So I've been to chuck e cheese many times (Mother of a 10 & 6) never have I had a bday party there. To be honest I always felt like it would be overwhelming because that place alone is madhouse of children! However on 11/11/15 I had my sons bday party there and my host? Tatiana was GREAT!!!! She was super attentive! Very joyful! Made my son and his cousins feel like superstars!! On average this place is just ehh.. I mean its chuck e cheese where a kid can be a kid.. So that alone is what it is. Lol. Besides that fact, the salad bar can be a little more clean. 4 stars for Tatiana and minus 1 for the salad bar. read more

The only downer is that it might be short staffed sometimes. But I will drive the longer distance to go to this location over the concord location... every time! We are very please with the game services that have been added to Chuck E. Cheese. I am very impressed with one particular employees who went above and beyond to make sure our visit was unforgettable. Donny was ver attentive on Friday night (10/12/18). Anytime a machine was out of tickets or the ticket machine was jammed he was there quickly to assist. It was a crazy night. We thought he probably was tired of us but every time we saw him he had a smile on his face. This young guy deserves a raise or a week paid vacation. Never had such outstanding service until this night. He is truly an asset to your company. The manager on duties was excellent as well. Every time the ticket machine would jam she would be right there to fix the machines. At one point she even stood there u until people were finished. Great service. read more

On 12/30/16: We held my daughter's 1st birthday party here. We booked it on a Friday evening for 50 guests attending. We arrived 20 minutes prior to our party start time. We were greeted and our cakes were taken into the back to keep refrigerated and that's as far as good customer service went. My family and I stood there for 10 minutes, waiting for our party host. So I decided to start walking towards our tables and to my surprise there was only one party table set up (for the kids) and the neighboring tables were dirty from a previous party. Our guests began to arrive and we still didn't have a party host or clean tables for the adults to sit at. It is now 5 minutes past our party start time and the worker that greeted us walked over to let us know our party hostess was clocking in. Wow!!! Needless to say... our hostess didn't walk over until all of our guests arrived, 25 minutes later! We waited over an hour for our food, to find out we'd be short on food and couldn't order more because our hostess was no where to be found. I walked to the front register and saw a group of workers all on their cell phones, joking around with each other all while our hostess was one of the few actually working, running orders to the rest of the tables. Come to find out, there was a big meeting over an employee investigation and all the managers were attending in it. Leaving their store with no supervision or management. My daughter's 1st Birthday was a complete flop of disappointment! For over $500 spent, I expected at least some courtesy and quality customer service. Even after complaining to the "manager" in charge and her being nice enough to remove $50 in sodas from our total... I felt like we were ripped off. I am deeply angry at Chuck E Cheese, this facility as well as the company for what happened to my daughter. Because of the negligence to be clean, my daughter got horribly sick. Monday the 28th of march, me and my husband decided to take my three year old to Chuck E. Cheese to have fun and eat pizza since she loves pizza. My husband ate couple slices, so did my daughter, I got a slice plus a plate for the salad buffet. Afterwards my daughter went to play. This was about 6-7pm. In the early morning of Tuesday the 29th my daughter woke up complaining of a stomach ache. I contacted the hospital which then instructed me to take her to the ER. That was the most hurtful ER visit I ever had to go through. All the testing my daughter endured to figure the cause of everything broke my heart. All to find out that it was salmonella/ food poisoning. All from Chuck E. Cheese. That was the only meal she had eaten that was new the day before. Thankfully she's better now. I decided to contact Chuck E. Cheese corporate and the nerve with these fools. They NEVER replied back ! A week and a half later and nothing ! You'd think this company/facility will hold up high standards and cleanliness for the kids they serve food for since it's a kid friendly facility but nope! Not even when contacted about our horrible experience can they reply back, my guess they're just sweeping it under the rug. Well let's just say this isn't the end of me and Chuck E. Cheese ESPECIALLY since they can't even admit nor reply to their wrongdoing or to find a solution to this. My recommendation, don't come here to eat. It's not worth it anymore. Ordered three large pizzas, an order of buffalo wings, salad bar, drinks and 300 tokens. Came up to $153. Not too bad for about three hours of play. Kids enjoyed it which made the day. We just had my 5 year olds birthday party here last week and the pricing, the ease of having the party all set up and everything was great. Having $30 as the security deposit to hold the party date is perfect! The person that helped us was Ivory and she was so energetic and seemed to really get into it with the kids by getting them dancing and everything! I really was happy that she was the one to help us. I tried to talk to her manager to tell him how great and helpful she was and he didn't say too much so it was a bit awkward. The only reason I took off a star is the pizza is really not good. Not awful but just not as good as it could be, they can definitely improve it. If you have a party, try to go during the week and it is totally empty inside! We brought 5 kids here today - the air conditioning is crisp and cool on a hot day, the tables are clear and everything is running great! When we had a problem with the machines, a manager named Kelly McKinney was a tremendous help! I hope she gets a raise! After the out of the way drive....when I first walked in I was like this is it? We will be out of here pretty quick! I was so wrong the kids were having the time of there lives in the mini playground and playing all the games collecting tickets. Chuck E came out multiple times and posed for pictures and tossed out tickets and danced. I loved how this location was not over crowded since I had four kids to watch but it was also a Tuesday night so that could have been why. This is a great chuck e cheese. We live between 4 locations that are the same distance. We choose this one for several reasons. It's clean. Every time time we come it looks clean. That says a lot when you are with your kids. The salad bar is always stocked. Rarely if ever do I asked for something to be refilled. I have never seen a rude employee. That one is the biggest surprise. You can't say that often with so many employees. They always come up while at the table and ask if everything is ok and if there is anything they can do. I just had my daughter's 6th birthday party there on Saturday. I'm giving our hostess 5 stars but the party experience ( for me and maybe other adult guests) a 3. I think her name is Alana. She was often called back in and so was always going back and forth from us. Atleast 5 times, I had to go upfront to ask for her because we needed stuff. But when she was there, she was very helpful. She even helped me find a bobby pin when the strap of my daughter's dress tore off. The food took quite a while and I didn't like that the orders were 'put in' in phases. Kids orders came out before the grown ups orders were put in even though she took all my orders together as soon as we came in. Grown ups get hungry too. Plus the grown ups food came about 20 mins after each other, I would have liked them all at once instead of us having to share one pizza before a 2nd came out. Then almost another 30mins for the sampler platters. The activities weren't organized, lots of doing nothing while the kids ran around and the adults sat waiting for what was next. At some point it felt boring. But most importantly, my daughter and her friends had fun. She even got the 1000 tokens in the ticket blaster so i guess that's all that matters. Also, the lines to redeem tickets were insanely long and the wait was tiring because not enough staff to help. I told my friends i wasn't doing this again because I was tired from all the running around. Sat. party on 2/22/20 btwn 3-5pm. I was hoping for 5 stars when I mentioned I am chronicaling the party for my kids blog on ig but 4 will have to suffice. First of all, Isaiah the Party Coord. and Saige were exceptional. There were a couple of hiccups but they both addressed them expeditiously. Saige stated it was her 1st party and we emphasized with her greatly so it was not her fault an issue or 2 occurred. Isaiah especially went above and beyond and deserves a round of applause. The food was hot and served it's purpose, drink pitcher refills were monitored well and kids were happy. They did run out of vanilla ice cream but the kids didn't even eat the 3 of the six we were expecting. Once again Isaiah was amazing in case it didn't resonate as mentioned above. My son was celebrating his 4th birthday and this is our 2nd yr. coming to the Brentwood location as we frequent it many times during school breaks. When we we're ready to count the tix several machines kept bugging out but once we got to the counter the wait was beyond too long for the crowd but Chelsey helped us and she was patient, kept a smile on her face and even asked us if the party went as expected. That's great customer service and she too deserves to be acknowledged. Wtbs we will return again and surely throw another party in the future! Oh and once again Isaiah was THE BEST!!! read more

