Haven't been to a Chipotle for a while. We were in town running a few errands and decided we needed a quick lunch. It turned out to be a decent choice. Food: Got two different rice bowls. They let you pick all the ingredients, including rice, protein, veggies, cheese, and sauces. The result is a good-sized entrée, plenty for lunch with leftovers for another meal. I got mine al pastor, which was hot and just spicy enough for me. Service: The staff did a good job putting the order together, although they weren't especially outgoing. So I travel quite a bit From WI Live in Ca and OR We eat clean and pretty healthy We look for locally sourced farm to table organic food whenever we travel. We are so blessed to do so. There are times when time travel and location we are not able to get exactly what we want. Chipotle has always been a good option when that happens Somewhat clean somewhat healthy somewhat fresh I have really never been to a chipotle I didn't like until now. Spouse went into the store with her very young little brother, asked for an item which was apparently not on the menu, instead of professionalism she was met with pure disrespect and judgement by a young African American male who went & grabbed another employee whom was a younger African American lady & proceeded to tell my spouse "tell her what you told me", which my spouse replied with what she asked for & the young lady laughed then said "umm, we don't have that..." in a very degrading manner, as well as the male. My spouse then proceeded to call the store to complain to a manager, which the manager rep replied "well what do you want me to do about it?". We want the manager to control her workers, thats what. This is the first Chipotle I have ever been to. The layout of the restaurant is very tight quarters. Seating you're right tight with everyone. We didn't have a long wait in line. The selections are limited and the portions are small and very overpriced. They also charge extra for guacamole. The queso had zero flavor. The lettuce was not fresh and quite brown. The staff however was quite friendly. The staff seemed very overwhelmed as not given much instruction. I doubt I will return or recommend it as cannot justify the cost of the meal for the portion and quality received. read more

First time ever going to a Chipotle. Long lines and 2 main meat items. Steak or Chicken. They were out of chicken, so we had to settle on steak. I had a burrito which had very little steak and mostly all rice. It was tough and chewy. My wife's taco had little bits of steak and extras not worth the expense. We won't be going back. Nearly new establishment in West Bend. I felt like I just walked into subway with the half-filled or nearly empty toppings and the little pebble-sized "carne asada." Save your money. Go to Qdoba, which is just kitty-corner from the place. 2 of these and 2 drinks for 35 bucks. What a ripoff! read more

Just went to the West Bend location and every worker in there was so nice. There was a worker named Shawn/Sean & he made the BEST chips that I've had in about 5 YEARS no exaggeration. I went back into the store to tell him how amazing those chips were and he greeted me at the counter with another bag because he thought something was wrong, but I just wanted to tell him how good they were! 5 stars from me.( I didn't take the other bag btw, but I should've with how good they were) I don't do reviews, but after going to the West Bend location today , I had to! Terrible! waited in line 30 min to be told no rice. Hubby didnt get to eat as he gets veggie bowl. They didn't even compensate people who took a bowl without the rice. Steak was chewy chip soggy. Tried again as take out. This time steak chewy again chips you could not eat as they were soggy and kinda wet. They messed up order and didn't give me salsa. They are overpriced everything is extra. At Qdoba steak is not chewy chips are not soggy and everything is included in price and price is cheaper. The Queso also had zero flavor unlike Qdoba don't waste money don't think I will be back. read more

They definitely do not deserve 1 star. A week ago, my spouse, my child, and I went in to order food. Neither of them has had Chipotle before. My child, a very picky eater eats tacos with only cheese and beef. When we came in to place our order - we ordered my child tacos with only cheese and beef. We were informed that they were out of cheese. There was no sign on the door informing us of this. They asked us if we wanted Queso instead. This would have been the first time that my child had tried Queso and there was a potential that he would not like it. However, they informed us that there would be an upcharge to give us Queso, even though they were out of shredded cheese. This was horribly handled, especially since this is a new restaurant. We decided not to place an order and went across the street to Qdoba. I highly doubt that we will ever visit the restaurant instead. However, if you are in the mood for Mexican food, visit the food truck in Menards. Order 3 steak tacos with everything on it. You will not be disappointed. read more
