Right on the Beltline, Chiringa was an easy spot to get to and really a first option. The staff was very nice, the space plays good music and has slot of seating. The food was good. I got a burger and Mac and cheese. The Mac was very cheesy just needed a bit more salt. Lemonade was good.

I ended up going when they first opened so I didn't really mean to go there but I decided to stop in because I hadn't been. I stopped in just for a quick drink on the way to something else along the belt line. It was actually pretty cool. The bartenders there were really, really cool and we had a good time. I only got a drink or two so I can't give a full review of the food or anything like that but it is a really good spot on the belt line to kick back at. You'll go on the Beltline but you have to park. As you know in this area there really isn't a whole lot of parking unless you want to find free parking along the street or pay for a lot or parking structure. If you've been to the Beltline you already know that. It's right at the underpass so you can walk down the steps and you can't miss it. It's pretty distinctive because it has the biggest patio in that area. You go into the patio area and then you'll walk into the bar or the restaurant and they'll take care of you. It's a great place if you want to be outside because it's a very open space to be outside and sit. Just keep in mind that there is no actual covering or awning so if you do happen to go outside and it starts to rain then that could be an issue. Like I said I stopped in and got two drinks and I was pretty much it so I don't have any opinion on anything else as far as the food goes. All the other drinks are pretty good and the service there was pretty cool and I would probably go back in there again and try to give it a valid review.

The food was phenomenal. My family got the blackened chicken sandwich, the kids chicken tenders which had a good amount of food, grilled shrimp tacos and to share fried pickles. The service was amazing it was self seating which is nice! The food was quick and delicious, overall a great experience would recommend for families!

I went on a day when they had half off wings, and they were soooo good! I got wings and a side of plantains. Upset that the side order of plantains only gives you 4. I also got a water, but their water didn't taste good. This is such a cute little spot on the Beltline. I love the open patio. Friendly staff.

Food was great, had the lobster roll on a brioche hot dog bun with fries, carribbean jerk wings and plantain. Fries were seasoned well, lobster was really good, they give you a healthy portion. Chicken was falling off the bone after the first bite. Service was excellent from the food runner, who brought our food out to the management staff who checked on us and took our empty trays. Vibes on lively, we sat outside, they had music playing, people were coming and going.

Perfect place on the beltline to grab some drinks. The bartenders were SO nice and SO fun. The drinks are definitely on the sweet side, but the frozen options are perfect for a hot day in Atlanta! They have a good size indoor space and lots of outdoor seating on picnic tables as well. We had a group of 10 and it was perfect.

Sadly underwhelmed by our first visit to Chiringa, although I understand they are still new and things are likely being worked out. This area on the beltline is great and there is ample outdoor seating which is perfect for the weather this time of year. Great layout. Service was a little bit of a mess. We were lined up to order at the registers but the staff kept calling people forward to order that weren't in the ordering line, so we were cut multiple times and ended up waiting about 20 minutes to order in a line that would've been 5 minutes or less anywhere else. Once we were seated, the wrong orders were brought over and part of it forgotten until we were nearly ready to leave. We started off with the chips and salsa which is 1) expensive for chips and salsa and 2) SO so bad and bland. Do not order this - tastes like they just put plain diced tomatoes in a bowl with nothing else, + chips were cold (not fresh, maybe from a bag?) and had no salt on them Highlight of this spot for me is that they have gluten free chicken fingers which is a rare find. They were fine and there were 5+ of them on the plate for $15. Their honey mustard is way too sour (?) to enjoy with chicken fingers, so order a different sauce for dipping (they have a ton of options here!) Otherwise, one person at our table had a stale bun on their chicken sandwich and some of the strawberries at the bottom of my seasonal fruit cup were actually rotten. Plantains were the highlight of the meal. Might return and give it another chance once they hopefully streamline some of the issues that come with opening, but not anytime soon.

