10 stars for us! Christmas dinner. 8 pm. First time here even though we've been coming to Naples for five years. It definitely will not be our last! Memorable experience. Angela is an exceptional server, and when she asked if we had been here before she filled us in - very helpful. Throwback classic White Russian for me & Ketel One martinis for my fiance. Delicious beet salad & huge bonus for the Humboldt Fog cheese! Steak & tuna for entrees & I somehow managed to share the incredible french fries... Too full for dessert. Beautiful holiday decorations too Very thoughtful parting gifts: hand painted oyster shells with holiday decor.

With a 6:30 reservation on a Tuesday evening, the 4 of us were seated quickly and our server arrived right away. They were offering $30 off a bottle of wine, so we chose a nice Pinot Noir and were very happy with it. The decor is very classy, with subtle lighting and booths and tables. The menu is extensive, with numerous accompaniments and sides. My husband and I decided to share the potsticker appetizer and I opted for the braised short ribs for my entree. We were provided fresh bread, which was excellent. Our potstickers arrived looking wonderful and the flavors were great. I loved that we didn't feel rushed and got to enjoy our drinks, and then appetizers before our entree arrived. My short ribs were amazing. They were fall off the bone tender and the sauce on them was stupendous. I rarely finish my meal, but this one I did, and loved every bite. Service was great the entire time we were there. Definitely worth returning.

A friend from the area introduced us to this restaurant a couple of months ago and we have come back 4 times already for the spectacular food and generous 40% off. I had ordered bone in ribeye, filet Mignon, all the Filet Waygu as well as the Australian Waygu strip. I have enjoyed them all, always good. Their sides are not too big but can served 2 people. The services here has always been great, last time our server was Sergio and he made a few suggestions and they all were on point! I'll be back next year when the offer is back...

It's my fav dinner spot in Naples. In Feb - able to sit outside in the extremely comfortable chairs and enjoy spectacular food, fabulous service & great friends it's hard to beat....except we had to wait ~ 45 min after our reservation to be seated. The bar is a nice place to wait & service is awesome on a super crowded night. Others in same boat as us so conversations were friendly and easy w almost everyone respectful about the wait. When we finally sat we were amazed at how comfortable the seats were and how much fun it was to sit by the street & sidewalk. Service was as special and we never waited for anything. We shared the coffee crusted pork chop (spectacular), the grouper (perfectly cooked) and a large steak (excellent). Wonderful evening and can't wait to return.

We decided to celebrate our anniversary dinner at Chops & had such a lovely night!! Food First we received a warm basket of bread with the most delicious butter with flaky salt & a garlic infused oil (would literally go back for this alone). Then we ordered a bottle of wine to split, along with the fresh market salad & the dyn-oh-mite sushi roll (tuna roll). The salad was a bit smaller than expected but incredibly flavors. The sushi roll was fabulous & we ordered a little side of the honey sriracha to go with which was the perfect spicy touch! For dinner we decided on two entrees -- The wagyu top sirloin & the sliced wagyu tri tip. Both were great dishes & the perfect size. The sides that accompanied the meat were great & the sauces were incredible. Service We had an amazing waiter, Aaron, take care of us. He was absolutely incredible, starting off with his recommendations, explanations, and patience as weren't in any rush and wanted to enjoy our night! We went on a Wednesday night & the restaurant was quite busy, but not too loud, and definitely not slow at all with the volume. Everything came out with perfect timing between courses, hot & delish. Aaron definitely made our night with his service & overall kindness! Ambiance The restaurant doesn't give your typical light/airy Florida vibes, but rather a darker, more romantic feel which we loved for the occasion. The decor was rich & lavash and definitely gave the fine dining experience. A little side note, the bathrooms were incredibly clean & well stocked.

Unimpressed with this fine dining experience The food: The the porter house steak was excellent and the filet side was like butter. The sides such as the potatoes a gratin were delicious and the corn brûlée was pretty good but not amazing. The chocolate mouse for dessert was very light and fluffy and the complimentary sour dough bread and butter definitely hit the spot. Let's talk about the service: subpar. # 1. No small forks for the oysters . #2 our waiter cleaned and wiped off our table with his bare hands... 3. Left dirty empty plates at our table 4. I had to pour my own water... literally came over once to place sparkling water in my glass. 4. Suggested the filet instead of the porter house when the porter house was way more tender but less expensive then us buying one Porter house and a 10 ounce filet . We would have ordered the porter house for 2 as I originally wanted but was convinced the filet was better by our waiter. Wrong! The porter house was spectacular. When I brought it up to our waiter he said nothing. I would expect at this caliber of restaurant for the service to be impeccable. I was beyond disappointed. We didn't even receive suggestions on wine pairings with our entree. Didn't seem to have a sommelier on site. Ambiance: sophisticated/ old charm If it wasn't for the service I would have given it a 5 stars I don't think our server/ waiter had any experience working at a fine dining restaurant or Chops doesn't spend the time or money to train their employees appropriately. At Sails the service is impeccable. Etiquette- when a lady goes to sit in a chair... the seat is to be pulled away and the napkin goes on her lap- this was not performed I'm not pretentious... it's fine dining etiquette.

Incredible food, service, and wine. The inside of the restaurant is absolutely stunning. Definitely recommend sitting in one of the booths. The summer menu is 3 courses for $49! 30% off all wine bottles as well.

