Took the kiddos to Chuck E Cheese to burn some energy. They had a blast running from ride to ride. Cashier was very helpful I had a ton of questions trying to get the best deal. She was patient with me and I didn't feel rushed or pressured. We arrived at opening time and this location was clean. We ordered pizza and I had the salad bar. Pizza was great the kiddos loved it and the salad bar had a variety of veggies to choose from and the salad was nice and fresh. We also paid $10 extra to jump on the trampoline that was great! The kids got nice and tired. Totally worth the extra fee and it came with nonslip socks. We spend 3 hrs playing and jumping and we had a great time spend around $80 total for rides, games and food. Kennedy was our server for our sons birthday and she's was really great! Very friendly, communicative, and helped out a lot. Only thing I wasn't so happy about was the fact when I booked the party online I was under the impression it came with pizza and drinks for the 8 adults. I was wrong... $175 for 1 medium pizza for kids and 4 small drinks.. wish I would have known and I would have booked another way. Most of it was for the game cards, which was great, but we preferred the food. It was our first time here and it was pretty lively. 10:30 am Sunday and they had a crowd bigger than expected. It's a spacious location, didn't have a funky vibe or smell like LM. The games were functioning and spitting them tickets out. Of course using your online savings(coupons) which is a must. The deals are good. They have two 30 min. Cards for $15.99 Not bad... you can pause it once... You can really UP that ticket game!! Salad bar was clean & fresh. The stuffed crust pizza is a must +$2. My kids really enjoyed themselves. Chuck e Cheese is "Where a kid can be a kid." You have to be positive towards the parent because those kids dont drive or pay for themselves. Overall, a bad experience. When we arrived at 11, the posted opening time, the front door was locked. They seemed to have trouble unlocking it, so maybe that was an accident. Limited options on things to do. Many of the games weren't working properly and just took our points. Would be less of a big deal if you paid for the hour but we bought actual points, so when things weren't working, we just lost $$. Understaffed so not even able to find an employee to help. No hand sanitizer stations, which blew my mind. Everything looked and felt dirty. Countdown for a dance party- my kids were psyched. Nothing happened. The stage area was under construction and was an eye sore. Very sad that this was our first experience and very likely our last. I can't imagine anyone paying for a bday party there. read more

But no it stole all of my credits and then I told the staff about it and then they rudely blamed me and said it was my fault and I scanned it multiple times even though I didn't scan multiple times. Me and my friends had a great time here tonight. It definitely has changed a lot since we were kids; there's no Munch's Make Believe Band anymore (sad) and they have trampolines instead of Sky Tubes now and it's a different system with cards instead of tokens which was kind of a bummer cuz that was such a big part of the fun but that's how everything is now I suppose. We didn't try any food because we had just done shabu shabu next door but the salad bar looked fresh. This location was very clean and looks like they remodeled recently. I booked a birthday party for my five year old here on the 21 at 11 am. The host was great! He was kind and cooperative with the kids. I will say that I paid for 11 kids and got 3 extra pizzas and I paid $450! I feel like it was a lot for a small amount of people. One thing I noticed when I got home was that I was missing TWO things from my package. I paid for the medium package (mega fun??? I think) and I didn't get my party hats or goody bags! Wtf! $450 and I'm missing things??? Just make sure you know what you are paying for before you actually pay! I paid a deposit of $50 online and the rest in the store after the party. Cheese for a family friend's son's birthday party. it was a great time they had lots of pizza pepperoni pizza cheese pizza supreme pizza stuffed crust pizza. also they had garlic bread with marinara sauce chicken nuggets chicken tenders and a full salad bar and a soda machine for unlimited refills. and of course in the birthday section they have full screens of Chuck E. Cheese adventures with a huge animatronic Chuck E. Cheese reacting to the videos. then Chuck E. Cheese came out to visit with all the kids and took lots of pictures with the kids say hi to the birthday boy and wish them a happy birthday and there was a special birthday song where everybody danced it was awesome. then all the kids had cards with tokens on it and they got to play in the arcade. the arcade has lots of rides and opportunities for pictures an all around great place for kids and family. read more

