The finance manager, Margaret, was also very proficient and pleasant. She explained the maintenance and protection plans clearly and concisely. I purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee around 4:30 pm on a Friday and was able to pick the vehicle up the next day after it was detailed and filled with gas. Roger even gifted me with a Jeep Yeti cup, a Jeep keychain, and a rubber duck to start my collection. I highly recommend AutoNation, Roger, and Margaret for your next new vehicle purchase!

Buyer Beware - Major Undisclosed Damage at AutoNation…read more I purchased a Lexus a little over 30 days ago. Shortly after delivery, the dealership kept the car for about a week for repairs, and upon return I discovered a new tire puncture and significant bumper damage that wasn't there before. I took it to Lexus, whose official report confirmed the bumper damage resulted from a major front-end accident prior to my purchase, even though the Carfax they provided only listed a "minor" accident. This is a serious misrepresentation and failure to disclose material defects. I have demanded a full unwind with complete refund of purchase price, taxes, and fees with no penalties, but the dealership has not resolved it, so I am currently speaking with my lawyer to pursue full restitution and am prepared to take further legal action. Warning to other buyers: Do not trust the Carfax reports here -- one of their managers even admitted they do not do thorough inspections before placing cars on the lot. Get your own independent manufacturer inspection before buying, consider a more trustworthy dealership, and shop elsewhere to avoid this stressful and costly experience.

I had an independent inspection done proving it is a lemon vehicle. Tri Color Auto's customer service is terrible: fake corporate, agents lying, stalling repairs to miss refund deadlines, illegally charging me for insurance, and mishandling my down payment. They refused to be held accountable or resolve the issues fairly. Numerous complaints against Tri Color Auto are surfacing online, and even the lot that held my car warned me they were scammed. Do not trust this dealership. They are deceptive, unprofessional, and dangerous. Bottom line: Avoid both the car and Tri Color Auto at all costs. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE OUT OF MONEY AND A CAR IN LESS THAN 90 DAYS.

I'm so angry they sold me a car that my husband only looked at it in a photo and I told him to sign something that I didn't see in person and when I went Because of the car, their seats were all cigarette burnt and broken. I told them that I was not going to take something like that home and I told them to fix it and see how it looks.

I stopped into this location due to finding a few cars I was interested in through the Auto Trader app. The saleswoman who initially helped me was very nice and tried to be transparent. Her "coach" appeared to be nice at the start as well. Then the saleswoman brought over two of the Rogues I was interested in looking at. I knew this place was a used car lot. But upon inspection, I quickly realized the cosmetic defects on these cars are not just a few minor scratches. These cars have been torn up, and they do not negotiate prices, claiming the defects are factored into the price of each car. The first 2025 Nissan Rogue I looked at had white blotchy stains on the driver's seat, and the back side of the passenger's seat. There were fingernail scratches all over the outside of the passenger door handles, and large scuffs all over the trunk. The second car had obvious water damage to the odometer that wasn't coming off. Again, scuffs and scratches all over the inside of the vehicle. The hood wasn't shut all the way, so the salesperson said "Oh, you just have to slam it down," and did just that. Yeah, I don't think that's supposed to be the only way to fully close the hood. Once it became apparent that I wanted a more cosmetically intact car, and that I wasn't going to settle for just anything, the "coach" who was hovering over the salesperson and I immediately checked out and changed his tune. He looked at me from over the counter like I was scum, and never interacted with me again. The third and final car I saw was an immediate no when it was more expensive than the previous two I looked at, yet it had an obvious cigarette burn right in the middle of the driver's seat. A cigarette burn. Over $20k they wanted for that one. TL;DR, Don't go to any Echo Park location if you want a car worth your time and money, and that you can be proud to drive for a good while. I gave my business to Mossy Nissan, which I should've done from the jump. Got a better overall price, no hidden fees, no games. Don't come here unless you want to get scammed for some beat up vehicle, and snubbed by unprofessional salesmen when they realize you aren't one to be fooled with.
