They're your slimy used car salesman. Whatever you do do not engage with these people they want your money and that's all. They bait and switched and lie. The deceptions is their key to business. They try to force a maintenance plan for $1500 on you and when you tell them you don't want it they don't care. I walked out without being ripped off and went to a second place to look for a car, and I made the purchase because they were honest and not deceptive like these conniving thieves. AutoPista speak to one another in a language that no one can understand their value for price paid is overstated. Then I seen a post about a car at Credit Car. I got a hold of the lady that works there she was very nice and really seemed like she can get me in a car .... So we kept in contact for about 2 weeks she would let me know if she had something that fit our budget and so on. So she texted me and told me about a car and if I was interested and I told her I Would let her know after I talked to my boyfriend well he said yes we were interested. We went down there we test drive it. It drove good.... So there were a couple of minor things wrong with it and she said if we could wait a couple of days till it got fixed and we did so when the car was ready the couple of things that needed to be fixed got fixed like she said .... But the lack of actual attention and care... Horrid. Pushed something I was open to, but never once opened my current account to see how I was set up and what my payments or anything looked like prior to insisting on needing to do a credit pull to see how much the potential new vehicle would cost. Would've known wouldn't be remotely interested given where I was at. So cool, now a pull on my credit that was entirely unnecessary. Around this time Tony came back and I immediately got out from under D&M. Same account manager had no idea I had gotten rid of the vehicle I had through them over a month prior. Again, either it's that disjointed or just absolutely no homework done. Zero regrets in leaving. Wouldn't recommend.
