The jerk chicken is thoroughly marinated and smoky, tender as can be too. It definitely has some slight heat from the scotch bonnet (but won't melt your face off by any stretch). Plantains are soft and one of my favorite sides. The steamed vegetables are nothing too special but offer some nutrition and a palate cleanser. The rice is delicious and sops up everything and they don't skim on that. Easily enough rice for 2-3 meals. They got plenty of other interesting items, so look forward to coming back some time.

I decided to order off the noodles menu and got the Paneer Haka noodles and did spice level of medium. Their version of spice is on the Indian spice level. Medium was perfect for me and my friend as it gave us just right amount of flavor and definitely caused our noses to run, but not so hot that we couldn't enjoy the food. The Hakka noodles consisted of almost rice noodles stir fried with some dry chili powder, onion, bell pepper and paneer. The paneer was honestly the best part - it wasn't just cubes of paneer tossed in. I could tell the paneer had been flavored and cooked (maybe pan fried?) prior to then being added to the stir fry - the texture was not too firm and the spice on the paneer was absolute perfection. A lot of Indian places I see just throw cubes of paneer in so if the paneer isn't coated in curry it doesn't have much flavor on its own. But this paneer had flavor! It was honestly hands down best paneer I have had and makes me wish I got a paneer appetizer. The Hakka noodles itself were slightly overcooked for me, but I did like the flavor. Can't wait to come back and try something else. Plenty of free parking in gravel that is shared with other food trailers. They accept card.

Reasonable prices and generous portions as well. 2/4 items were spectacular - the achari paneer frankie was very well flavored with just the right amount of spice, and I appreciate that the wrap was a fresh paratha. It tasted especially good with the mint chutney provided. The dahi puri was SO good - it has been a long time since I've enjoyed a dahi puri this much. Soft puris, fresh dahi - amazing. The chicken tikka frankie was mediocre - didn't do much for me. The samosa chaat was unfortunately pretty bad. Very dry and lacked flavor. It wasn't worth finishing so we ended up throwing a good amount of it away. I think all in all this is a solid place to grab a bite, but hit or miss based on the items you order.
