This chipotle disappoints me every time. I love their food, but the staff doesn't even know how to wrap a burrito. Every time, they do it wrong and want to double wrap it, the area where they are preparing the food is not clean, there are ingredients laying around even around the cashier's area , it's not sanitary and it's scary. They never have the ingredients, and act rude about it. How hard is it really to keep an area cleaned, to learn how to do a job that you do over and over, and to keep the kitchen stocked when you have enough crew just standing around. I see poor management, poor hiring and poor training. I have been to chipotle in other cities and states and never have had such a terrible experience as the ones in Rochester. I used to live in SE and go to the Se chipotle and that one was decent, but not great, they always ran out of ingredientes too, now I go to the NW and this one is just horrible. I tried going recently in the afternoon on a Sunday and had a better experience for one day in like 4 years, I went back a week after and again it was back to being its horrible self again. I have tried to give it a chance so many times and when I go in, I leave disappointed and the whole experience ruins enjoying their flavorful food every single time. They need to get it together! This chipotle is the slowest Chipotle I have ever been to by far. Several times the wait has been so long we have left and eaten Wendy's across the street. The problem has existed prior to Covid and the problem seems to be understaffing at key times (weekends...how hard can that be to figure out that people flood to the mountains on the weekend for a company founded in Colorado?). My boyfriend and I visited this location on 8/3, the wait time was it's usual mile long line. We frequent Chipotle maybe 1/week, we have a problem and well aware of it. We were really disappointed in the quality of food and the cleanliness of the location. We both didn't finish our food, the guac. in my burrito tasted like MOLD! Not to mention, the staff was unorganized and beyond rude. My boyfriend is working in Breck for the next month or so and we will not be returning. We'll be spreading the word too. I have been to one of these before, they were good. However, I forgot how overwhelming the choices were. Let's see, on the tortillas, there were three sets of questions: First option: Crunchy or soft Second option: Corn or Flour Third Option: I can't remember, I just remember being amazed at the amount of options. This place has the absolute WORST customer service. The cooks were yelling with smart mouths, and there was such a language barrier with one women. Don't try to order things on the side, because it's an act on congress. They told me to take my mask off so they could hear me, then the cook yelled saying I had to put it back on. That's fine because of COVID, however, I told them that they told me to take it down and the remark was, "maybe you should speak up then". They didn't have steak, which was fine, but they were rude about it. I had asked a worker for silverware, and she said, "do you really need it". Never will I go back. NEVER. read more

I have enjoyed coming here for a while. I always get the same thing a mixed chix/steak burrito bowl with no rice, pinto beans and guacamole and sour cream. I LOVE the Nantucket drinks!!! The peach orange or mango orange banana are great. There was a mango pineapple that I miss. Trying to track it down. They use to have a customer appreciation card but they don't offer it anymore. They did finally add queso sauce and they have chorizo meat too. I prefer Chipotle over the other place...heck, I cannot recall the name even! I have always preferred Qdoba over Chipotle but since Qdoba in Silverthorne can hardly keep their doors open these Covid days, I am forced to come here. Several times I have gotten a chicken burrito and every time it has been a disaster. They never give you enough rice, it's only like half a spoonful and they do not drain the beans or pico de Gallo so it's just a wet mess. They do not wrap and close their burritos correctly so every time you open the foil, it's not like you can properly eat it like a burrito. My hands were DRIPPING. When I asked them to remake my burrito because it was inedible and completely falling apart I got back in line but the staff acted like nothing was wrong and did not acknowledge that their entire Hispanic staff does not know how to properly roll burritos. They are also so rude and trying to push you down the line so fast. My burrito was pushed so far down the line they were asking what toppings I wanted that I could not even see the toppings because there were 4 people in front of me and the cashier was a bit backed up. They need to wait until each person is helped at the right time and make sure the cashier is keeping up because it didn't look like she was.This was frustrating and the lady kept rushing me on my topping choices. She even tried to put cheese on it when I said sour cream but she was not listening. I usually make sure I ask for two foils and they are good at providing that but the cashier does not know how to wrap the burrito in foil either. Most importantly my last visit here on Sunday 4/3 I ended up with food poisoning and will not be returning for how awful this restaurant is. Please go someplace else. read more

Wow - they really need to work on service. A lot of young people working there and when the line is long they favor their friends and overfill their food. If they don't know you, you don't even get the time of day and they barely put anything in your food. This place gets really busy around lunch all year round but the line moves pretty fast. Since the difficulties their brand was experiencing about a year ago they have hired several young/younger student types. Overall they do a good job, your basic Chipotle. Prices might be slightly higher than the front range but that's true about everything up here. read more
