First I would like to say this is one of the best chain restraunts I have been too and I perticularly want to point out the level of service. The food is good quality they are always making fresh batches so the food isn't dried out or stale or have that it's just been sitting there taste or look. Only small nit pick would be some of the team (who may be new) could roll a better burrito. That's a small nit pick though considering how great this place other wise is. For the service. Whoever runs this establishment in Westborough should really be proud of his or her team. These guys go above and beyond to be friendly and courteous to me. They always great me with a smile and a how's it going. They hook up my burrito just the way I like it and the prices are very fair. I'm a regular at this place and they get to know you. I've been going to chipotle for years now. Just moved here to the Boston area. Tried this chipotle out the first time. Food was cold. It was unorganized and the staff unfriendly. I thought maybe a just a bad day. Returned a 2nd time. Different staff and they were all unfriendly as well and again unorganized. Chicken was again cold and the beans were soggy again. Alright so I go to this chipotle occasionally and every time I end up disappointed!!!! Their portions are small compared to every other restaurant and the chicken is ALWAYYYYSSS burnt I simply can't Handle it anymore. Westboro Chip, get it together please I have simply had enough!! They have some of the worst service you will ever see. I am appalled to see this is called a family dining experience when their hostility is nothing short of a war zone. I came in there and asked for some rice on my burrito. Turns out they were fresh out of rice so when they got more they added 18 kilos of that stuff on there. It was rice with a side of tortilla at that point. Then one of the workers had the audacity to laugh at my appearance bc I was wearing sunglasses and made a laughing stock out of name. And if taht wasn't enough the workers decided to put a little cherry on top. That didn't have any Co2 in their soda fountain station. Now this, this is what really sent me over the edge because this has happened so many times before. There is no way this place is up to code and frankly they should be shut down. The chipotle corporation should be disgusted with this horrific display of their name. One of my favorite lunch spots when I'm at work...I go here probably once a week. Portion sizes are usually huge, though I have noticed from time to time that certain workers will skimp. However, even when they skimp it is still plenty of food for me. I always make sure to get there by 11:30 so that there is no line...any time after that and the line is out the door. The staff is always friendly and they've given me free food for having to wait a couple of minutes for more steak, or whatever, to come out. And most importantly, the food is awesome...burrito bowls and crispy tacos being my favorites. My one complaint is the $2 guacamole...but if you sacrifice your $2 soda for free water from the fountain, you'll survive. read more

Wow!! Great staff, fresh food! I got hard-shell chicken tacos. Good amount of flavorful meat, very fresh toppings (I got hot salsa, corn, lettuce, cheese and sour cream). When I didn't want a drink, the cashier handed me a plastic cup and told me there was water at the soda fountain. Ample selection of Tabasco sauces to compliment your meal. The only reason they didn't get 5 stars is that I've had the beef in tacos and burritos and it's usually chewy, but I just don't order it any more. read more

I'm at the end of my rope with this location. Chipotle food is great, no issues there. However, the service at this location is ridiculous. Two months ago I went in to find they were out of grilled veggies, rice, barbacoa, and salsa, as they went to fill my order they just stood there with my empty bowl in hand. After a few minutes I asked how long it would be, they said, about 20 minutes. Yo, WHAT? I had to drive 15 minutes to another location where we were told that this store has been having issues with it's employees for some time. Thinking it's been a couple of months, and this location is nearest to me, I decided to give them another try tonight. 3/20/18. The young dark skinned kid with the perfect hair cut, working the condiments portion of the line, spent a significant amount of time talking to a friend of his in line, ignoring the 5 orders he had waiting. He attempted to tell the cashier, short dark haired girl with glasses, to hook his friend up with a discount. When she didn't respond, the kid proceeded to tell his friend "she's a b@tch" right there in front of customers. He then proceeded to fill the next 5 orders with no sense of urgency whatsoever. If you told me he had just smoked a bowl it would have made sense. With 4 people in line waiting to have their order taken, the Asian looking girl who takes the initial orders, tells this kid that she has to take a call to "get chewed out", picks up her phone that was sitting on the prep table and walks to the back... completely ignoring the fact that customers were still waiting to order. Everyone is now looking at each other wondering if this is a joke. The cashier girl is busting her butt, but is clearly agitated. Then on the way out there is a blonde employee who appears to be nodding out in the corner. Like, does this kid need to be narcanned? What is going on in this store? Chipotle, you need to pull this owner's card and fix things here quick. read more

