I have always heard good things about Choo Sando, but I have never gotten a chance to try it when in Austin. This time around I finally got a chance to try it and just WOW. They have fresh sushi, hot miso, amazing sandos, and delicious sauces! When we got there, we did not have a long wait time like how others have said, but they did not have a lot of items left. I would recommend coming in early and trying their sushi and sandos!
Pro tip: Pre-order because they've been sold out by noon both times I've gone there. I've had sushi from all over and I have to say this is probably the best of freshest I've ever had. Trio Toro Box (no shellfish) - 3 pieces of fatty tuna, fatty salmon and yellowtail belly. 10/10. The caviar and other toppings were a great touch. Itamae 10pc Box - tuna, salmon, yellowtail, sea bream, sweet shrimp, white fish and I believe scallop. 10/10. The soy sauce was homemade and even their wasabi tasted fresh. For dessert, I had the fruit sando which was freshly made. You can even see them making it in the kitchen. Definitely looking forward to going back to try other items on their menu.
How have I never written a review for Choo Sando? Well, I love it! I think it's great and I think a testament to the quality is that even now there's a line waiting for Choo Sando to open. I went there on a Friday morning around 10:15 and I was about the 5th in line. The line was reasonable, but I like to get there early so that all the options are available. I've gone later, when there is no line, but you are limited in choices. Let's start with the food. You can definitely not go wrong. Every item is beautifully presented and a piece of art, almost too beautiful to eat, ALMOST... I've tried a variety from their sushi combinations and they're all good. I've also tried a few of the sandos and my favorite are the Pork Katsu, lobster, and egg salad. The service is always friendly. It's a small store front and seems like mostly family run, but I could be wrong about this. Often Chef Choo himself is there to help greet people at the door. If you've never been, I highly recommend. Whenever I have an excuse, I definitely stop by to treat myself.
I've had this place bookmarked for over three years, and I was finally able to come try it! We arrived at 10:20 am Saturday (opens 10:30 am), and there were around 20 people in front of us. However, they do a great job of crowd control, and the line moved quite fast. It took us around 20 minutes to make it inside. While it is quite small inside, there is some seating. My friends and I got a bunch of different sandos and sushi. The sandos were amazing with their different sauces! All of the fish was super fresh, and the flavors were so good! Each sushi box came with a miso soup, seaweed sheets, and a homemade bottle of soy sauce with ginger and wasabi. It was definitely worth the wait and money, and I can't wait to come back the next time I'm in Austin!
We came in around noon on a Thursday and unfortunately a lot of items were already sold out, which was a bit of a bummer. We ended up getting the chicken katsu sandwich, and the worker recommended adding the mustard which was a great call. The sandwich was really tasty overall, though I do wish we had come earlier because the bread didn't feel as fresh as it probably is earlier in the day. We also tried a sushi roll with truffle. It was very good, but definitely heavy on the truffle, so keep that in mind if you're sensitive to strong flavors. Overall, solid food and friendly staff. I'd just recommend coming earlier in the day for the best selection and freshest experience.
I preordered a few items a week before New Year's Eve for pick up NYE. Honestly the best decision ever because it made our NYE so memorable. No waiting in line and ensure I get all the goodies we want. Select the time for pick up, checkout, and boom done in less than 5 mins. My pick up time was 12pm and when I got there, there was like maybe 10 of fruit sando and pork Sando left. The display was bare but I knew that was going to be the case so I am so happy I preordered! I got all of our favorites: 10 piece nigiris: $36 5/5 top notch quality and honestly the value is super fair. I see ppl reviews saying it's expensive but if you go to any sushi restaurant and got 10 nigiris it would cost you the same and/or more. If you are comparing all you can eat sushi, the quality is subpar and you are getting what you are paying for. I notice this 10 piece nigiri had a king salmon with truffle and like wow!! It was so good! I love that they changed it up a little for a nice little surprise than the norm. Come with soup. Spicy Tuna & Sake Don: $21 5/5 consistently the same top quality! Comes with soup and seaweed. Sake Don: $27 5/5 I am a salmon lover and this is my first time trying this one. Salmon was super yummy! Definitely hit the spot. I usually get the spicy scallop and Sake don but notice these past two times I've gotten it, the scallops are not the same as the original ones I've gotten. The scallops are small tiny ones now and the taste is simply not the same as the first time I've had it. I'm not a fan of the tiny scallops they not use. You can't waste the scallops anymore so that's why I got the Sake Don which I am glad I try something new. Comes with soup and seaweed. Katsu Sando: $14.50 5/5 still the best pork katsu I've had. The homemade house sauce is what makes it. If you want the sandwich to be crispy then come early to pick up to enjoy it. If you come later in the day, what ever they make in the morning is what's available there. They usually sell out of all items every day because they are that awesome. Truffle Katsu Sando: 5/5 $16.50 like WOW! Pork katsu is juicy paired with the truffle was such a stellar explosion of flavor in your mouth! Eating it with the in house made sauce katsu is a must. That is what makes this katsu special. I love that that bread is not thick because you get to enjoy the katsu which is the star of the Sando. Bread is soft and cabbage salad in between made it refreshing and not heavy feeling. Do I recommend Choo Sando? Absolutely ! When I came to Choo Sando, I witness a customer coming in past 12pm and complaining to the cashier why there was no more items left and just giving the staff a hard time.......Also I notice as I scroll and read reviews about the long lines (that go quick) and not getting what you want...There is an option to PREORDER and support the business. I think it's unfair to fault the business for inventory and underrate them when they give you the option to get what you want by preordering a head of time on their website. It is that simple. Don't go into the established and throw a tantrum about them almost selling out. Respect that's their business model and preorder. Zero food waste. Business is sustainable for long term and consumers to enjoy.
Great place if you are looking for high quality sushi to-go. I got a 10 piece sushi set right before they closed on the weekend. The presentation is beautiful, and I enjoyed most of the combinations. The price is a little steep for the amount of food, but you can tell that a lot of thought and care was put into the creation of the boxes. I would however recommend going right when they open rather than later. My sushi wasn't the freshest since it was the end of their hours.
Was super excited to try this place. I got the spicy chicken sando. Flavor wise it was good with juicy chicken and soft bread. But it was not fresh. It was just sitting in the fridge and you can definitely tell the difference. I wish they made them fresh throughout the day but they only serve them once in the morning and I came around 1:30 pm. If you want the best experience, definitely go right when they open. The sandwich has potential but freshness makes a huge difference
Togo experience. Order this online for pickup and they held onto it for me even though I was quite late because Im not from town. Staff was kind and had the togo items ready. This was $43 total. I wouldnt get this specific item again unless I was sharing with someone. It was actually so delicious. Not fishy at all. I would definitely get something smaller next time i go.
Chef Choo offers grab-and-go sushi boxes that are as beautiful as they are delicious--honestly, they could be served at any fine Japanese dining establishment. The sushi is always fresh, generously cut, and reasonably priced . They also offer Japanese sandos (sandwiches) for those who prefer something other than sushi. The only downside is the wait--you'll likely need to line up even on weekdays. We usually arrive about 15 minutes before opening since the shop is quite small, with just one narrow line for pickup and a single checkout. That said, once you're inside, the line moves fairly quickly. All in all, we always enjoy the food here and love coming back--especially when we plan ahead and prepare for the wait!
This is my 2nd time at Choo and I got here before they opened (learned from my last visit that this is how you get your pick of anything on the menu without an online order). Got to try their sushi and it is WONDERFUL! Lots of options for all palettes. I also got the sando sampler which was good as well. Minus 1 star because the uni wasn't quite up to the quality as the rest of the sushi, and while the egg sando was good, don't think that it compares to an actual Japanese convenience store one. BUT these are still great and worth a visit!
I loved how fresh the food was here. We ordered pickup, which was soooo convenient, and allowed us to completely skip the line and get seated inside to eat our food. I got the lobster sando and the fruit sando, and I would get both again. I appreciated that they didn't skimp out on the amount of lobster they gave considering it was $17. It was literally falling out the sides of the confines of the bread slices. The fruit sando was so refreshing, and the cream was so fluffy and light. I didn't need any sauce for my sando because of how fresh it was, and I wanted to taste the lobster meat, but they had a sauce station that had a lot of yummy looking condiments for the other sandos. The ambiance of the place was super cutesie. It was really small inside with only a couple of tables for seating, but felt very airy and bright inside. read more

