Salad - the greens were wilted and old, and the salad dressing? well I can say 'what salad dressing?' I can't believe they put a few drops or maybe a teaspoon in a cup and think that's appropriate. Wow I am so ashamed of this location's Chipotle. How is it not shut down or improved by the franchise? I am so embarrassed to be a shareholder of the company. The restaurant is literally dead and the place is dirty as if it's a restaurant from the city during peak busy hours, except it's not. Ordered a chicken burrito from the app and it took them forever to make even though there were barely any customers here. Lettuce etc all over the serving area, and tables completely dirty. Worst part: the chicken burrito was freezing and guacamole unevenly spread. How is it possible that the burrito is ice cold? I've never had a chicken burrito this cold. read more

Hispanic older woman touched money and then tried to make burrito. Six women in the front area and slow line. Three women literally just standing by cash register talking. One woman mopping. An African American woman was the only one truly working. She had to nudge and remind the older Hispanic woman who kept socializing to do her job and do the second part of the order. There were at least two people cooking. The owners are trying to have enough staff so this place runs effectively but with inadequate managers that let staff hang, talk and play with money... while handling food. The woman who might have been the supervisor let them. Some guy sat at a table dividing money both bills and coins. He then went behind the counter took chiplole containers used for guac and gave to the employees who were behind the counter. The one who was making my food opened it and looked at it and touched the bills. It was very odd. I had to ask the woman who touched the money to change her gloves when she got to me. She already made others food without changing cloves. The guy then got on line. Very insanitary and behavior that I would not want going in my restaurants management should get better managers and employees. With all of those employees the place should have been running like a smooth machine but nope nope .... My fault for giving this place a chance. read more

I know it's a scam when I see one. The website and app didn't work at all and tried getting me to pay full price on Halloween. I have been to many Chipotle stores over the years and I generally have a good experience, but not this time. When my son and I arrived last Sunday we were met by a female counter who could not have delivered less customer service. We had to ask for assistance though she was standing right there. She looked past us but not at us. She never greeted us and spoke so low as to be misunderstood. When we finished paying she walked away with out thanks and did not even move the meal toward us. A restaurant that has three stars is a restaurant that I trust. Yelp has way too many fake reviews so any person with common sense only reads the 1 star reviews. Honestly, I have eaten at way too many bad restaurants that have 5 star reviews. It's a shame too because I love food but good restaurants are very hard to find. I ordered our food online. When I got home, my burrito bowl was half full. I asked for extra fajita veggies and got NONE. It looks like there was a spot where the veggies were supposed to go. My bowl was mostly full of cheese, beans and rice. On top of it the food was soooo salty I could hardly eat it. I'm so very disappointed. They had everyone waiting outside to pick up their meals, for COVID safety which was good. However, you could go in and fill your drink cup. I am so upset and unsatisfied, the workers are inconsiderate, and do not think things through. First, I came to chipotle after waiting all day, was very excited to get my favorite food. When I went up to order, they told me they were out of sour cream, lettuce, and cheese, and of course, those are the only things I add to my bowl besides rice and chicken. I ordered rice, chicken and guacamole because there was nothing else and I drove all the way and was so excited and to make my depressing bowl a little better I asked for chips and that's when they told me they were all out. so I paid $12 for absolutely nothing and it tasted so bad. I was so upset with all of this. What happens next is when I went up to get napkins five minutes later and I see sour cream filled to the brim, lettuce is completely full, cheese is overflowing, and to top it all off, three girls in front of me with bags of chips. I am so frustrated because if they would've told me they could restock in just five minutes I would have waited and I even would've waited 10 minutes, but no they did not think to tell me that but they let me order my bowl and didn't come up to me or say anything or let me know that they did restock shortly after I had to order such a terrible bowl. my issue is that this has happened several times where I've came to chipotle and they told me they were out and restocked very quickly after but that's usually only with one thing, this time it was four things. Chipotle please tell your customers if you're out of something that they could wait five minutes to get it I guarantee you they will wait that five minutes to get what they wanted. I'm not sure if this is some conspiracy by U.S government or by the Chipolte elite, but they are always missing something in my pickup orders. Numerous times have I ordered extra guacomole or chips and it has intentionally been left off. Then I ask for it as I have paid my fair share and the workers have the audacity to act like they are doing me a favor! One time would be understandable, but this has happened so many times.
