The best club sandwiches around! My husband and I live by Memorial Park, so it is not far for us to go grab a quick lunch to eat in the park! We found this gem through YELP and they did not steer us wrong! The lady who runs/owns this place remembers exactly how both my husband and I like our sandwiches every time and doesn't even have to ask. I call our order in and she recognizes the number and my voice right away! Her husband always offers to carry it out to the car for me (I am on a cane) and if he can't she will go get the door for me. This is a delightful and hard working couple and we appreciate their kind and efficient service as well as the good food! We have tried some of their other dishes, but have decided that the club is our favorite thing! BBQ sausage plate is good too. This is not gourmet, but the rating reflects the quality and freshness of the food we have tried and the great service, given what it is. If you dine in, the decor is a little sterile, but there is a TV and ample seating. It is a small office building space. read more

Found this place while i was looking for something quick as my wife works town the way and decided to give them a try. I can say that they owners are very nice people and will get to work on your order as soon as you request it. We had a vermicelli and rice dish from their regular menu and it was actually pretty tasty, but I cannot say that it was the best "Vietnamese" food I've ever had in Houston. I can see why they have a good set-up at this location with all the offices and business on Post Oak, so kudos to them for creating a great location. I will definitely stop by again and try something else from the menu. read more

If you work in Galleria/Uptown Area a decent place for viet food in a mom & pops deli joint inside the building.. You can park in the back and enter the back entrance (closer to the caferteria) My lunch was $10 and some change. Quite pricey for a ok viet food. I order the Buon Bo Nuong (charboiled beef vermicilli) and two pieces of Egg rolls. Probably the worst egg rolls I ever ate. I will not recommend the egg rolls. I don't know what herb or seasoning they used. I coudn't even tell what filling it was because there was so much egg roll dough. My Buon Bo Nuong was a good portion. The noodles were a little over cooked and no onions in my beef! Onions are like the main part of that dish! However, tons of Peanuts on it. Beef is well sesaoned. Do note, they only open on weekdays and the close at 4pm. I've been wanting to try this place for the longest time, but I could never make it for their hours, which is understandable since its inside a building. I wish my work building had this restaurant. I would honestly go every week! The owner even gives you a bag with your sauces (if your order contains a sauce) and utensils. We all loved this touch. It saves us the trouble of having to get it ourselves. My friend ordered the bun thit nuong (vermicelli pork) and I took a bite to try it. It was delicious. Large portion with great flavors. They even pickled the carrots just right. My friend and I also shared an order of the crispy wings. I believe there is a splash of fish sauce on the batter, but it was so tasty. I ordered the fried fish platter. It was so good. I wish it came with fried rice instead of fries, but that just makes me want to come back and order a dish with fried rice. haha read more

This cafeteria is located inside the Spirit of Texas Bank building on the 1st floor and there's a general cafeteria style seating within. I ordered pho with meat balls and crispy chicken wings. The pho broth was just right with the flavoring and not salty at all. Plenty of noodles, veggies, and meat balls in the soup. The crispy chicken wings were great with my pho. read more

Good prices, fast, friendly service, and their daily specials are perfect if you are in a hurry to grab a wholesome meal around the N. Post Oak area. This is a great alternative to fast food and especially if you don't like fighting lunch our traffic. The portions are good especially on a select few of their daily specials- BBQ Chicken (Wed.), Fried Fish (Fri.), BBQ ribs (Thurs.). I know this because I happen to work in a building within walking distance from here and frequent there on a weekly basis. Now, I have to tell you my favorite daily special is their BBQ ribs special which is only served on Thursdays. 9 times out of 10 the meat falls off the bone and they include a generous helping of potato salad and green beans. It's for this reason that I look forward to going to work on Thursdays, just so I can order this meal from next door. :-) if I'm really hungry, their 1/2 BBQ rotisserie chicken is tender, moist, and very filling, but this is only available on Wednesdays. Tip: You can call in your order for pickup if you are in a hurry. They usually have my order ready in about 5 minutes. Types of food: American, Asian, Healthy salads. My coworkers and I have a routine of trying new restaurants out and this week was my week. I was debating rather to get shrimp fried rice or lomein, then after seeing the lonmein came with fried rice and an egg roll, I ordered the lomein. Alas my lomein didn't come with rice or an egg roll and was disappointed that the noodles tasted bland and gooey. I was lucky enough to try some rice from one coworker who ordered sweet and sour chicken and was let down that his rice tasted as dull as my lomein. Last coworker ordered a cheeseburger and onion rings and he was not impressed with his onion rings and homemade burger. We had egg rolls, jalapeño chicken wings, combination fried rice, combination lo mein, sweet and sour chicken and beef broccoli. Food tasted great and portions were even better. Where do I start? This place is truly a hidden gem. It is located inside an office building off Post Oak Boulevard, but if you follow you Google Maps it will take you right and once in the building it is on the first floor with signs to lead you there. So when exploring new places on Yelp I first eat with my eyes then I will make a pass for the reviews unless it just looks awesome and me being a foodie I know what awesome looks like. When I came across this place I was very pleased. I the beef and vermicelli along with the sweet and spicy wings along with a pork bahn mi. Don't judge me this is lunch and dinner along with my excuse to return if it pass my test. The pictures of my food was the same as Yelp. They make sure to give quality service. I wasn't missing anything as far as condiments. The seasonings were balanced and delicious so much so I ate every onion in my wings. Lol! I will definitely return. I'm not sure why this place is rated so high because the food was not good at all! I should have stuck with my usual and ordered Chick-fil-A for lunch. At least I know the food would be the same, good & for less money. I ordered the shrimp lo mein & a 16 oz bottle of sprite for $10. It had no flavor (had to add the only 2 packs of soy sauce that they gave me to even make it edible), it only 6 small shrimps (Yes, I counted) & there were only 2 people working so the service was "hurry up & move along...no questions". I work in the Spirit of Texas bank building in which this is located, and I eat here at least once a week. They have daily specials and they have not been subpar yet! BBQ sausage sandwich, BBQ ribs or chicken, Nachos ( huge), burgers etc. I actually think that the only type of food that I have not tried from here is the Asian food. Everything that I have had is good and the staff friendly. Some one indicated that the woman was rude on the phone, it is a busy mom and pop and I would simply chalk it up to them being busy.
