Over an hour for a simple pizza & wings smh

Many games machines were out of order and our food took over an hour to be ready. The bathrooms were not clean. Tickets were not being dispensed at most machines either. Salad bar was not kept full and napkins were nowhere to be found! Not worth the cost nor the time spent there!

We still had the old style playing card for Chuck E. Cheese. We wanted to just finish the card before we couldn't use it anymore. Went back here in July 2025. The games were fun but the only problem was that when we scanned the card on the machines we didn't know if the points were correctly taken off because some of our points disappeared. Also, the scores for the AlleyRoller doesn't always get registered. Overall, the games were fun and the place was pretty clean.

I organized my grandson's second birthday party at this location, purchasing the $99 package, which included accommodations for ten children, two pizzas, and additional drinks, resulting in a total expenditure of $260. Although the table was initially decorated for us, I enhanced the decoration to suit our theme better. After setting up the table, the manager approached and informed us that we could not use our cups, to which I responded affirmatively. I attempted to order a pitcher of drinks; however, the registered staff member indicated that we were required to order individual cups, as we had not selected the package that included pictures of beverages. The service was satisfactory, but the staff checked for stamps upon my departure. The staff member informed my male friend that she recognized him but did not check his stamps.

Came here with my nieces and met Laniece. She was the most helpful and friendliest human being ever! Chucky is lucky to have her around. Please keep her and promote her to management.

We celebrated our son's 2nd Birthday party this weekend, and we had so much fun! Hennessy, was our party hostess and she was AWESOME! We went over the details of our party, and reviewed what options we had to order food. She was on top of refilling our pitchers, and made sure my son felt special on his big day--enjoying the ticket blaster, and dancing with Chuck E Cheese. Hennessy, brought lil man's cake out and we sang Happy Birthday. The adults even made comments about how fresh and delicious the food was. Thank you to the staff at the Brentwood location for creating a clean and fun environment for everyone!! We will be back.

I had my Son's 5th birthday here on Sunday. Lala the manager was amazing and helped me with organizing my orders. This is the first time I had a great experience. Chuck.E was very friendly and made sure to greet all the kids. I've been to many Chuck E cheeses around the area and this location by far is the best! Thank you for a great birthday! You all did an amazing job. Thank you!

Pretty smart- gather tickets in rolled up tee shirt!

Had a birthday party for a 6-year-old, and it was the perfect venue at Chuck E. Cheese. He wanted arcades, and he won prizes. He was so excited, and so were all the little cousins. Surprisingly, the pizza had a crisp crust with fresh ingredients! We had low expectations for the food because who would think a place like this had good pizza!? The garlic crust was good, and we like crispy bottom crusts. Wings were good according to the family who had them (they had buffalo spicy and barbeque with celery sticks). We had a long table with the birthday package and a big family, so there was plenty of seating. The price was reasonable, and we ordered three extra pizzas for the adults and one cheese pizza for the kids. We had an EXCELLENT server, Izzy, who was wonderful and made it even more fun! She was efficient, kind, a hard worker, and attentive- we loved her! We loved the show with Chuck E. Cheese, and it was nice that other kids in the place could enjoy it, too. Sometimes, I had heard that Chuck E. Cheese was not as good a place to go to as before when we used to have our kid's birthday when they were young, so we were hesitant. However, we were very happy, and the customers were respectful and enjoying themselves. So those rumors were unfounded if anyone else heard this, and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. More importantly, the birthday boy loved his birthday and had lots of memorable fun! We will have more birthday parties here! Useful tips: When the birthday boy gets to go into the tunnel where they blow tickets, use your tee shirt folded over to catch and collect the money in there to hold more! Second tip: get the basic pizza party package (probably cheaper to do your own goodie bags from the dollar store), especially since we had only 5 kids (the rest of us were adults). The basic package was plenty.

Chuck E. Cheese They have updated all their games. Even add a bouncer which is a separate price from the unlimited game for 1hr. I love their food especially their pizza. They are super clean and they are on top of everything being clean. We continue to come here every other weekend.