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! There was a line at the door when we arrived at 11 on a Saturday but the line moves quick! Saw this place on TikTok and had to try it. ***It is a first come first serve basis. They restock some items but some are not (like the tamago sando I was soooo sad they were sold out. 30 mins in too insane). Toro plate was AMAZING, the quality of the fish and the attention to detail on everything on that plate was superb. All for $35 was a freaking steal. It came with a Togo soy sauce container which was cool and convenient + miso soup! We got the truffle katsu, unagi and lobster sando. The truffle katsu was by far our favorite. It had soooo much flavor and pouring the katsu sauce on top was A+. Their hours are short, but come at opening time to get the sushi box and sandos that you want!! read more
Pre-order is a must! Unless you wanna stand in line before they open to grab something... but why. Just preorder and CHOOse a time to pick it up. I would at least order a few days in advanced. They have limited orders per day. They have a small case in store that's ready grab but usually sells out within hours after opening. It's a locally owned restaurant with maybe 5 tables inside. We had the 10pcs sushi and seared sake. Everything was 10/10. Will be back to try the sandos!! read more
Popped in here for a quick brunch sando before heading over to see the 2024 Count of Monte Cristo which was being shown at the Regal Cinema nearby. Choo crafts edibles stuffed between layers of bread, as well as flesh from the sea layered atop morsels of rice. They come packaged in wooden boxes with plastic lids, secured by rubber bands. Soy sauce is dispersed via individual droppers; clearly a tremendous amount of preparation goes into this culinary operation--quite a large variety available, in pretty large quantities daily. How large is a Sando? Imagine a square slice of bread cut into thirds. Each sando box contains exactly one thick contents worth of sandwich; of course there's no skimping on the filling here. The bread itself is slightly sweet. Service is expedient, friendly, and they pack everything to go for you, including stapling a paper bag. Seating inside is available for roughly 10 people. An additional counter seating is available outside. The display case is vibrant and colorful; staff come and actively adjust the current inventory to maintain that magic you get when waiting in line and deciding exactly what to get. Certain sandos and omakase boxes can only be pre-ordered. But generally they have a pretty large inventory of options, including variety packs of sandos. I'll be trying out their sushi in the future, after trying out each variant of sando they offer. read more

