what my wife ordered, except that the hot Tomatillo-Red Chili Salsa, and left off the romaine lettuce. Yes, that salsa is indeed hot and spicy. As for the meat, it was cubed and tasty but there was a larger percentage of meat with gristle than I prefer. Having made similar dishes at home with skirt steak I know how difficult it can be to avoid pieces of gristle from making it into a dish. I liked everything that I had ordered, except for those tough pieces of meat. There was so much food I had enough left for another lunch a few days later. Overall, the food at Chipotle was indeed tasty but was it worth the over $20 I paid for the two orders? I don't think so. The food is good but not exceptional. From my one visit it appeared the place is managed well but then there were hardly any customers in the place. But what will keep my wife and I from going back to Chipotle are its ongoing and very disturbing corporate issues: E.coli, hacking, management/employee...Chipotle keeps making the news but for all the wrong reasons. I don't want to give my money to a company apparently run as poorly as this one. Having the best guacamole around just isn't reason enough to patronize the chain, especially now that we can easily make that same guac at home. read more
