Always a pleasure coming here food is great and they are super friendly! Also thank you staff for being so kind and allowing me to get my order and eat it there since they were closing shortly after. I asked please because I was very tired and said I would be done by the Rome they closed! I did not feel rushed and totally understood why they normally do not want to do orders for there 30 mins before closing. It takes a long time to clean up a restaurant properly. And people have families and do not want to be at work longer than they have to. Our favorite little neighborhood spot. The food is decent. The prices are good. The employees are lovely. Best of all, it's walking distance to our house! Witnessed a new level of cheap Today, we frequent this place quite often and the staff and food is always on point...however today we ordered a hamburger for one of the kids (no combo) and the server mistakenly gave us an order of fries with it...about 2 minutes into our meal the lady at the register ( I presume the to be owner) came up to us and said we could pay for the extra fries or she would take them back, I was taken by surprise by her proposition and told her she could take them back. She picked up the order of fries from my daughters plate and took them for herself!! Never seen that done before my whole life...WOW!! hope the cost of the fries was worth the cost of the negative review. Hate to give this place a bad review but this experience was by far the definition of bad customer service of epic proportions. read more

The older cashier with glasses and red hair is very rude. I was asking my brother if he wanted anything to eat and all she did was interrupt me and rush me through my order. She had a bad attitude the whole time I was ordering and when my friends where ordering. Not coming back here again, too bad because this place used to be really good. read more

It's tuff to give a good review of this place because I always get the same thing. Cheeseburger combo with no tomato and grilled onions. The burgers are always good nice char on patty fresh veggies and good sauce. The fries are the typical frozen fries I especially like the well done crunchy bits. I go with people who always order the charbroiled chicken salad and it always looks really.....not good enough or skip an a tasty cheeseburger, however if you can resist the temptation you'd probably be happy. Is it better then Joe's, Tom's, Dave's or John's? Probably not but the staff is nice the price is good and the food is consistent. So I give them 4 stars! read more

Onion rings not so good, but burger was good. My deal is that the young lady that served me on Wed 11/6/2019 was just beyond nice. I was there for the first time with my little grandkids, 3 and 5. She bent over backwards for us. It was about 1:30 ish, she had on a red blouse. I didn't catch her name and I am sorry for that. AGAIN, she was so kind and when I apologized for the mess, she was genuinely nice about it. I spent my entire working life in customer service and this young woman was what it's all about. My bf usually gets burgers here and he says they are pretty good. The service is always great and they are very accommodating. He sometimes orders bean & cheese burritos and has them add bacon to it which they never have a problem with. I get breakfast burritos here but it has been very inconsistent. One day it's good, the next it has things in it that I asked to not be in it, the next time I say easy hash browns and it seems to have EXTRA hash browns, the next time the hash browns are burned to shit and inedible, the last time it had way less bacon in it. It would be a pretty good go-to place for quick, decent food but it is now so inconsistent that I don't take the risk. Bf still does though. Meh. read more

Legit. I had a really bomb bacon & jalapeño burger with fries & horchata. Place was pretty quiet & slow. It took about 5-8mins for my food to be ready but at least i know it was fresh. Excellent. I had the Pastrami Burger, fries, and an Al Pastor Taco. The pastrami on the burger was tasty and the overall hamburger very large. A burger like this would easily be $5.99 at a national chain fast-food restaurant or $8.99 at a sit-down, but it was only $3.99 here. The fries were good but less salted than major chains. For some people this a good thing, but I remedied the fries with a little extra salt and thought they were great. The Al Pastor Taco tasted good but was not really Al Pastor. They obviously just added some sauce to normal carnitas. So it definitively wasn't Al Pastor but it was tasty as it's own thing. The verde sauce and mild chunky salsa were very good. Overall, I would say this is the best food you can get in Brea for the price. read more

I have wanted to try here for years. I have driven past here on nearly a daily basis for the past three years and was so happy to finally get to try them. And they did not disappoint. We ordered two cheeseburger combos, one double one single.The burgers were traditional and did not disappoint. With the combos we substituted one of the fries with chili cheese fries and I was amazed by the portions. It was an entire plate and the fries were crispy, the chili was flavorful and they had a good amount of cheese. Overall I was not disappointed. read more
