It's a Tuesday with about 15-20 people tops, yes that's strange for Chuckie cheese. We were greeted by one gentleman who was very nice. We went here on a weekday and was pleasantly surprised. There was a lot of games for our 3.5yr old. Once I figured out the game system, I paid for 30min of play. Your card has a timer and you can play anything as much as you want in that time frame. So we both played all the games together and it worked out to our advantage, rather then paying by credit. After our 30 minutes we sat down to eat. We ordered our pizza fresh and it was pretty delicious. After we ate, we bought another 30 minute session and were out. The salad options were extremely limited. There was never a good variety of pizza for adults. At one point, we waited about 10 minutes for any pizza to be on the line. I find that this place has lost its luster and customer service. I have hosted about 4 birthday parties there over a period of 6 years. The last 2 were horrible. My guests had arrived and we had to wait over 30 minutes on the food and tokens for the kids, so when the food did come the kids had to scarf it down because we were told we didn't have time to eat because Chucky was coming out and we had to cut the cake. Once we cut the cake the kids were eating the cake, our server started cleaning up and asking kids to move because we had to leave the party area and they had to get ready for the next party. It was a bad experience I found myself repeatedly having to apologize to my guests. Also now when we go there are also at least 3-4 games that are out of order and every time we have gone a game always breaks down and when we ask for a associate to help us they are bombarded by other people with similar issues. read more

Personally I like the matching number stamps, I like knowing that if my kid gets away from me for a minute or two to play a game no one else is gonna walk out the door with them, even though i do keep him in sight-kids can sneak away fast! I love the updated fresh version of Chuck E. Cheese now. I used to come here as a child and remember how dark it used to be. I do miss the band the "talk show is a tad boring but Its much more open and lighter now that it has expanded. "Best birthday ever! " were my daughter's exact words. Makes your heart melt. We had my daughter and my niece's 5th birthday here on a Sunday morning. We did the vip package and got to come in at 9am, the kids had a run of the place for 2 hours to themselves until the restraunt opened at 11. It was wonderful. They also got 2 hours of free play with the game passes. Which meant for 1,000's of tickets. Great for the kids but not so much for the adults loading those tickets into the ticket eater one by one but all the kids left with so many goodies. Included in the party package they also got a goodie bag, dippin dots and candy from the pinata. Our party host Jackie was really sweet. Very patient and enthusiastic with the kids. I was expecting a run down Chuck E Cheese from my youth but it has definitely been updated! My daughter is 2 and had plenty of options to play/ ride and enjoyed herself a lot. There is food options like pizza, wings and more that tasted pretty great. We got coupons from the website and only paid $40. We left after over an hour of play and full of pizza and soda. The LAST time we went to this location, the carpet was so incredibly dirty that a thick, dark cloud of humidity floated above it and the smell was awful. I've been to other Chuck E Cheeses and the carpet didn't look or smell like that. There are a lot of younger people working there, who lack customer service skills, some are probably in high school, but what do you expect, it's a Chuck E. Cheese. The management is really nice and they've comped us a few things because of horrible customer service and burned food . I imagine management would love new carpet, or atleast clean carpet, but it's all up to the owner to provide them with that. We drive to Visalia. Much better experience there. Came here for a birthday party. For a Monday night it was quite busy. To my surprise the pizza was so good; the crust had a delicious garlic, butter taste. The establishment was clean over all and they have quite some entertainment for the kids. My child had a good time and seemed to enjoy the music. The kid zone was jam packed but that's expected. Overall I was impressed with the cleanliness, kind staff, and delicious pizza. I bring my kids here a couple times a month, weekdays 1- 4pm when there's not usually a lot of people. They love it! I like that you can just go to play games and don't have to pay for food like you do at john incredible pizza.