Went a little before 1pm and almost everything was sold out! (Sushi Box) Glad we managed to snag the last two boxes--mine was the Negitoro & Salmon, and my husband had the Spicy Tuna & Salmon. Fish was fresh and tasty. The negitoro roll had thin carrot strips inside though... honestly, I would've preferred without, since it kind of changed the texture of the negitoro. The homemade soy sauce was on the lighter side. Loved that the boxes came with miso soup, but it was lukewarm. For about $25 per box it's definitely on the pricey side, but overall we enjoyed the flavors. I'd like to come back earlier next time to catch more options! The shop itself is small, but they do have some seating and the vibe was very casual, which I really liked. read more
This spot has been on my list for a while and it was well worth the wait! Very cute mom and pop shop that offers a variety of fresh sushi and Japanese sandos. The katsu wasn't as crispy as I'd like but the taste was good. Sushi was fresh and the presentation was 10/10. They do have seating but only 4-5 tables. The cashier was friendly and I was in and out in 10 mins. I will definitely be back! read more
The sandos were pretty good but they were kinda pricey. I would recommend if you haven't tried it before though. The sushi was really good but also quite pricey. They have limited seating inside maybe about 3 or 4 tables so we brought the food home. They still had quite a bit of stock for their sandos on a sat lunch around 12:30. There also wasn't a lot of people so no line or wait. read more

This place is absolutely incredible. The food was the greatest food I've had in a very long time. Everything was so incredibly fresh. The sandwich was perfectly moist and savory. I cannot explain how delicious this place is. This is a MUST visit in Austin. read more

Very good sandwiches and flavors! Decided to get a mix box to try three different sandwiches. Loved the shrimp and lobster but the spicy chicken katsu was a bit too sweet for me. The sauces also amazing! The katsu sauce and mustard sauce were my favorite. They also have fridge with all sorts of fun drinks. Showed up around 11:45 on a Wednesday and there was still plenty of options left, with some sandwiches like the chicken katsu running low. There are a few tables and a bar inside for dining there. read more

