Don't get twisted by the bad reviews about this location. My boyfriend and I ordered pick-up through the app earlier today. We got a greens + grains bowl (braised lamb & chicken) & free pita. As soon as we got there, there was a good amount of parking spots in front. We walked in and unfortunately someone had taken our pick-up order. We hope there's a better way to organize pick-up orders so that it's easily not taken by others. I went to the restroom while my boyfriend shared what had happened with the staff. By the time I got out of the restroom, they made our order again. We ate our food at one of the outdoor tables then proceeded with our drive. Also get a pita on the side to enjoy along side the bowl. Its extra but worth it. I ordered a bowl and I did half and half with greens and brown rice. Next time I will be sure that they seperate the two instead of putting the rice on top of the greens. I did two proteins half chicken and half sweet potatoe. Then I added a few toppings and sauces. I stopped by CAVA for a quick bite of something healthy, and because it's been a while since I've gotten it and wanted to try it out again. This location is pretty big and clean. I'm also glad they kind of increased the font on menus so my blind ass can actually read it and order food (I stg it was like 10pt font on the menus on the wall). I ordered the harissa chicken power bowl which came with harissa honey chicken, white sweet potato, crazy feta, hummus, avocado, new sumac slaw, new power greens, skhug, and yogurt dill sauce. Refreshing and delicious while fairly hearty from the potato and avocado. At $20 a bowl though... kind of rough for the amount of food you get. The servers are always nice and keep things moving even when it gets busy. It's in a shared parking lot, so finding a spot can be a bit of a hassle depending on the time, but overall still a convenient and reliable stop. Definitely casual vibe in there for all ages :) Food-wise, the harissa chicken and spicy lamb meatballs are my go-to every time. Cava newbie here. We decided to give this place a shot because we've heard so much about it. The first thing I noticed was how long the line was, but once we got up to order we found out that they really give you their time as there's a lot of things to choose from and many people ahead of us had multiple orders. I got the salmon yogurt dill bowl and I really liked it a lot. It was satisfying and was plenty of food. Next time I'd substitute power greens for the arugula. Maybe it's a sensory thing, but the long stems of the arugula was too much for me. The yogurt dill dressing was great and the salmon was cooked well. My daughter got a steak bowl and said she'd get her dressing on the side next time. I wished I ordered pita chips with some dip, but I'll grab some of that the next time. They have outdoor and indoor seating. Parking close to the spot can be challenging because they share an area with Starbucks, Sharkey's, Jamba Juice, etc. If you go down toward REI and walk you'll find a spot no problem. I am a fan of Cava and recently my aunt and I wanted to meet up for dinner so I suggested this place. We both got the kids meal since it was the perfect size and serving for us. My order: Base -- basmati rice (their basmati rice is kinda dry. Hopefully it was just that batch) Protein-- Grilled Chicken Toppings -- corn, cucumber with tomatoes Dip -- tzatziki sauce Dressing -- garlic It was flavorful. My only complaint will be that the serving is on the smaller side. Not sure if this location is trained that way but the Porter Ranch location seem to give you a little bit more. I will be honest employees usually don't like it when customer use rewards. They give attitude or pretend they don't know how the reward system works. This time everything went smoothly with no issues. For food, I really enjoyed my chicken + rice bowl. Everything tasted good. Food was flavorful and portion wise was really good. For ambiance, this location has indoor and outdoor seating area. There are plenty of seating area inside and tables are clean. The only issue is parking. It is usually hard to find a parking spot close by or in front of the store. If you don't mind walking, I would suggest park farther and walking to the store. read more

Stopped here while driving on the 5 north. Parking for this area was really hard, kind of a nightmare so the location is hard to get to. After we finally parked, We waited in line for about 15 mins which felt a bit long, there was only 2 people in front of us. The seemed to have a lot of online orders that take priority. The workers themselves were fine, not overly friendly but just doing their job. The food itself was not great, we got 2 menu chicken bowls instead of a pick the items yourself style. The disappointment came biting into the rice and finding pieces that were so hard I was worried about breaking a tooth. Both our bowls had this rice issue. I come to this CAVA frequently! The staff is always super helpful and friendly. Today I especially appreciated Mykara's help at the cashier because I went up a few times to ask for things. The food is always fresh and hot and the staff does a great job with upkeep of the serving station. I personally have not been eating meat much for the month of January, and have come discover that the falafel is really tasty! Definitely my go to after hitting up the 24 hr fitness center in Burbank and I just love how filling it is for how much you get! The service is quick and even the To Go orders are done within 10-15 mins from the app! I love using the mobile orders since I'm always in a time crunch. The place is clean and usually the seats inside are taken but the outside seating is nice too. Came twice to this location and two times I felt that area was not clean.