Lobster roll was really good (yes I had them warm mine) and they gave an extra side of warm butter. I will definitely be back to order again. Service was amazing and I have no complaints!

This was a cute spot while walking the beltline. I ordered the shrimp tacos. I later found out they were spicy. I had to send them back and the young lady at the register was so kind and understanding. I settled for the shrimp basket. It was really good. I will be back

If you are gluten free or intolerant, you should check this place out! I've tried a few different things here, but the best part is that I can indulge in delicious fried foods that I normally don't get to enjoy at most other restaurants. My last visit, I tried the crab & shrimp fritters, which were a 12/10! Get a couple extra sauces, because they make them in house and each one is amazing! They also have a gluten free beer and their frozen margarita should not be overlooked. Location is also beautiful and they have a nice patio area on the belt line which is great for people watching or just to take a nice stroll before or after.

I didn't realize that the two were connected! FYI, if you sit downstairs, you'll be seated next to where the live music performers will be playing, so it will be louder there. As for the drinks, I tried the Zombie. I loved it so much, I ordered a second one instead of trying a different one! It tasted sweet and slightly tropical with the rum and spiced liqueur. It also had some absinthe, which I was worried about when I first ordered it since I hate the taste of it (not a big fan of black licorice flavors), but I didn't taste it at all! Our server, Robert, was fantastic--attentive without being overbearing. He made great recommendations and was happy to move us from a small table to a more comfortable booth when we asked. They offer a wide variety of alcoholic drinks, but we opted for "Mocktail #2," which was pink, fruity, and refreshing with watermelon, mint, and lime soda. We started with the Chargrilled Louisiana Oysters, which were perfectly cooked and absolutely delicious--honestly, the best I've ever had. The Volcano Roll was also great--generous in size and perfect for sharing. It's listed as having "spicy crab," but I didn't find it spicy at all (a plus for me!). If you want more heat, wasabi is served on the side. For entrees, I had the Salmon Teriyaki and my husband had the Braised Beef. My salmon was perfectly cooked and came with fluffy white rice and mixed vegetables. But he definitely won the entree round--his beef was tender, flavorful, and served with what tasted like sweet mashed potatoes (the menu said red potatoes). The glazed carrots were slightly firm but still tasty. To top it all off, we were served a mini chocolate cake with whipped vanilla icing--soft, rich, and perfect for sharing. The inside isn't the largest resource been to, but has plenty of seating. The atmosphere is relaxed and we saw people dressed up and down. Overall, we had a great experience. First, I tried to see the menu online but quickly found there are a lot of menus and they change, so you can't really know what they're serving. They had just five entrees to pick from, and none were very appetizing. Each was over-engineered, too. They were good about asking about allergies, but if you're traveling and careful about introducing new things to your diet, maybe this place isn't for you. They do have a steak. At $200, it's made for the entire table. You can't just get a steak, even though they clearly have steak. Frankly, a lot of the menu was just gross. Sweetbreads, steak tartare, veal. We picked a chicken plate with potatoes. The potatoes were fine. The chicken was very dry. I asked for iced tea. "We don't serve tea products" was the response. WTF? And while the cocktail and wine choices seemed numerous, the beer was extremely limited. We just stuck with water. Then there was the service. The staff were polite and prompt, but some of the habits were just deeply weird. They kept coming by and folding our napkins. Like, you get up, use the bathroom (an unmarked door adjacent to the kitchen), come back, and somebody has picked up your napkin, the one you've been touching your face with, folded it with their bare hands, and left it there. Look, servers roll silverware and I'm no germophobe, but we really don't need more people touching my napkin throughout the meal, do we? This carried over to other staff who would randomly stop by to clear plates and wipe the table down while we all had to stop talking, watch them replace perfectly clean silverware with new perfectly clean silverware, and then leave. Always with new people. None of this makes it a bad restaurant. It's probably exactly what some people are looking for. It just isn't for me.