This is a preorder /pre made establishment. I came around 1230 on a Wednesday and the pickings were limited. They had chicken and pork Sammie's but I don't eat either so the only option was the fruit Sammie, which is one of the 4 I wanted. I got the strawberry and grape sandwich with whip. Quite pricy I must say but oh well,Got it anyways. Having just came back from Japan I was doing anything to cling on to my vacation. The bread was great and fruit was fresh however the whip had somewhat of an odd taste, maybe a bit much vanilla I'm not sure. In Japan these sandwhich are offered at the convent stores for 1/3 of the price. I will go back to try the pescado sandwhich but I don't see myself paying 12$ again for 2 slices of bread, whip, and 4 strawberries / 4 grapes. The only establishment is small, like I said it's more of a to go spot than a dine in place. Staff was kind and even looked in the back without me asking to see if they had anything besides the pork and chicken. read more

Choo Sando is definitely a special and unique addition to the many culinary options we have in the Austin area. The sushi/sando options provided here are not only fresh and convenient, but packed with quality and flavor. All of the sando and sushi options we ordered were extremely enjoyable including the Spicy Chicken Sando, Roast Beef and Burrata, as well as all of the sushi boxes. It's very apparent that they know exactly what they're doing and treat their craft with much care and respect. Chef Choo and his staff have always been nothing but welcoming and hospitable each time we've made a visit to Choo Sando which makes it very easy for us to continue supporting their efforts and enjoying the food they provide. read more
Highly recommend to come early to get all the options available! They open around 10:30 am and closes before evening time. They often run out of items when you come later. I love their fruit sandwich the most. I love all of them except the one with kiwi. The crème is so light with the milk break. I also like their sushi more than their Katsu. It usually comes with a miso soup. They're a little pricey but the they're delicious! The space is very small, so i recommend taking them to go and eat somewhere else. read more

The sushi at choo sando was great! They provide seaweed, rice, and even miso soup to build a whole experience just the way you like it. The vibe is very cute and we were able to snag a table around 1pm on a Saturday. Service was good. The only weakness was the sando bread and breading on the fish didn't taste as fresh as expected, likely because we went later in the day and it seems the items are all prepped in advance. This is the only place where you can get authentic Japanese sandos in Austin. The omakase is the real gem here. The sushi is beautifully presented and tastes as delicious as it looks! The soy sauce is made in house. The cuts of fish are fresh. Their prices are a bit on the expensive side, but for the quality you get, it's worth the splurge for lunch every now and then. read more
My friend has been raving about this place so when I came to visit her she made sure that this was one of our stops! We got there around 10:45am had to wait in a line. We got to the display case around 11:08. Everything looked so good and I wish I had a bigger stomach so I could try more items. Service: 5 It was really efficient so the line moved decently fast. I also appreciated that the cashier made sure that I knew what sandwiches were in the mixed box just in case I had a shellfish allergy Tuna/Salmon Nigiri: 5 Both items were fresh but the tuna had a strong wasabi flavor. As a result I preferred the salmon since it was so buttery soft and super fresh. The rice wasn't hard which was something I was worried about. It was a pretty reasonable price! Strawberry and Mango Sando: 5 I loved this! The cream wasn't very sweet which allowed the freshness of the fruit took center stage! Mixed Sando: I couldn't decide what I wanted so I decided to get this! Shrimp: 5 This one was my favorite! I loved how all the ingredients mixed together to make the sandwich taste super fresh and light. Everything placed together well so nothing took center stage Egg: 3 This one was ok but I was very mediocre. There was nothing special about it and the egg mixture was a bit bland. The texture was also very mushy and there was nothing to make it more interesting so I got sick of it after the 3rd bite. I would definitely go back to try more! This is a neat spot! Small shop- not much seating so be prepared to take your food to go- but great concept. The sandos are delicious and packed in a really cute way. Their strawberry sando reminded us of the Lawson sandos we had in Tokyo! I do feel you have to be into this concept to enjoy the experience- if you are just looking for an American sandwich you might be disappointed. The sushi however I think anyone would love- its not cheap but good quality and good value for what you are getting in Austin. If you want the high end sushi taste but with a casual to go atmosphere this is it! We loved it- overall delicious all around! read more
Came here on a Saturday at 12:15 PM and managed to snag the last avocado sando. As most of the reviews mentioned, if you're able to pre order would recommend because by 1 pm nearly all the sandwiches and sushi were gone. Only 4 sandwiches remained when I left at 1 pm. The avocado sando was delicious! Huge chunks of very fresh avocado and nicely seasoned and well balanced with the coleslaw that wasn't too creamy. The bread was soft and fluffy and didn't have that refrigerated crust texture to it. As a vegetarian I am thankful to have a sandwich choice! Also tried the strawberry and was thankful that it wasn't too sweet and the cheese was light and fluffy. Parking easy with a huge lot in front and free! read more

