Recently we've noticed that they've changed how they prepare the chicken and are giving much smaller portions. We called to complain as we felt ripped off by how little chicken was sent in the entrees and the manager advised that we weren't the only people to complain and the changes were the owner's doing. But upon further inspection-- the chicken cutlet was rubbery, the lettuce and tomatoes were brown/mealy. Then they also completely forgot to include the dressing.