It had ceiling fans and a nice view of Naples Players Theater Plaza. Service was prompt & attentive, but never rushed. Marija offered great recommendations that worked well together. For apps we had the Hamachi Crudo with pickled mango and seaweed salad, as well as the Spicy Tuna Roll, which had just enough kick. Both were as authentic as anything we've had in Japan. For main course my wife enjoyed the halibut special. One thing I liked is that Marija quoted us the price wihout asking: right in in line with the other entrees and no worrying about 'sticker shock' check surprises at end of the meal. I had the pork chop, where getting it tender challenges many chefs. This one delivered: Perfectly done and seasoned just right. It doesn't come with vegetables so Marija suggested a half side of miso-chili broccoli, which was a great pairing. As we came in I noticed a lot of diners leaving with leftovers: portions were generous and we did same. For dessert, diners at next table raved about their giant 10 layer carrot cake. Marija offered me an off-the-menu 5-layer option that hit the spot. My wife had the flourless dark chocolate torte and ended up taking half home with us- it was very generous and really delicious. Bill was accurate and you pay at table on handheld terminals- no handing over your card and waiting. One of the more expensive restaurants we've eaten at here, but worth every dollar. It was a wonderful experience and we'll be back.

The cook of the steak was in fact medium rare as ordered, however, when we cut our steaks, immediately you could tell how tough the meat was. I'm not sure if these steaks are frozen or simply a poor quality of cut, but it shouldn't take more than 3 business days to chew a steak. The winner of our meal was in fact the sonoma ravioli. It was very rich and decadent. I also suggest the gouda tater tots and truffle mac & cheese. I'd skip the creamed spinach as it lacked flavor and was a bit runny. The ambiance was high energy, great for big parties and dates as well. Perhaps the seafood entrees may be better as I did notice other parties ordering those items. But to compare to other steakhouses, I don't think I can give it a positive review.

Everything about it from entering the grounds of The Ritz, walking through the hotel lobby, to being greeted at the host/hostess station elevated an experience that by the end of the meal can be summed up in the word Magnifique! Upon reaching the host/hostess station, we were efficiently greeted and brought to our table walking through a beautiful dining room with a piano player to boot reminiscent of the great restaurants of the '70's and '80's. Whisked to our table to a romantic table for two with a full view of the dining room a la Forge Miami Beach 1980. We were told that The Grill has been operational for 40 years and is the best performing restaurant within Marriott's portfolio and the only remaining Grill. Our server who was outstanding had been here for 29 years. He explained to a T the specials and was both professional and friendly what you would expect at a 5 star restaurant. We started by selecting our bottle of wine a reasonably priced Pride Cab that was not heavily marked up. The wine list was extensive with a wide range of wines priced many priced reasonably and providing good value all the way up to top end Screaming Eagle. We elected to start with a great Caesar salad and followed up with two bone-in steaks, one being the 22 oz. bone-in ribeye for $98 and a 22 oz. bone in filet mignon special at $142 that our server described as being 14 oz. of meat and boy was it huge! The bone-in ribeye was cooked perfectly and delicious and the filet was soft as butter and very very good. We had fantastic Cajun spiced steak fries and great broccolini. For dessert we finished up with two souffles that are personal sized, one being a chocolate souffle with chocolate sauce and in asking for sabayon - they advised that while they could not they would bring out creme anglaise. The cookies n cream souffle was even better and delectable! Service was off the chart polished, unrushed and absolutely great. All in all the experience was beyond 5 stars. A truly unique restaurant standing the test of time and without a doubt the best steakhouse and best restaurant that we have eaten at in the State of Florida. We started with the octopus and fresh focaccia with honey. The octopus was exceptional--easily one of the best I've had and on par with dishes I've enjoyed at Michelin-starred and James Beard-recognized restaurants. We made a reservation on Friday for that same night at 6pm for 2. Parking is very limited. We were unable to find a spot and ended up parking in the Goodwill parking lot across the street after confirming with two staff members at Two Fillets that this was fine. Dress is very casual but nice. We were seated and greeted by Jessica, our amazing waitress! She was so personable and great! We started off with the Thai Steak Calamari. It is sliced ribbon-thin and tempura dusted, fried to perfection with a sweet chili glaze. She described it perfectly. It was so delicious! Perfect portion for sharing. For my entree I ordered the 6 oz Wagyu Filet Migon for market price, which was $55. It comes with 2 sides and a sauce. For my sauce I ordered the garlic herb butter. For my sides I ordered the sweet potato mash and the herb and garlic fingerling potatoes. Wow!!!! This was absolutely incredible. I ordered my filet medium rare, and yes I wanted it that way. Cooked to my perfection! The garlic herb butter was perfect!!! The sweet potato mash and the fingerling potatoes were fantastic! Would definitely come back and recommend!! Please bring to St Petersburg and/or Tampa!!!

The menu ... the cuts of steaks ... the wood paneled interior with gold-framed paintings ... the steak sauce ... even the plates with a logo that looks exactly like Peter Lugar's ... all the same. The waiters wear white embroidered jackets, have the confidence of stock brokers and chit chat with you as if they are a longtime friend. The steaks come sizzling in butter and pre-sliced the way Lugar's porterhouse for two come. I have always thought Peter Lugar's was overrated. The steaks are expensive and very fatty with sinew/gristle running through the meat. This wasn't a thick steak ... it was on the thin side and it was fried in butter making the outside flavorful but a little rubbery. If you like Peter Lugar's you will like this. However, if you like a thick, tender steak ... maybe not. The sides are all similar to any good a la carte steakhouse in the world. They have the famous thick bacon, which is more like pork steak on the menu. The wedge salad was very good. Overall, this place gets packed ... parking is a nightmare ... and it's an institution. If you like vintage style, classic restaurants, you'll be in for a treat here. I would certainly come back. The steaks are not the best I've ever had here ... but all the things add up to make it a special vibe and experience as the many regulars would attest. There is a slight douchebaggery aire to the customers, which would make any New York transplant feel at home.