I've heard they sell out of the sando's during lunch so I arrived shortly after they opened. The line was about 10 people long, and I noticed that it's like a grab and go cold area as you are in line. There's a few tables to sit down but most people take it to go. The first section was sushi, sashimi, cold bowls, then you get into the different sandos. I enjoyed the idea of the mix & match 3 piece, but you couldn't really tell which ones they were so I had to ask a few times right when I was at the register. There's a few drinks for sale right by the register too. Kind of makes you feel rushed if it's your first time. The cashiers were polite, and you even got a free hot soup with your purchase. I got home to find a mini homemade soy sauce, little container of wasabi and ginger. So nice! The sushi wasn't my favorite but the sandos were delicious! I ended up with the egg salad, the pork katsu, and the shrimp. Glad I finally tried this place! read more

I stumbled onto this place by default!! Out of this world and into the next!! 'So many choices, each and every single one a unique masterpiece. 'Embarrassed to admit this was my first time eating Sandos... have seen them all over social media, magazines, reviews yet never encountered them until today. Service was so friendly and welcoming. I feel as though my Negi Toro was the BEST meal I have had, ever, in a 63yr lifetime. Seriously. I also got the dessert fried bread w/a citrus infused sauce that was truly made in heaven. My meal was an exceptional experience, and I loved it so much that I bought their traditional egg Sando home for dinner. Their sauces are superior. read more

We came at 10:30 right when it opened and there was already a line outside! The employees are friendly and let us in when they opened. All the boxes are beautifully presented and come with a bottle of soy sauce and miso soup. Everything tasted so fresh and delicious! The price is reasonable and I will definately be back. read more
Sushi 5/5, Sando's 4/5, ambiance 4/5. We came to get my Japanese convenience store Sando fix. We were able to grab the KFC and strawberry, although very good and appreciate the upscale version of the katsu sando, I would have preferred the simple classic Japanese Lawson version. The sushi was incredible, we love how the boxes comes in pairs of eat nigiri which makes it a perfect shareable option. Loved the flavors and the assortment of seafood. read more

