The food was great and the pricing is fair! The environment is very comfortable and very instagram/tik tok post worthy. I went in the evening and waiting about 10 min for the cups and 25/30 minutes for the chocolate crepe but note that only 1 person was making the crepes and it was very packed so in my opinion not that bad. I was there the end of December and ordered mini pancakes with 2 extra topping. The digital menus had the price on it, but when I went to order, they upcharged me and the cashier who was ringing me up, told me that there was nothing that she was going to do about it. She said the system on the register hadn't been updated and that there was nothing she was going to do for me. She was very snarky about it which is what was most upsetting. For myself, it has nothing to do with paying an extra a few dollars, but it is the principal. It is not OK to advertise a price then up charge and say you can't do anything about it. I work in the food industry, and I know how it can be sometimes but there was many different ways to go about a situation like this. The place is super nice and clean. Staff are welcoming. But the crepe was good but too sweet, if you love chocolate this is good but you can taste more the chocolate than the crepe. The Dubai chocolate bar is too small for the price it's priced at and the drink size is also very small and it's filled all the way with ice and not much drink. Way too overpriced. This is the second time I've ordered the strawberry cup and specifically requested the use of light-colored, fresh strawberries--the kind that are firm, mildly sweet, and refreshing. Unfortunately, both times I was served overripe, dark-colored berries with a fermented, almost sour taste. It's clear that they're using spoiled or fermenting strawberries, which not only ruins the flavor but raises serious questions about freshness and quality. What's even more frustrating is the deceptive presentation: the top layer includes a few decent berries, but the spoiled ones are deliberately hidden underneath or mixed in the center, making it hard to notice until you've already started eating. When you're paying $20 for a dessert, there should be basic quality control in place--and at the very least, transparency. Sadly, this feels like a shortcut at the customer's expense. Until the shop addresses this and starts respecting customer preferences, I won't be ordering this again. read more

Wanted to try this spot out since we saw it on TikTok we got here at 1:00 and it was busy which is okay we knew we would have to wait awhile for our order which is not a problem because I understand how it is getting backed up on orders but what got me upset is how the workers are treating each other, Probably one of the worst group of workers.
