This gem is tucked away underneath the overpass, along with many others. While the space is small it's cozy and clean. I went for lunch on a Weekend and it wasn't overcrowded or loud. It's really a pleasant place to grab a bite to eat or even a few drinks. And I didn't feel rushed, even after the bill was paid. I cannot say enough good things about the food. The sweet tea was pineapple and cinnamon, maybe, delicious. I also had a sour beer that I want to say was raspberry. The pho dumplings we ordered steamed. The flavor was out of this world and the texture was perfect. I honestly couldn't believe how much it tasted like pho. We also ordered the soft shell crab bao and again, delicious. The crab was crispy and the toppings complimented it perfectly. For ramen, I ordered the ronin and my sister ordered the addie. Everything was perfect. The texture combinations and the layers and depth of flavor were amazing. The broth wasn't watery and the noodles were absolutely perfect. Mine was earthy and almost creamy. My sisters was a little spicy and absolutely wonderful. Again, I just can't say enough good things. I will go back again and again. read more

Came in alone. They assumed I wanted take out. 30 min later I am given take out. When I said I had wanted to dine in, I'm given plates to set it up myself. I am a first time visitor so wasn't sure how they set up the meal. The Mayo sauce for the well reviewed crab bao was sour and pretty much ruined the potential of the dish. The same sauce was used for the cauliflower, which was otherwise really good. So Disappointing considering this was a $28 splurge on a Sunday workday for just me. No effort to reduce the bill for such a poor experience. Go elsewhere for fun. read more

Visited this place for lunch. The food is very good. I had the Ronin. It was hot and full of flavor. The Pork Phat Bia was also tasty. If it wasn't for the customer service I would have given them five stars. Upon entering the restaurant, waitress greeted me with some what of an unpleasant smile. It's like she was annoyed . I sat down and immediately she asked for my order. I had not touched the menu. So I ordered. She threw the food at me. I asked for a sprite three times before I got it. I also asked for a fork. Well I'm still waiting on that. She did put the remaining food in a nice storage cup and threw me the bill. She never said thanks or nothing. I also noticed a gentleman going to each table checking on them. He never came to my table. I'm not sure if I will visit this place again. The service SUCKS! read more

they seem very prejudice. my girl friend and i really enjoy the food, and usually order take out but this time we decided to dine in. our server really only came to take our order and give us the check, never really asking if we needed anything. we both got the addie which was much spicier then normal. i gave the server a $100 bill to pay for our food and when she brought back the change it was short by 15 dollars. i don't know the whole thing was really uncomfortable, i don't think we'll be dining with them again :/ read more

In my opinion, this is one of the best restaurants in Baton Rouge. It took one visit and I was hooked. This is now my partner and I's go-to spot for date nights and celebrations. I started off safe by ordering the Boa Buns, and through my multiple trips I have tried the Taj Ma Hot, the Hot Honey Chicken, the Phat Cow and the Soft Shell Crab. The only one that I don't care for is the Soft Shell Crab Boa, but that is due to my own personal preferences and nothing to do with the food. The others that I mentioned I can recommend 100%. They are all fabulous. Tonight, I wanted to try some of the noodles. I asked the waitress for her request and she said the Oscar Ramen. When I tell you each bite felt like a warm hug. This Ramen was packed with flavor, it is the ultimate comfort food. I was so surprised how wonderful it was... I think it may be replacing the Phat Cow Boa as my usual order. The food here is wonderful. There are so many options on the menu, you are bound to find something you would enjoy. The atmosphere is also very cozy and they play the best music. The concept is good, but it is not being well executed. The beer I chose from the menu wasn't available. The appetizer and entrees were delivered to the table at exactly the same time.
