Fresh, authentic, and absolutely delicious. I ordered the Tom Yum Goong; which is my scale for measuring a Thai restaurant's authenticity, and it was perfection. The broth had that unmistakable umami flavor with just the right balance of spice, tanginess, and aromatics. The prawns were large, fresh, and cooked perfectly along with the perfect mix of herbs. My husband ordered the Pad Kra Pow with chicken at a FOUR-PEPPER chili heat, and it was exactly what he was hoping for--bold, spicy, perfectly seasoned, and packed with flavor. Our daughter stuck with her okd favorite, Pineapple Fried Rice with chicken and shrimp. She's quite the rice connoisseur, and her enthusiastic thumbs-up said everything that needed to be said!