Customer service here is amazing. Proportion wise is great and so is the prices. The meat here is a little to spicy and salty. Don't advise to bring your child here. Lots of sodium but burrito bowls are amazing. read more

I like chipotle , frequent visitor, but day by day the bowl is filled with less food, and crap food. For chicken bowl there is hardly chicken in it. Now a days the bowls are only half filled. If this is the case i would recommend going to shrewsbury location even it is little crowded there. You always get better services there. read more

Became a fan of Chipotle after going to many locations down in Florida while on vacation. Always hoping that someday it would come up to Massachusetts. Finally it has. This Chipotle is no different in design and style than the rest. It is new, so the kinks need to be worked out. I ordered a chicken burrito, with pinto instead of black beans, and the person making it gave me black by accident. They ended up giving me the guacamole for free, so can't complain, since i could go both ways on beans anyway. Overall, the burrito was slightly too large (not really a complaint usually) but when they don't wrap them properly they fall apart, and that happened to me. Usually they are solid with the wrapping. Another thing is they put way too much meat compared to the other ingredients. I like a good blend in my burritos, and while it's usually not normally bad to get more meat, this just wasn't as good. My other experiences have been fine, however. Which is why this gets a 4 star review from me. I still prefer Chipotle over Moe's or Qdoba read more

So we stopped going to Chipotle because of the food born illness issue, but recently stopped back in to give them another try. We ordered 3 burritos and a taco kit to go. When we got home, we all sat down and dug into our food. After one bite, we all realized the rice wasn't cooked enough. It was crunchy, which made the meals inedible. I called and spoke to a cashier. She said "Yea, I'm sorry about that. We have had some complaints about that tonight. Trevor knows about it". How am I supposed to know who Trevor is? Anyway, the cashier said next time you visit, they will give you a refund and a free meal. I thought that was pretty generous, and I was pretty pleased. I asked her if she wanted my name and she said no, just ask for Trevor. I said what if Trevor has the day off? She said, don't worry, we'll remember. Well, I may not go back for a month, and I will be very surprised if they remember. My fear is they won't, and I'll look like a guy who is trying to scam them out of a free meal. I would be much more comfortable if they sent me a gift card. I had a problem in the Franklin Chipotle once, and I put it in online and never heard back. So I'm a regular at this chipotle and have been to several others for years. I've had a number of problems with this place lately and today was the final straw. I order my food online and usually show up a few minutes later than I said so they have it ready. Usually, it is. But 90% of the time the food is incorrect or something is added that I don't ask for. I always find this out too late and it doesn't bother me much but still, shouldn't happen all the time. Most of the time the food is great and fresh but the service is bad. Not terrible, but bad. Today I had two bowls I ordered online and I showed up later than I said (like 10 mins) and it wasn't ready. They assembled it after I got there. I sat down to eat it at work, and I got RAW steak instead of barbacoa. I would have eaten it and I usually like my steak medium but this was gross and cold. I had to go back to have them remake it. So I had to use my break time to go back there. I didn't say anything else, just said thanks. They made it again, said sorry and I was on my way. This was definitely the last straw. I hear people almost always get coupons for a free burrito and other stuff but I have never gotten anything like that from this chipotle, even after my constant business and tips. I spent an enormous amount of money on this place because I wanted to support it, but I'm done. Ill be going to Malborough or Shrewsbury from now on. read more
