They have a variety of different pastas on the menu, but me and my husband's go to's are the uni pasta and the mentai cream pasta. If you're a spicy food lover like me, do yourself a favor and drizzle on some of the chili oil that they have on the table. Each pasta also comes with bread and a side salad, which is a nice touch as well. I've always come here for weekend dinners and the wait hasn't been more than 10 minutes. Service is friendly and attentive. It is located in a strip mall with plenty of parking.

Each table has a chili oil that I strongly recommend you add, especially to the uni pasta as I found it heavily under-seasoned. All the noodles were al dente, and the dishes were served with bread and a small house salad. Our waiter did the best he could, but for some reason, the weekday we chose was a pretty busy day with a crowd outside the door. My biggest qualm with my experience was the portion size and the seasoning. Our party was still a bit hungry (or, at least I was) after the meal, and we found each dish to be a bit flat,, though the chili oil helped with that. Looking forward to my next visit, and will definitely order something different.

I don't blame anyone but this visit, I think we made the wrong choice. This was my son's first visit and so we decided to order two different items and split it to give him the opportunity to try at least two menu items in one visit. We ordered the Sunday Night Lasagna and the Breakfast Rosa Pizza. The food tasted delicious, but my complaint was the pizza was very spicy. I can handle spice, but this had a kick that the spiciness would hit you in the back of your throat and make you cough uncontrollably because of the spice. It was annoying, but I managed to get through it and finish my share. The other issue about the pizza is it was not cut well. I think they rushed on trying to get it served, but I could not even pull it apart. The table knife couldn't even cut through the crust. That's just poor quality control on the person prepping the item for playing and getting it sent out to the table. As for the lasagna, the meat sauce was great, but our complaint was the portion size. It was thin and small. Some lasagna's I've hade in the past would be a four to five layer thickness. This was just two layers. The bottom pasta, a little bit of meat sauce and the top layer of pasta, with a little sauce on the top and some dollops of cheese. I think my next chance I get to go back again, I should try something different and hope it's a better food experience.

My husband and I decided to try it here for dineLA since they had a good pre-fixed menu…read more We were seated right away. I really liked the ambiance of the restaurant. It had a beautiful wall art decor towards the back where we were seated. From the dineLA menu, we ordered ceasar salad and cacio e Pepe arancini for our appetizer. For our entree, we ordered the house bolognese pasta and hot honey & prosciutto pizza. And dessert, we got tiramisu and chocolate gelato. I enjoyed the ceasar salad, although it did seem like a small portion. My husband and I shared the cacio e Pepe arancini. It was delicious. Crunchy and crispy on the outside, and nice soft texture on the inside. It pairs well with the pesto sauce provided. Although, it was a little bit too salty for our liking. The hot honey & prosciutto pizza was good. It was different than what we normally eat, so it was worth a try. It had a kick to it because if the hot honey. But our favorite of the meal was the house bolognese pasta! The texture and good of the pasta was on point! The sauce.... Exceptional! I really enjoyed the tiramisu as it is my favorite. The chocolate gelato was night and light and had bits of (I want to say) cacao nibs. Overall delicious meal! We received great service! Definitely coming back here to try their other food items!

This place is 10/10 for food, service and lovability. First time here and won't be my last…read more The pizza is sooooo good. I like mine thin crust and it was perfect - crispy and chewy and even some brown yummy hot air bubbles from the oven. Generous toppings and a nice tart tomato sauce - just the way a pizza sauce should be. Customer service - Friendly, fast and so welcoming. The prices are really a great deal for the quality of food you get. Lovability - I am always heartened when I see a family run business that has the entire family involved. Two kids were doing their homework outside at the table and chairs by the entrance. One was inside playing video games, lost in his own world. The moment I stepped into the door, the eldest teenager son went straight from the table outside and hopped right behind the cashier. He was cheery and greeted me so professionally. I made my order and the dad immediately went to the counter and started twirling the dough to make the crust. The mom peeked out from the kitchen and smiled at me and then disappeared to get the toppings ready. They were a well-tuned team! As someone who also grew up in a family restaurant, I can't emphasize enough how much it means to watch your parents work hard and to have to participate in helping them out. Builds deep appreciation how they have to make a living to take care of the family. Also it builds a solid work ethic and much-needed interpersonal skills in today's world. These folks are doing it right and I can't emphasize enough how important it is to support good family businesses like this one.
