The gentleman who assisted us during our lunch was wonderful and full of jokes. Great customer service experience from start to finish. For bites, we started with the guacamole and, woah. That was some delicious guac and the complimentary salsas were so fresh! I just wish they gave more because they were just delicious. I kept it simple with my entree, opting for tacos: asada, pollo and barbacoa. The barbacoa wasn't my top fave taco, but the asada and pollo? Fireeee. Especially with a bit of the salsa on top. The ribeye taco was amazing and the octopus risotto was fantastic. I enjoyed the carne alteña and dessert as well. The dinner was executed beautifully ! When the appetizer arrived, we still didn't have utensils or napkins, so I had to get up and ask for them myself. Our drinks didn't arrive until we were almost finished with the appetizer. At that point, expecting our tacos to come out soon, we ordered two more drinks. After waiting quite a while longer, I asked the waitress how much longer the tacos would take, and she simply said the kitchen was busy. About 30 minutes later, a server finally brought food out from the kitchen -- but it turned out to be for the table next to us, even though they had been seated roughly 30 minutes after we arrived. The other table recognized the order and had to ask us to hand over the plates. At that point, we decided to cut our losses and asked for the check so we could pay for the drinks and appetizer and leave. Unfortunately, we left still hungry, and the evening ended with a very frustrated date and a completely disappointing dining experience.
