We came here for a school fundraiser and I was pleasantly surprised on the quality of food and entertainment. The pizza was good! We ordered a pepperoni stuffed crust and a supreme stuffed crust. Both were delicious and fresh! My husband also got a salad at the salad bar and it was huge and had all the options . The facility was clean and all the games were in working condition that I noticed. My kid had a blast and loved every minute of our visit. The worst part was leaving because she didn't want to. I'm sure we will be back!

Love this place. My sweet grandson likes to get special toys. Putting 4 stars instead of 5 because he slipped and fell very hard in the boys bathroom. I'm not sure if it was water or someone had a little accident in there but i assured him everything will be okay and he hugged me for a very long time. Grandma loves hugs! We ended the day with some pizza and a game together. Boy was i tuckered out. I put him to bed and took this sweet picture. Great job Chicken Cheese.

It was pricey but my nephews always love it! We got 2 cheese personal pizzas wings and salad for me, 45 minutes play time for each of them and some dipping dots grand total was $107.00! Everything is expensive now and I had a blast watching them be happy.

OK, I have to admit that I haven't been to one of these restaurants in quite a long time, like 30 years. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. The game pass is worth every penny because there's a game for just about every age group. I will also have to admit, the pizza was pretty darn good. A fun place to come for the family and especially a beautiful little four-year-old granddaughter who had a blast with her grandpa

Even more brilliant is making all the arcade machines free play, so when you pay the $12.99 to get in, you have the opportunity to play any game your heart desires. I drank two beers while at Cidercade, their Texas Blonde and their Pistolas Mexican Lager. Both were good and easy to drink. All the arcade games have nearby areas to place your drinks so you can lock in on the games as needed. The collection of games is great and varied, from pinball machines and Japanese rhythm games to classic arcade games like Q*bert, Donkey Kong, Tetris, and more. There are racing games, Guitar Hero Arcade, rail shooters, Pop-A-Shot, skee ball, and plenty of other options. I enjoy that most of the people moving around Cidercade feel pretty sophisticated and do not get too rowdy like at other bars. Everyone is there to have a good time and chill. All the games are clean, which is crazy knowing how much beer and how many drinks are being consumed around them. A little booze in your system and playing pinball is an amazing experience, and I cannot wait to go back. RIYL: The Y2K center but you were alive in the 2000s.

Not to mention arcade games like pinball and video games. Here's a fun tidbit, you can play the games! Playing them is free. Well, you do pay admission to enter the museum so it's part of that. I've only been once and it was sensory overload! So much to take in. Definitely gonna need to go back at least one more time. Of course there's a gift shop that sells vintage toys and all kinds of other great stuff. They even sell beer & cider refreshments (not vintage lol). To me this is a place to see at least once whether a visitor to Austin or a resident.

There are additional displays featuring Care Bears, Strawberry Shortcake, Barbie, Sailor Moon, Transformers, Dragon Ball, Power Rangers, Monchhichi, Pokémon, and more. We played several arcade games, including Crazy Taxi, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, and Dance Dance Revolution. Most of the arcade machines worked well, except for the Xbox. They also play old TV commercials on small screens scattered throughout the store. It really feels like a time capsule of shared experiences with my older cousins, and I had a lot of fun. I didn't expect there to be an admission fee--$17 for adults and $11 for kids--but the arcade games are included with admission.

During this visit to Pinstack we got food, played games and did some bowling. The bowling was fun but it's bowling so you should know what to expect. The food was half and half. The Mac and Cheese balls were super super good and my wife and I gobbled those up quick. The fries however, not that great. It's supposed to be "cheese fries" but in actuality it was just a bunch of fries with a small amount of shredded cheese and some sour cream on top. The games were fun but it does cost a lot of points per game to do anything. If you're gonna get a small amount of game credits on your play card, like 20 for example, you'll run out of points quick. I would like to come back again for bowling but I won't rush out the door to come back. I'd say if you're coming here for the first time, get a good amount of credits on your game card or just do bowling. Food is up to you since we only tried 2 appetizers I can't comment too much on it.

When we walked up to the doors they were locked even though the sign says they open at 2pm , it was 2:30pm. A woman walked up & unlocked the doors for us, I just thought maybe it was for safety since it is located in a busy area. But no one was inside just her no other workers or people, it didn't smell like food or popcorn. Even though there was a machine.Very odd so not sure if they sell food or not. Good thing we had eaten before we went! So we pay for the baby to play in the jungle gym which was a very reasonable $5 maybe & $3 for mom to go in with him, she sold us a pair of socks for the baby $3, not bad at all. Even though he only went in once it's very dark and not too appealing. To play the arcade games you put $ on a reloadable card. The games go by points so each point is a quarter. There was plenty of seating area plenty of chairs & tables but just no people! :( I was kind of surprised for it being a Friday afternoon & summer time, no school for the kids. My grand baby immediately runs to the arcade games and they had lot's of toddler friendly rides for him which were all around 3 to 4 points. As we explored the other games I noticed a few broken ones, then as I really took a good look more & more were broken or missing parts. Even the air hockey was broken. I understand a few here & there but no it was a lot, I'm glad I didn't have my teenagers because they didn't have many options for that age group. The neighborhood it's located in is pretty rough so maybe parents just let their kids tear up the place over the years:( Not too sure but I really feel bad for this company. My toddler grandson enjoyed himself, it was pretty reasonable priceI would definitely take him back to play games if it stays in business.

It's a fairly reasonable place to go on hot summer afternoon. The kids spent an hour running around a large playscape. It always makes me pleased to see them come back to the table nice and sweaty for a drink. We got a pizza which wasn't too bad and a hot dog which he ate all of, so it must have been pretty good too. Then they got to play games and win coupons for "prizes". They each went through a $10 "game card" pretty quickly, but got to pick things they wanted. Although this place isn't squeaky clean, the staff were exceptionally nice. It wasn't terribly packed either, which is great for places like this. During the last 45 minutes unfortunately there was one little girl who was able to scream so loud (and frequently) that I jumped almost every time she let out one of her frequent squeals of joy. Can't blame that on anyone but the parents though and it's rare they'd do anything about it at a place like this.