This is a really cute store with Japanese authenticity that is a rarity in Texas. I hope to return and try the Omakase at some point - but for now this review is limited to the sandos. I definitely recommend the variety sando - the seafood sandos were a standout while I felt the katsu sandos were average. Great place to try - wasn't completely blown away but will edit when I try the omakase Would I Go Out of My Way to Try? Yes Would I Return? Choo Sando is no doubt my favorite sushi spot in Austin. All of their sushi and fruit sandwiches I've tried have been 10/10. I've come here a handful of times and have always been so impressed! For the fruit sandwiches ($11.50) I've tried the strawberry mango, and the strawberry kiwi. I think I like the flavor of the mango one the best but both were amazing. The whipped cream is so light and fluffy and the bread is so soft and sweet. Now I have to get a fruit sandwich every time I come because they are literal heaven. For sushi I've had the Ikura, sake toro, and uni Don ($44) which was my absolute favorite sushi. This comes with seaweed, homemade soy sauce and a miso soup. The uni was so fresh and delicious which was a pleasant surprise. This was the last sushi option available when I came in the afternoon, make sure you get there early if you want more of a selection. I probably wouldn't have ordered this one if there was more variety available but I am so glad I tried it because it's my favorite. I've also tried the daily sushi box chef choice 7 pieces of sushi & futomaki ($34) which was great. My only complaint was that there was wasabi under the nigiri and I am not a fan of wasabi so it ruined the flavor for me. If I knew there was wasabi hiding between the fish and the rice I wouldn't have ordered this. My friend liked it though! The last sushi option I tried was a variation of the sake don that had 72 hour cold aged salmon and seared salmon with chili oil. This was fantastic and not too spicy. I've only gotten food to go here but there is also seating if you want to eat there which is cute. I love how it's all packaged and ready to go for a picnic. The service has always been great. 10/10 highly recommend checking this place out, and again make sure you get there close to opening if you want more variety because they sell out fast! read more
I've been craving sandos for the past month now, and I finally was lucky enough to swing by early. We got the mixed sando (walk in only) and a fruit sando. Flavors starting from the best: Beef Bulgogi - so flavorful and filling Ebi - such a close second, really would depend on what I'm craving to push it up Mango/strawberry - dessert, best shared for 3 people Katsu - pork, didn't blow my mind, I'd get the chicken one next time When they sell out, they sell out! Located near the upcoming H-Mart on Burnet Rd,. They have a selection of pre-prepared food items neatly stored in their cooler. You can simply pick what you like and pay for it. If you prefer, there are a few tables available for dining in as well. During my visit, I tried the Spicy Chicken Sando and the Fruit Sando. The Spicy Chicken Sando was decent, although I personally prefer it when it's served hot and crispy, as reheating it in the microwave with the provided instructions didn't quite match the experience I was looking for. On the other hand, the Fruit Sando was a delightful surprise and probably my favorite part of the meal. The strawberries were refreshingly tart, and the cream filling had a perfect balance of sweetness without being overly sugary. Overall, it's a convenient spot with some tasty options, especially if you're a fan of fruit-filled sandwiches. I do expect once H-Mart opens, the parking situation will get difficult. read more
I loved the nigiri! The fish was super fresh and tasty. I also got the shrimp sando and chicken sando. The shrimp was good, but I felt like it needed a tiny bit more flavor. My boyfriend was not a fan of the chicken sando, but we were both impressed with how big the portion was. read more
Um YES. Why have I just recently heard about this place?! Absolutely enjoyed everything I ate here. However, I must strongly suggest, while they do restock the items slowly, it's best to come early. I've seen lines almost out the door. The place is on the smaller so there's minimal seating available inside and outside. However they make it super convenient for you to grab and go. I ordered their pork katsu sando, eel sando, mixed fruit sando and seared salmon sushi. They were all very delicious. It's a good picnic item. The bread is very buttery and soft. The eel sando was something I ordered because I love eel but it's definitely a unique item that I typically don't see. If you like eel, you will like that sando. My favorite was definitely their fruit sando. Perfect sweetness with the buttery bread. And the seared salmon.., oh my, it will have you wanting more. Worth the visit. Tip: you can order in advance and pick up to ensure you get your items! read more
We heard about this restaurant, and decided to give it a try. It is a hidden gem located in Austin. What makes this restaurant so interesting is how they package their meals - you can see it from the pictures attached, but it is really intriguing! We tried the roast beef sandwich, the egg salad sandwich, and the sushi offerings. Well, our eyes were bigger than our stomach because each individual servings was more than enough for a meal! All of these were great, and they provide a bag of enhancements for the sushi - individual soy sauce, ginger and wasabi, which was pretty cool. If you want to try a very interesting and different Japanese restaurant, give this a try. I think you will enjoy it too. 5 stars from us. read more
Even with a long wait it was sooo good and incredible...the staff is kind friendly and efficient. Sandi's were delicious and the sushi was amazing and such great presentation as well. Food was definitely worth the price and wait will be back soon we drove 2 hours, waited 1 in line for my birthday and would do it again indoor seating is very limited and definitely need to consider taking to go read more
Obsessed is an understatement! Choo offers some of the most fresh and delicious fish we've had in Austin. We finally were in the area early enough to score two sushi boxes and we have no regrets. Everything pictured here came out to ~$90 but well worth the price to us. We will be back !! read more

Amazing! The best sushi any in our group has had in the US. If we lived here, we'd sure be in trouble lol. I had the toro plate -- salmon and tuna. Pickled veggies, real wasabi, and Homemade soy sauce! Note they only make a certain amount per day and sell out -- so go early! read more

Choo was a cute store with amazing food! The packaging was so thoughtful and lovely, and the cashier was sweet as well :) Loved the food, and will definitely be back with the people I love! Highly recommend!!! read more
Soooo good! I got the pork katsu sando and the strawberries and cream sando, and both were so fresh! The portions were good too - I had half a sandwich and saved the rest for later. I thought the price was reasonable considering these are specialty sandwiches and have to be served fresh. I've never had a dessert sandwich before and I'm a convert. The cream and bread melt in your mouth and the strawberry is refreshing. Like a parfait in a sandwich? The shop is really cute - they have grab and go or there's seating inside. It was busy on a Saturday but no wait. I also liked the variety of drinks! Really good coffees and teas. read more

It is a very small place and it's meant for takeout; but they do have 3 small tables If you wish to dine-in.
