Just had a party for 20 catered via this location and it was AWSOME!!!! Food was hot and tasty...super professional and TONS of extras. Service was great and food was ready to go on time. Great carrying containers provided. Perfect meal for 20 hungry ski coaches. Great job! read more

I love coming to this Chipotle (the only one we have in Summit ha). I tend to visit at least every two weeks if not once a week. Always a good choice, and I think somewhat healthier than other fast food place in the county. read more

Food is good because it's Chipotle of course. Staff was less than good. One girl didn't even respond to me when I requested guacamole. I guess it wasn't her job - she just looked at me and moved onto the next in line. I had to repeat myself to the cashier to get the guac. The gentlemen in front of me was a firefighter and was annoyed at being charged for additional toppings. Then I overhear the cashier tell him that they no longer offer discounts to firefighters only police! How sad. read more

We are big fans of Chipotle. We love the freshness of their food and the choices you have. This Chipotle is amazing, however. Whenever we have been here there has been a huge line. That isn't a problem, though, because their service is amazing. If the line is to the door, you will only have to wait for 5 minutes, I promise! read more

Never disappointed with Chipotle but this one has a good vibe with all employees. They are extra happy to give you the best food out there. The smiles are genuine! Even the guy who was cleaning the burrito shell heater was happy and proud of his result (I'm in the service industry so I pay attention to these details). I always tell my kids, I don't care what you do but when you do, do it well. We went back twice on our trip. read more

This is my favorite Chipotle in the world. I stop here after skiing and snowboarding often and always get great service and food. The staff is friendly and the place is clean. Large queso and chips for $5:45 is insane. Chips are stale and the queso is not good. Tasted like sawdust mixed with yogurt. Total rip off.

I love the food and the service its always really great, but I found it down right disgusting that the new General manager (who started a few months ago, I here) discontinued uniform discounts. They now only offer them to Police, not firefighters or paramedics. Living in summit county is expensive enough and our firefighters and paramedics deserve the discount. not to mention they have been getting it since chipotle first opened in Silverthorne. its too bad the new GM is not from the county, a local would never had done something like that. Chipotle should really have someone running their store that is more educated on summit county culture. the locals are the only people that get you through the off season, its best not to alienate them. the saddest thing about it is that its silly for them to cut the firefighters and paramedics out because now they have lost all that business, and those guys have been eating there on a daily basis for years. Incredible service, the staff is some of the nicest I've met. Truly care about the customer's experience, and of course the food is superb.

Piss poor service. Several on staff appear too stoned to make a burrito. We asked for a plastic fork for the salad we got...no effort was made to find us one. So we got under the condiment/soda cabinets ourselves to no avail. All the utensil holders had spoons. The staff sat there watching us dig through the cabinets and did nothing. If you're too stoned to work, call in sick. You wasting everyone's time. Stay away from these clowns. read more

The girls putting together the orders were very rude & rushed even though we were the only people in line. They didn't let us even get the sentence out that we wanted our sauce on the side instead of in the bowl.... when she realized she made the mistake she did not give us the option to fix it. We also had to ask them repeatedly what they were saying because the music was so loud. They were getting angry with us because we couldn't hear them. Ok so I've tried this place twice. The first time I ended up with gastro intestinal difficulties I wasn't sure it was this place. So about two weeks later I returned and the next day I was struck yet again with intestinal difficulty. This time lasting a day and a half. I want to say that I love chipotle, love! but it seems they're still having problems with their sanitation protocols. That said, I think that's it for CMG for me; I'm not going through that again. Worst chipotle i had ever gone to. They cared more about moving the line fast rather than making me a quality burrito. The steak was cold and red inside, and the rice was extreemly dry and crumbly. Next, the guy asked what salsa, and i said hot, and he imediatly puts on medium and slides it down and it was wrapped before i could even tell them they messed up. We've been loyal Chipotle customers for a decade. Have come to the Chipotle in Longmont, CO every Friday night for the past 5yrs spending about $20-25 every time. Came to the Silverthorne location when driving through to go to Steamboat and spent $35 on our normal meal which usually costs $22. My son gets the quesadilla kids meal with two sides of white rice then topped with sour cream, cheese, and salsa so they charged us for 3 sides which no where states on the menu that they charge for those 3 items nor the price for those items. I really got charged a side price for a sprinkle of cheese, a tiny dollop of sour cream and a spoon full of mild salsa?! Then at the end they didn't give me a receipt to show what all I got charged for. They also grunted and groaned and were very rude when I told them I've never gotten charged for those 3 items at any other Chipotle, which is very true!! Sorry don't know how loyal we can be anymore. read more
