Came back with the kids and it's better than it was. Looks like they made some changes. The food was decent and prices aren't too bad. My kids enjoyed the games and none of them were broke. The staff was helpful as well, and it looks like they are keeping it cleaner than before.

Fun little place for the entire family. They do the salad bar which is kinda crappy for $14 but the pizza is good! The little one loves the rides and we always leave with some type of toy for the kid with the tickets. Reminds me of my childhood coming here!

Does this look aligned at all? I don't think so

I gave this established a one because my kids and their friend wanted to test the conspiracy theory about them re-using unfinished pizza to piece together future orders and unfortunately it conspiracy theory seemed true.it was crowded, the line was not organized to get the pizza , things were broken a lot and I just plain don't like this place much.

    They love being kids here

Kids prefer this place over Johns. Prices are very reasonable. Customer service needs improvement. Other than that, we love this place.

I was trying ti use an old bill to get tokens and she came helped me without even being asked: she then offered to get me cups to split the tokens for the kids. Later the kids had trouble with one of the games and she helped fix it for them, and lastly , she was so pleasant and patient when they went to trade the tickets for prizes. Plus there is not enough places to sit while your kids enjoy themselves. The tables that are empty have reserved signs all over them when I'm not sure what they are reserved for as I didn't see anyone actually sit at one. Also the tables are filthy! I finally got tired of walking around looking for a seat and just sat down and about 5 minutes later I was asked if I was a part of a party and that if not I would need to move. I asked where I was supposed to sit and she told me it was first come first serve...ok then we're NOT off to a great first impression at all! So it's $22 for an all day jump. Meaning you get wristbands and can jump all day but you cannot leave and come back. Plus there is a $4 fee for socks that you HAVE to have to participate. There does seem to be lots of activities for the kids to get into. Also the wristbands are supposed to prevent anyone from being able to just walk out with your kids but I didn't scan anything and just walked right on out the door. Went into the women's restroom and was pleasantly surprised to see how clean it was but then I noticed there was no toilet paper or paper towels. There were however seat covers, but when I went to wash my hands the full soap dispenser would not dispense any soap. There doesn't seem to be a kitchen there but it says one is coming soon. You can order pizza, chicken or wedges that are delivered from a Round Table Pizza close by and it was actually pretty good. Overall this place is cool. There are a lot of kids just ripping and roaring all over so it's kind of a day care for tired parents, IF you can find a place to sit.

The entrance led through a gift shop that doubled as the admission counter. Most of the merchandise wasn't themed, with just a few flimsy labeled magnets available. The zoo itself was dusty and had lots of feathers, bird droppings, and spider webs throughout. Staff were few and far between, but the ones we encountered were friendly. Unfortunately, several animals had been removed from their enclosures due to illness or ongoing construction. Still, the animals that were there were surprisingly lively. The reptile exhibit was on the smaller side, but the creatures were active. The turtle area was my favorite as they were some of the most energetic turtles I've ever seen. Coming right at opening gave me a chance to watch them eat. The birds were also impressive, some of the largest I've seen in California. It was entertaining to watch them squawk and fly around their large cages. Near the exit, there was an air-conditioned aquatic exhibit that was easy to miss. The staff member at the touch tank was very knowledgeable and eager to share fun facts and the history of the animals. Sadly, their seahorses had passed away, and they're currently waiting on donations to replace them. I spent about 45 minutes walking through the zoo twice. There wasn't a café or kid-friendly attractions, so I'd recommend eating beforehand or bringing your own snacks. The zoo would definitely benefit from a deep cleaning. For $12, it was a fair experience, though it doesn't really compare to larger zoos like the one in Fresno.

The visuals could use a refresh, and some of the tools and mechanisms seemed like they need repair or replacement, which affected the experience. I really wanted to give a higher rating because the staff was kind, and I think this place has potential. With some updates, better maintenance, and more consistent guidance, I think it could be a much better experience.

These issues include: * Promises that cannot be made * Workers have to ensure no projects are broken as there are no backups * Inventory leaves no space or time for errors * Inventory is almost never sufficient, so workers are frantic * The children are rushed through lessons, instead of a 45min rotation as parents are told * Most of the time, teachers are completing the projects for the student * Overall unpreparedness/unorganization on the owner's part * Literally a sweatshop * The owner displays inappropriate behavior in front of members' children * Each of her employees are NOT background checked (this, I know to be true). I can confirm that 8 of her employees were never fingerprinted, myself included * She denied her employees 10min breaks (which is required by CA law) when asked * Her payroll has failed to be paid out to her emloyees as a business owner. When 7/8 of your employees refused to work under these conditions, you have to question what/who the real problem is. * When payroll is delayed, we (the workers) are made to feel guilty about the ownerms financial issues, yet she's out on vacations and throwing the responsibilities on the employees. * When problems arise and need to call, she does not pick up the phone
