This location is the bottom of the barrel. Orders are always late, service is slow and indifferent. I had a hair in my food the last time I picked up from here. The meat is always dry and overcooked, sometimes over seasoned. It's been bad here for a couple of years and the decline preceded the pandemic. Been here three times and so far it is my favorite Chipotle. The portions were good (sometimes I feel stiffed on the meat at other Chipotles but this one is spot on). FYI, the chicken here has tasted more spicy than normal which I liked but know other people might not. But complement I can give is that I didn't know who the manager was when we ordered. You know how you can tell someone obviously cares a lot more about their work while everyone else seems to hate their job? This is one of my favorite Mexican food! I always order my favorite beef burrito. One of the issues i have is the amount of time i am waiting online. On my lunch break i would love to go there and grab a burrito, but the amount of time i need to wait to order will be the majority of my break. ( ordering over the phone my burrito is never satisfying and miss an ingredient) I always need to ask for another scoop of rice otherwise my burrito doesn't seem as full. This place just turned what should've been nothing into a nuisance that I had deal with over 3 days. Placed an online order for a specified time and arrived there 15 minutes after that time. Turns out the order had never printed. Had to be somewhere so couldn't wait but was driving back shortly so asked if I could pick it up later. When i found out I couldn't make it called to cancel before they made it, they said I had to come in for a refund, I said I couldn't. They said they couldn't refund over the phone (what?) and would get back to me that night. Didn't and I called the next day and they said they'd have to email corporate if I couldn't come in which I still couldn't. Didn't call back the next day so spoke to another manager. Corporate finally sent receipt next day. No phone call or VM from them. Most importantly, they made it seem like I was the one who messed up, only one manager said thank you/I'm sorry the others made it seem like they were doing an extra service. When I had to wait 15 min for an online order at Clark the manager apologized and gave me a free burrito. Here they expect you to thank them. I don't do that at my job and don't expect others to do so to me. That aside, their portions are tiny Clark's burritos are at least 1 1/2 times bigger. Also, the street parking is impossible so expect to spend 5-10 searching for a spot or double park. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered online, a quesadilla and two bowls, chips and sides. A 55 dollar order. Was placed at 7:30 for a 7:50 pick up. Pick up my order, while unpacking the order I see no quesadilla. Silly me, I must have forgotten it there. I tried to call the restaurant on my way back to get it. When I got there I asked if I had forgotten something. They replied we ran out of cheese so we couldn't make it. I then get a call from home saying our bowls were missing half the ingredients. They ran out of most ingredients to make the order. They told me to get a refund online for the quesadilla. Why would they charge me for something I never got, or At least not automatically refund me. Let alone let me walk out of there with no heads up to the situation. and the order that we did get was essentially half of what we ordered. I would have not paid 55 dollars for this if I knew what I was actually getting. I REFUSE to ever go in this place again. This location clearly has some management issues; it is easily the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. I went there 4 times and only ordered once. Every time I go there the place discourages me from ordering- that says everything you need to know. The food in the trays looks just bad- they NEVER have enough, whatever little they have looks dry and unappealing. Personally, I avoid this Chipotle at all costs bc they never gave me enough of anything. They give maybe 1/2 of what other chipotles give. I can never finish a burrito bowl at any other chipotles (usually I can only finish half and then I'm soooo full), but here, I finished my bowl and was still hungry for more! This place has gone downhill. Last few times the portions were lacking and the quality was awful. I have even had to point out that they completely miss putting the protein ingredients on my sons tacos which are basically plain to begin with. Try to avoid this location if possible particularly after hours. Either they don't pay the staff that well or employees just don't like working there.