BEWARE- GOT SICK FROM SALAD BAR and got attitude from manager about it- said I was basically lying. First time at this location. My husband and I brought out 16 month year old child. They had pizza and I had a salad. The food was mediocre- pizza terrible but ok for kids. I found it odd that all of the salad dressings had melting ice cubes on top of them. I first noticed it on one (figured maybe one fell in when they changed out the food etc) but then realized they ALL had a cube with water melting off and realized it was intentional. Didn't think much of it until about an hour later I started to get bad pains in my stomach. We had to rush home for me to get to the bathroom. Something in that salad bar made me very ill. I also had tomatoes, olives and croutons on the salad. What really upset me is that I called a few hours later and spoke with the manager "Anne". I calmly told her what happened and she said something like "uhhh ok (like not believing me) and asked me what time I had come in. I told her what time we were in and she got defensive and said "that is too soon for you to get sick if it was something you are from here". I was stunned that she would be so defensive and . The only thing I ate all day before was saltines. She said no one else had gotten sick so it wasn't from there. Funny though- there were not many people in there as it was Easter and I think I was probably one of the only people who ordered a salad. The whole salad bar looked untouched. I brought up the fact that I found it odd they put ice cubes in the dressings. She said "Sometimes that happens when they change out the dressings". But there were NO ice cubes anywhere else in any other of the toppings. Can you say health code violation? She then said "well what do you want me to do?" At this point I'm shaking my head and asking if she's really a manager. And I asked for her last name and she said she does not give her last name out. She said if I bring in my receipt she would give me a refund on my salad. Only my salad. I couldn't help but laugh. I am going to contact their corporate offices as well as the health department over their practices. I would not support this establishment because they are engaging in potentially dangerous health code violations and people with weakened immune systems, young, elderly or pregnant can get very sick if eating here especially at the salad bar. Also, "Anne's" defensive and accusatory attitude is completely unacceptable. I would not even expect that from a high school student working at a yogurt shop. Definitely not someone who 'manages' a large chain family establishment which holds much more responsibility. read more

We hit it on the earlier side (4:30-5:30) and it was not crazy busy even though it was a rainy day perfect for a visit to an indoor spot. Both older kids enjoyed the play structure and games. SO MUCH FOR BEING A FAMILY ESTABLISHMENT! Apparently they have no problem allowing a woman dressed like a hooker, her shirt was unbuttoned down to her belly button, open to show her bra and stomach, waking around in front of everyone's children. I went to the manager and complained, she told me she would go talk to the woman but never left her computer. After a few minutes my wife went and talked to the manager, the manager told my wife she would go talk to the woman and let her know that people were complaining about her wardrobe, but since she was "covered" she couldn't really do anything about it. After my wife walked away the manager turned back to her computer. We never saw the manager go talk to the woman and she never came to tell us she had dealt with it. We were here for my oldest daughter's 7th birthday. We had brought a cake with us that was taken to the fridge. We had to ask three separate people to bring the cake out before one of them actually did. When we went to leave I could not find the manager, so i asked the girl at the front to relay our severe disappointment to the manager for us. I wish I remembered the girl's name, she was helpful and friendly for our whole visit. Unfortunately we have had issues the last handful of times we have been to this location. I have been pretty turned off by them for a while, but the kids have always had fun and love it there, so I have sucked it up for them and we go. BUT THIS IS IT!