They added some games and rearranged some others. (Feb 2023)

With the incentive of receiving 2 plushies with a minimum game purchase amount, it alleviated the anxiety of walking away with nothing to show for my kids. The space was well lit and clean. We were the only patrons during the last hour of day. Heads up- once the claw retracts and moves back towards the prize drop zone, it shakes A LOT and we end up losing the plush animal any way. Occasionally we managed to get 2 or 3 wins. As I mentioned earlier, you're guaranteed two plushies when you purchase a minimum game card amount, so that made the losses more manageable. Overall, it was a fun experience and I'd take my kiddos there again. The gentleman that helped us was friendly and reassured us about the two guaranteed plushies to put us at ease so we can try to enjoy our time.

Spent $25 and go at least 15 plays which we split up between three machines. We were able to hit on two of them and apparently we were guaranteed three items so we got the third one anyways. I thought there would be more machines that we'd be Into, so that limited the amount of time we wanted to stick around. I may go back again just to see if they have new items.

We visited on a Sunday, and it wasn't too crowded, which was nice because the kids had plenty of room to play. They also have party rooms available, and the rooms are a good size for birthday celebrations and group events. My only suggestion is that the food court service could be more attentive. It often seemed like no one was at the counter when assistance was needed. Overall, it was a fun experience, and I'd recommend it for families with young children.

We were informed that adults are NOT allowed on the second story of the play structure and cannot accompany our child on the slides. Our 21 month old had to stay on the first floor the whole visit. She started getting upset that we wouldn't allow her to follow the other kids up to the slides. I asked an employee why we couldn't go down the slides with our daughter and she said per new ownership, they changed the rules. Except recent videos (as of today) on social media of people advertising this place show adults going down the slides. We also witnessed adults walking around the top floors with their kids and going down the slides. It seems that the rules aren't applicable to everyone. Tons of balls in the ball pit were deflated, the ball cannon shooters were not working and that's pretty much all there is to do if you stay on the ground floor. Older kids can play in the ball pit and it's simply way too small for that. My daughter was terrified of the older kids running and jumping into the pit around her. It was a rainy day outside and very crowded. I asked one of the floor workers if she could turn on the giant overhead fan to help move some air around since it was very muggy and warm and she said she had to ask the owner first. She even admitted she was getting hot as well. 20 minutes went by and it was never turned on. I guess it doesn't work? Not sure why you need to ask the owner for permission to turn on a fan. The layout could use a little rearranging. It's a cool concept, just not executed nearly as well as others with the same idea. For the price, $40-ish for two adults to accompany their toddler, it's absolutely not worth it. We won't be returning. Also keep in mind, if you order tickets and sign the waiver ahead of time, you'll still have to wait in line behind people who didn't. Just one person in front of us with one child took 15 minutes to buy their tickets and sign the waiver. Once we were checked in which took less than 5 minutes, the line was out the door. There are also no lockers to safely put your belongings in, just open cubby's.

We had to stop by to not only check if there were claw machines, but if the prizes were good enough to invest in and we were surprised they were! My husband was having better luck then me in the machines, but I had fun regardless. What was cool about the claw machines was if you got 5 plushies from the same machine, you would be able to win the supreme size plush on top of the machine and no joke they were humongous! We didn't have too much luck in getting at least 5 plushies from one machine, but we did walk away with a handful of plushies, a small figure from a shooting game, and a bunch of cute little keychains. I don't get out often, usually only for appointments once or twice a month and about once a month (sometimes every other month) for a date...so when I do, it's something very special that I have to carefully plan for, and I need significant time to recover afterward. Round1 has so many fun options all in one place. There's bowling, a huge arcade with both classic and modern games, racing games, basketball hoops, rhythm and dance games, and interactive skill games. They also have karaoke rooms, ping pong, and billiards/pool tables. It's really nice because there is something for everyone and every energy level...whether you want something active, competitive, or just casual and fun. We enjoy pool, basketball hoops, racing, several other sit down games like the Top Gun game. We have yet to order snacks as we usually get there too late, but will next time. We love Karoke so we may do a little Karoke The staff has always been kind, and the customer service is consistently good. We also really appreciate the security at the front it, it makes the environment feel safe and welcoming. One of our favorite things is just walking around and trying different games together...it honestly feels like stepping into a playful, fun space where you can forget stress for a while. My husband is incredibly supportive and often carries me so I don't have to use my wheelchair inside, which makes it easier for us to enjoy the experience together. Even though I'm 38 and he's 42, it truly feels like being kids again, laughing, playing games, and just enjoying each other's company.