It's a fun place for the kids and we got to come here for the summer of fun! We paid $100 something for 2 hrs of playtime. And it was well worth it. With the little ones you don't need more than that. The games were ok here. Some work , some don't. We been coming so often that I began to get over this place. It's really bad how places like chuckee cheese you seen it declined in the way they do things. I get it. There short staff and people that work slowly begin to not care. Sometimes there's no one in the front. And there's only one person at register and it takes long. It's not like it used to be. But it got the job done so I'm grateful for the experience. To me this whole covid restrictions are ridiculous because they're worried about a silly mask when they should be more concern about cleaning ness and health code. It's Chuck E. Cheese, I mean I wouldn't go here expecting a 5 star experience but it's better than expected. I'm honestly pretty impressed with their food! They must've changed some recipes because oh my god I loved their pizza, even the crust was nice and garlicky! The cookie was soft and warm. The others I went with enjoyed the wings. There's enough games and entertainment for kids with friends to spend a couple hours before getting bored. As an adult, I started getting bored an hour in, but it's not for us. I love the Chuck E. Cheese Cerritos team! My son is very specific on how he like his pizza (no sauce) and during the pandemic we have picked up ALOT of food from them. We normally put in our order online or just call it in. They even call it the Bronson Special For my sons Bday March/2021 we picked up the party package and all I can say is they included everything that we can possibly need (even a cake knife) totally worth it! Our favorite is picking up the 4 for $20 special and taking it to the park. We get 2 Large pizzas and appetizers with that deal. Ian and the Mrs. love this location. Mrs. always being the only rational person at the house allocates "time" so that everyone in the household gets their entertainment when we venture outside. Mrs. can browse through all the shops in this plaza as well as the Cerritos Mall until she is exhausted. Ian can play one game after the other until he is exhausted with enjoyment. Happy Kid means a happy wife. Happy wife is happy life. *Laughs* That being said, we usually get shopping done first and then bring Ian here. The games here are a little bit different than the ones at the La Mirada location. The layout is also different. Ian grabs his coins, circles the entire play area twice. It takes him a good 45 Minute to do this and he is happily exhausted by then. Pros: We see parties happening here all the time. So, their Chuck E. Cheese Mascot is always on the floor interacting with kids. This makes the kids super hyper. Cons: Not much employee supervision on the floor. This place is pretty small, no stage compare to the one in Ventura but it's cleaner than the one in El Monte! Fun times at Chuck E. Cheeses, I have visited many locations but no location comes close to Cerritos. I love the employees here. They are so, so sweet and unobtrusive. They are always smiling and have an amazing attitude. The staff at the counter are always so promptly to help you aswell as the staff walking around. I am sure it has to do with leadership I had the pleasure to meet the Manager - Trina she is amazing she truly knows her way and i see why the employees are amazing they have a great leader. The over all place - the eating side, games and bathroom are always clean. Food is always on time don't have to worry about cold soggy pizza. The pizza, wings, garlic bread, salad bar, and cookies are amazing! As far as the machines, they are clean and in perfect working condition, I truly am humbled by this location and will be back again and again. I also had the pleasure to host birthday party's and have received the same quality of service as a day to day customer. And the trampoline thing they have which is an EXTRA $15 is the worst idea they've ever had. I saw two kids fighting and the attendant had no control whatsoever of the situation. Had a BLAST celebrating my 2 year olds birthday here. Seriously more fun that I expected! JOLEEN our host was AWESOME!! she made the party run smoothly and did a great job checking up on us. All in all, glad we picked CEC over John's Incredible Pizza (but maybe we'll go there when my son's older) PROs: Kids Superstar Package was just the right amount of food, drinks, place settings which you could add and subtract from for the adult menu. Ticket Blaster was super fun since my 2 yo didnt want to do it then me and my wife were allowed to go in for him and even got extra 500 tix (thanks again joleen!) She also took care of our cake and helped set it up and serve it. Extra 1000 tickets is just an added bonus for the birthday boy. The goodie bag was well worth the price and the cool medal. Beer is available! (enough said) CONs: Ordered wings and it came out late.... idk maybe my host forgot or the kitchen. We came today 3/20 for my daughters birthday. Maribel was our party coordinator and she was AMAZING!! She did everything for me, gave me the time line multiple times lol and kept asking if we needed anything. In the photo you can see a piece of chocolate cake that me and my family had gotten. All six of us had to eat the cake with out bare hands and a napkin. We had told a person that works here that we need a knife and some forks to even be able to cut the cake since when we received that they only gave us one fork for six people. It took around 10-20 minutes when they gave us the forks and a knife but at that time we had already finished the cake. Also we had order three pizzas which had took more then 20 minutes and there wasn't much people here and the people who were here had already had their food. The main reason why I gave this place a two star is because I really enjoyed this place as a kid and it brought back a lot of memories since we would always go here for a birthday and the other reason was because of how the pizza tasted. The pizza was overall pretty good but the service I would say was the compete opposite. The place looks entirely different and sadly there isn't any animatronics here its mostly just a bunch of tvs and one big screen but the surroundings are overall okay. read more
