When we first arrived, I was reading the reviews when a waitress abruptly placed the menus back on the counter, which left a negative first impression. My husband considered leaving, but I decided we should stay and give it a chance. Thankfully, our experience improved when Daisy became our server. She had a great attitude from the start--friendly, attentive, and professional. When my steak was undercooked and visibly rare, she sincerely apologized and made sure to address it promptly. Her customer service was the highlight of our visit. Unfortunately, the same can't be said for the owner and another staff member, both of whom displayed noticeably poor attitudes. As an out-of-state visitor, I had planned to purchase items from the store for my daughters but ultimately decided against it due to the unwelcoming atmosphere. I hope the management team takes customer service and guest interactions more seriously in the future. The dragon eggs were delish ( ltheyre just seasoned imitation crab wrapped avocado balls) . The Godzilla roll was just okay. I misread the description. It's a deep fried/ tempura roll, I'm typically not a fan but it was very good. The Kani salad was as a little on the meh side, as you can see it was kind of deconstructed . cucumber slices topped with imitation crab + spicy Mayo. Taste was there presentation was not . Don't order from here if you don't want to be absolutely yelled at by multiple employees. We've been ordering from here for over three years, but this past weekend we put in an order and when delivered, half of our order was missing. $50 worth of money at least. When we called, we were yelled at to the point where I couldn't even get a single word in - I had to constantly ask them, calmly, to please stop speaking over me, to please stop interrupting me, to please let me speak. They would not. They just kept yelling at me and wouldn't let me explain that three items were missing from our order - a $20 sushi roll, a shrimp tempura, and a miso soup. They kept saying "you didn't order that, you didn't order that" and I'm trying to say I literally have the receipt in hand it's all here but they keep interrupting saying I didn't order it, or they put it in there, or what do you want, etc. I don't even understand why they were yelling but I finally got to ask what the man's job was - he said he was a cashier so I asked to speak with a manager (I know, I know) but then the manager got on the line and kept doing the same thing!! I couldn't get a word in! I was trying to explain we were loyal customers but just wanted either the rest of our order or a refund for the missing items but they just wouldn't listen to me. Finally after a thirty minute phone call the manager agreed to refund me after repeatedly yelling "what do you want?!?!? What do you want?!?" But the second I said a word he'd interrupt. I was calm and rational the entire time. I was trying to defuse the situation. In the end they refunded us some of the money and I told them I was really sad about this interaction because we've been a supporter of their business for years but clearly wouldn't order again. The manager yelled "FINE GOODBYE" and hung up the phone. I've never in my 38 years been treated this way by a restaurant, especially not one we were loyal customers of! It completely ruined our entire night and our meal - at this point all the warm food was cold and I just didn't even want any of it anymore. Just terribly disappointing and terrible customer service. If they took any time at all they could probably see we've put in tons of orders and never had an issue. But no, I spent my night getting verbally assaulted by this restaurant. read more

It was my first time ordering Cho Sushi's ramen- I was nervous as i've had a few bowls of ramen at other establishments that weren't exactly satisfactory. This spicy beef ramen is the best ramen i've ever had. The right amount of spice, perfectly cooked beef, delicious toppings all sitting in delicious broth. Came here for dinner for the 1st time. It was a lot smaller than I was expecting. The food was good, but not my all time favorite. We got the dumplings, which were good, then my husband got the angel roll which he said was amazing. I got the chicken and steak combo hibachi, with the hibachi fried rice. It was good, the rice was very basic, the steak was definitely better than the chicken! The only thing I didn't like was that they brought out my husbands before mine and he almost finished his whole plate before mine even came out.... Food is always great. Couple of the servers can be rude. Brought my 66 year old mother to try Sushi for the first time. She enjoyed the food and her first attempt at using chop sticks. Decent bill and a large tip. At the end, my mom wanted to take her chop sticks home and practice with them. Completely embarrassing her and making it appear as though something serious was happening. A simple "excuse ma'am" would done the trick.
