Kids swarming to order their Snow Cone!!!
    Bernadette L.

They are excellent! If your having a large party, this is a great alternative to having your own snow come with a jumper. Chris provides everything and comes in his own trailer. The kids and their parents just tell them what combo of flavors and he makes it in a few seconds. It was a BIG hit at my daughters birthday and kept our guests cool in the 100+ weather. Too bad he didn't have condense milk for one of the flavors - but he has tons of other flavors to chose from. Tigers blood flavor was a big FAV!

It reminded me of the "Five Dollar Shake" from the movie "Pulp Fiction." I took two sips of that shake and very politely put it in the cup holder, because I knew that shake wasn't going to survive the trip home. When I got home, that shake lasted, probably 6 minutes, tops. Cover your children's ears and/or eyes: This shake was almost liquid crack. You may go back 20 minutes later with a friend. Yes, it was that good! Don't get me wrong, I love the big ice cream shops, but if I don't want to deal with the crowds, and I want to support a local, small business, this is the place for me.

For the price its very cheap and they give alotttt. Flavor wise it was very artificial to me, ube had some interesting taste to it and cheesecake jus tasted like other cheesecake flavorings. Overall not a bad dessert spot, pretty cheap and alot of things to try jus not my favorite

It's somewhat hidden since the door is literally behind a pillar. It's a bright and welcoming cafe with a colorful menu, merch, and pastures. They only serve pastries over the weekend I believe since they collab with bakers. I got their crème brûlée which was a nice dark roast flavor for a good caffeine boost. I got their pandan salt bread and had so much pandan filling it that complimented the salt content. Great experience! Would come again to try more drinks.

The coffee itself was very strong, which made the banana flavor hard to notice. It was topped with a cookie crumble that tasted good, but it made the drink difficult to sip without a straw. If you take your time finishing your drink, the crumble can get a bit soggy by the end. Overall, the coffee was good, but I'm not sure it was worth the nearly $9 price tag They also sell salt bread here. I didn't try any this visit, but I'd be interested in giving it a shot next time. The space has limited seating, so it could be difficult to find a spot to wait during busy times without getting in the way. On the plus side, my drink was prepared quickly.

I almost decided to not order anything since I felt full from ramen but with reasonable prices and the opportunity to try a new yogurt-based boba drink (I haven't seen many of them in Sac), I thought why not. 25% sugar is the move for Strawberry Blizz ($6.75). It's a strawberry blend with a wonderful conglomeration of flavors between the smoothness of the strawberries, harder textured apples/mangoes, and honey aftertaste of the boba. I didn't sample the milk or fruit teas but I highly recommend giving the yogurt blizz drinks a try instead.

Moo moo has a selection of snacks and other dessert, however when I looked at the menu, I noticed that many items where not available anymore and covered by a post in. Secondly, I asked for half sweet and their drinks are over sweet. I realky like their ube cloud foam. I like the vibe of the location and love that it is clean. I came in on a Monday and there weren't many customers. I would study here, there are a few outlets available for charging.

They didn't offer a refund or any other option so I obliged. The pan fried ones were hella burnt. I like crispy, but these were so overcooked and dry. No soup left in them. The Shanghai thick noodles were ok, but these chicken in it was firreeee! So tender and flavorful. I just wish they gave more. There was only like 10 tiny pieces. I was originally going to get garlic broccoli but didn't want to pay like $14 for broccoli, so got the broccoli beef instead. It was ok, but felt pretty small for $15. I really loved my lychee slush and would probably come back just for that. They boba was rock hard. I had to spit them out because they were literally inedible. I know cold drinks make boba hard, but these were literal rocks.. I'd be willing to try the boba in a different, non-slush drink just to give it a fair chance though. Overall, it was very hit-or-miss. Some things great and others disappointing. I still want to try the mini dumplings, so I will be back.
