Incorrect orders no extra amount of rice or cheese, hardly any steak.

This place sucks.... I ordered two adult meals and two kids meals and they screwed them up. They never provided the apple juices and chips. I also had a second order for chips and guacamole. They never gave me a large bag but instead provided me two cups fulls of chips. Absolute morons. They gave me a hard time and my wife for correcting order. You have to wave to get someone's attention - they must not like people. They rolled their eyes. So FU and I'll be contacting the corporate office.

It had lots of fresh mashed potatoes on top, ground beef and corn. I was surprised by the corn's presence and absence of peas and carrots. It was still really tasty, just a bit unexpected. My friend got an omelette with 3 pancakes. The pancakes had a bit of a tough texture on one side, but still good. We got an order of fried shrimp that was excellent with some delicious cocktail sauce. Service from Mary was very friendly, welcoming, and pleasant. While the building is dated, it is authentic and was a joy to visit. My friend was well prepared with cash as it is a cash-only establishment.

Upon walking inside, you'll immediately feel like you've gone back in time. It gives off a very classic, old-fashioned diner feel, with booth seating and red stools along the counter. Important to note that this place is cash only. Lobster and other seafoods are advertised as their specialty both online and within the restaurant. I never had a lobster roll before, and unfortunately, this place made me think lobster rolls were mediocre and overrated (and then I had my life changed by lobster rolls from other places). FOOD: Lobster Roll (6 oz.) (2.75/5) - I opted for mine to be served warm with butter. It came with a side of slaw and very generous portion of onion rings and fries. The lobster roll itself was lukewarm and the melted butter came on the side in a small plastic cup. (I was expecting for the butter to be more incorporated.) The lobster sat on a small bed of cut lettuce. The lettuce wasn't of the freshest quality as some pieces tasted strangely bitter. The lobster was a tad rubbery, and everything was overall bland to me. I found myself reaching for the salt shaker more than would have wanted to. SERVICE: I believe a new hire was getting trained during my visit, so it was a bit clumsy. However, I found it rather charming. They are all very warm people, and you can tell that this is a family owned establishment, which is why I really wanted to like this place. TLDR// Unfortunately, did not have the greatest first lobster roll experience here. Hopefully, I went on an off day or I was better off ordering something else.

Rather than offering a large selection, the restaurant emphasizes consistency and freshly prepared food. We walked into a clean, well maintained space that was busy but organized, with a steady flow of customers moving through the line and a dining room that stayed comfortable even as it filled up. It is the kind of place to visit when you are craving crispy fried chicken without having to sort through an overwhelming menu. The chicken sandwich was the highlight of our visit. The chicken was hot, juicy, and cooked to order with a crispy coating that stayed crunchy throughout the meal. The toasted bun, crisp lettuce, and Cane's Sauce complemented the chicken without overpowering it, making for a straightforward but satisfying sandwich. The signature Cane's Sauce is what really ties everything together, adding a tangy, peppery flavor that pairs well with both the sandwich and the fries. The sides are simple but solid. The crinkle-cut fries are lightly seasoned, the Texas toast is buttery and soft with a crisp exterior, and the coleslaw provides a refreshing contrast to the fried chicken. While the menu is limited, everything works well together and feels intentionally designed rather than offering unnecessary extras. Service was quick despite the restaurant being busy, and the food arrived fresh from the kitchen. The dining room was clean and well maintained, though this location can become crowded during peak meal hours. Even with the steady flow of customers, the staff kept the line moving efficiently, and the team handled the volume with a practiced rhythm that kept the experience smooth. Overall, Raising Cane's delivers exactly what it promises: fresh chicken, simple sides, and a signature sauce that has become a fan favorite. The chicken sandwich was an excellent choice, and the consistent quality makes it an easy option whenever we are looking for a reliable fast food meal.

They're crispy in the outside, tender and moist inside, and not greasy at all. The fries are great, and the Texas toast and Cole slaw are very tasty too. They have great team too- always glad to help and very friendly. What seals it for me is that they continue to have strong policies and support for diversity, equality, and inclusion in the face of fascist government messaging. I respect this IMMENSELY and would not eat here otherwise.

This was about 6pm on a Friday night and there were plenty of tables and seats at the bar. We sat at the bar. This was our first time in here so we stuck with our usual order - enchiladas for my lovely wife and a burrito for me. My wife ordered the "Big Rancho Enchilada" which was a "Soft flour tortilla filled with rice and refried beans with your choice of shredded chicken (which she had), ground beef, or chunks of pork in a chile verde sauce, topped with enchilada sauce, melted cheese, lettuce, tomato, sour cream, and guacamole." Not that I'm an expert but I haven't seen an enchilada filled with rice and beans before. So, that's different, not really authentic. My wife asked for them to skip the beans as she's not a fan. I ordered the Rancho Burrito which was a "Soft flour tortilla filled with rice, refried beans, and your choice of shredded chicken, ground beef (which I had) or chunks of pork in a chile verde sauce topped with our own red mild sauce, melted cheese, lettuce, tomato, sour cream, and guacamole." Yeah, except for the sauce, the enchilada and the burrito are the same exact item! The food tasted good but it's no better than the average Mexican restaurant fare, The issue we both had was the scant amount of meat in our "burritos". I had more ground beef outside of the tortilla than inside. Both items were like 95% rice and I only found 5 beans in my burrito. In addition, I asked for some house made hot sauce/salsa. They brought out something but it wasn't hot and had an unidentifiable flavor. Because this was our first time and we only tried 2 items we may try again. But with many much better Mexican restaurants in the area, probably not.
