Our car had died on the side of the road and we called another local service (referred by AAA) to pick us up just before 8 pm. They said it would take 20 minutes. After an hour and a half of waiting for them we decided to look elsewhere and struck gold with Chris. He picked up the phone immediately, arrived in 20 minutes, gave us bottles of water and offered to make a pit stop for dinner. He towed us all the way to Santa Clara (75 miles) with a straightforward price that was a hair under the price of the competition. Chris is a hardworking small business owner and I loved hearing during our ride about the business he's building. The wait time was a little bit longer than the given estimate, but less than an hour, which is what you can ask for I guess. Service was friendly and efficient. My car wouldn't start and the AAA technician that came out told me I would need a tow home. I live 33 miles away from my work. I wasn't able to get a tow from AAA due to there being no available trucks and was advised to find my own tow company and submit for a reimbursement. I randomly got a flat tire and was stranded in Fairfield for 3 hours while my insurance was finding a provider and somehow my request for a tow was cancelled after already waiting 3 hours and treated terribly by Aa towing, my insurance found another provider which was Chris's towing. I was quoted a 75 minute wait (which I'm already done with the situation at this point) Chris shows up after 30 minuets and was the nicest most sweetest person imaginable I was so grateful for his early arrival and he was working off duty to save me! 27 STARS! Because that's how many times I cried on Friday before I called Chris and he came to help me. It's a long story which I'll tell, but basically if you're looking for fast, affordable, friendly, professional and compassionate service Chris is the guy to call! He went above and beyond to help me. This past Friday my tire blew out while I was driving down the 80 West towards San Francisco, it was super scary and I ended up getting stuck on the left side of the freeway in the emergency lane which is when the crying started, I was overwhelmed and hot and scared, I was able to eventually get off the freeway and get my tire changed to my spare which ended up having A NAIL IN IT (more crying). I finally gave up and decided to call a tow truck to help me, the tire was holding some air so I knew it just needed to be filled up enough to get me to the closest gas station. I started calling around to see who could come out and help, I was told by at least 6 other tow companies that they either - don't do public service calls after 8pm, that it would be at least an hour wait, or that since I was near the freeway it would be a minimum of $120 for any service provided. I'm relatively young and live paycheck to paycheck and definitely didn't have an extra $100 to spend on air, so I was super frustrated (more crying). Finally I called Chris's Towing -- I felt better the moment he answered the phone -- he was super patient while I explained my situation to him and gave me a great deal and came out to help right away. He checked all 4 of my tires to make sure none of the others needed air as well. He did a great job of reassuring me that everything would be fine and that I was safe and taken care of -- even took the extra step to follow me to the closest gas station to make sure I got there okay. Nicest and most courteous tow company. The gentleman I spoke with gave me a quote 3x cheaper than everyone else. He spoke with my insurance company initially then had to cancel because of an accident they were dispatched too, but after hours of trying to find someone with as fair pricing, i was able to get ahold of him again and he made sure that he was going to come and get me. Hand's down, the BEST service I have received in a long time! I had to have my car towed from Vacaville to Santa Rosa and was not too happy about it. They were timely, polite, and so careful with my vehicle. It was a hot day and a long drive so when we stopped to quickly top off the gas, the driver went inside and bought me a water and coffee. Hands down, the best tow experience I've ever had!!! I had a car shell that needed to get towed to the local junkyard. I called at least 5 different places and no one was willing to tow the vehicle. After calling Chris's Towing, they assured that they'd be able to tow the shell with no problems! Chris is a God send! I was in a rush and had a million things on my mind somehow I pushed the lock button on my car alarm and didn't realize. I sat my keys on the seat to strap my baby in his car seat I closed the door and walked around to the drivers side to get in and the door was locked. I started to panic because I've just locked my 2 year old in the car! I called Chris he got to me in 10 minutes I was freaking out but Chris kept me calm he got the door open in less than 5 minutes I cried and thanked him so much. He was so kind to me he didn't charge me for the service he provided. His words to me were it's no problem I treat people like I would my family. I needed a tow (flatbed) for my car a few weeks ago and Chris's Towing service answered the call, Chris arrive lightning fast, so quickly, that I had not even finished preparing for his arrival. I have a modified car with a lot of money sunk into it and I am always concerned and watchful with tow services and how they treat my car. Chris was very careful not to cause any damage while loading my car at my home and unloading it at the repair facility, he completed the process in excellent fashion, he then returned me to my home. Great fast friendly service. I called hoping to get saved from having to get my car towed to the bmw dealership for a simple lockout. I called about 4 other tow shops in which they stated they were un able to do because of it being a German car and that they're really fragile and I would need a locksmith . Best towing service in town! My car broke down, on the side of the road, on my way to Napa. My friend, that was with me told, me to call Chris's towing she had heard about them online. I called the gentlemen, he was very sweet and assured me he would be here as soon as he could. Within 15 minutes I saw the same gentleman, I spoke to, pulling up and ready to assist.
