I ordered chicken breast, and the portions were surprisingly inconsistent. One piece was a reasonable size, while the other was significantly smaller and did not feel like a proper portion. The biggest disappointment was the Caesar salad with salmon. It came with only two very small pieces of salmon--approximately 1.5 ounces total. Honestly, even my cat would have been disappointed with that portion! It genuinely looked like they were down to their last small piece of salmon and divided it between the salad. As someone who is Persian and grew up eating this type of food regularly, I'm very familiar with the flavors, quality, and portions I would expect. Unfortunately, the food this time was well below average, both in taste and value. I would rate the taste about 2/10. It's especially disappointing because I previously enjoyed ordering from Sorta and appreciated having a convenient neighborhood option so close to home. But after two disappointing experiences in a row, I can't justify the price for the portions and quality I received. Sadly, I don't see myself returning. It's very sad that u spend 77$ for lunch for two and not be satisfied

They escorted us to a table that allowed my wheelchair-bound family to stay out of any high traffic pathways yet also see the entire beautiful restaurant. The waitstaff and manager checked on us frequently and thanked us for our patronage. And at the end, the manager kindly helped me escort my wheelchair-bound family member to my car parked across the street. Wish I lived closer to give them business more often, but I've already told the rest of my family to come here when they're in town! I never write reviews but had to hop online to write this one.

I was looking for a place to eat and stumbled upon a newly opened BBQ place. I went in with my family to dine. The place was spanking clean. Customer service is by far one of the best I have encountered. The food was amazing. I have to say the Barg and the Chicken Brest where so good that we also had to do a Togo one for tomorrow Lunch. I enjoyed the pita bread that it came with. And of course, the main star of the show was the beef shawarma roll. That was well balanced between beef, veggies, and bread. The salmon was completely inedible--extremely dry, hard, tasteless, and had the texture of something that had been sitting around for hours. I spent approximately $20 on a meal that I ultimately had to throw away. I called the restaurant expecting a simple resolution. Instead, I was met with one of the strangest customer-service experiences I have ever had. The manager, Melanie, initially told me I could come back and have the meal replaced. I explained that I was on my way to work and couldn't come back that day. She then said I needed to give her a specific day and time when I could return. I offered Saturday because I was trying to accommodate her request, only for her to then say that if I couldn't come back that same day, she couldn't replace it and I would have to contact CAVA Support. So let me understand this: CAVA serves me a $20 salmon bowl that is essentially garbage, I throw it away because it's inedible, and then I'm expected to rearrange my schedule around a specific date and time just to get the restaurant to make the situation right? When I expressed my frustration, Melanie repeatedly accused me of yelling at her. I was frustrated, but I was not yelling or threatening her. Instead of de-escalating the situation like a professional manager should, she argued with me and hung up on me twice. I called back a third time to request the general manager's name so I could escalate the matter. She initially refused to provide it and only eventually gave me the name Caesar, saying he would be there tomorrow. The food was unacceptable, but honestly, the way the manager handled the complaint was even worse. A customer should be able to call a restaurant and say, "The food I paid $20 for is inedible," without being argued with, accused of yelling, and hung up on twice. CAVA needs to seriously evaluate the management and customer-service standards at this location. At minimum, this situation warrants formal review and retraining. Customers should not be treated this way when they are simply asking for a legitimate resolution to a problem caused by the restaurant. Food quality: unacceptable. Customer service: unacceptable. Management response: completely unacceptable.

They loaded it up with fresh veggies and the tzatziki sauce was creamy, garlicky, and just the right amount--not overpowering. Portion size was great for the price, and everything tasted fresh.
