The store is very clean and well organized. The staff are very nice and helpful. They always walk around and ask if the customers need anything. This store has a good selection of everything. I like it more because of less crowd in store and no line most of the days. The prices are the same with other Build A Bear stores but with higher availability. Stop by to visit them when you are at the Block :)

We went to this place to create a bear for my granddaughter on her bday, they greeting us since the entrance, all the personal is friendly, the attendant was so nice giving us the prices, explained the accesorios packages, etc. And they sang happy birthday to my granddaughter, she was so happy, the employees have a great and kind heart for the kids, looking for a great bear to build. Also we recorded our voices to make a memorable bear. The lady were clear on the instructions how to do it. It comes amazing. She had a lot of patience. I highly recommend this place, prices very affordable, fast service, plenty of parking outside. Come and get yours.

Very dirty We've done build a bear before but this location was disgustingly dirty. This is a photo of the non functioning water fountains on the main sales floor. Minimal effort could improve this. This is apathy towards the bare minimum cleanliness level that customers deserve.

Jill and Emma were very helpful and made sure to make my niece's 10th birthday extra special. You can tell they truly love their job and enjoy making kids happy and families smile!

We hosted our daughter's birthday party at this Build-A-Bear location today and had a great experience! Our party leader, Emma, was absolutely amazing! She kept everything organized, fun, and upbeat from start to finish. Emma was outgoing, attentive, and incredibly helpful the entire time. We would happily request her again for any future parties. Thank you, Emma, for making our daughter's birthday truly unforgettable! Everyone had a blast and the parents complimented how great of a job you did leading the party. We chose the Awesome Adventure party package and thought it was an excellent value for the cost! We loved that the kiddos each received a bear, an outfit, and a bear carrier.

A group of us went to Build a Bear Workshop at the Outlets of Orange on Saint Patrick's Day. It was our first experience and we're all adults. We had such a fun time and the staff was super helpful and friendly. There were so many options to choose from and they even checked back-stock for us to ensure we got the exact one we were looking for. Kaylee let me know about an amazing gift card promotion which will be a big help towards our future visits. What a fun experience. Definitely recommend to others and we will be back again. 3/21/25 I visited again today on my own. Kaylee, one of the helpful staff members from our last trip in remembered me and my family. That made me feel great. She also went to the back to grab me a few additional items to see based on our conversation. I really appreciate her going above and beyond for me. Everyone working both times I came in was so nice. My bear Bruce got more clothes and shoes to add to his collection.

Very cute personalized store. You can get the loveliest bear and dress him the way you like. It's a heaven despite of your age. They have great customer service and if you can't choose they are happy to help you...Its like a workshop that you can make your own bear. You fill it and dress it. The value is lil bit expensive but it's worth the experience. The good promotion is going on so don't wait. May is here and it's a great way to get personalized bear for graduation. My niece likes her bear and for making her happy I'm buying different dresses, accessories and shoes.

First time at Build a Bear Workshop. I was visiting Anaheim, so I decided to stop by the Outlets at Orange to do some shopping. To my excitement, there's a Build a Bear store there. I went to BABW on a Tuesday afternoon and it had two staff members working. I had the pleasure of working with Deserae, who helped my little one pick out a plushie and stuff it. Deserae was so kind and patient. My kiddo wanted to make his plush extra special, so she helped us out. I loved seeing the smile on my kiddos face, with giving a wish and hugging the plush as part of the creation process. My kiddo chose a Disney 100 anniversary Stitch plush. Surprisingly there was no Mickey Mouse, but the stitch is adorable and metallic so it was still a cute choice. After making our Stitch, my kiddo picked out a hoodie and "Chuck Taylors" for the outfit. As an adult, I found it hilarious that Stitch got to wear a Millenial-approved outfit. Hey, I like dressing comfortably. I'm sure Stitch was happy too. The total was about $76... it's a little pricey but the experience is so worthwhile for kids. I like how involved kids get to be in making their plush.

Came here with my boyfriend and had a great experience. Everything one was super friendly . No one was overly pushy and I took home an emotional support bear with a voice note inside A great date idea for under $40

This is a great place for children of ALL ages from nursery school to retired folks. Cost is reasonable for a 10am-5pm fun, interactive experience. Recommend using discoverycube.org Orange County to preview everything before you visit. (Not really made for immobile individuals since everything is interactive; must use stairs for some activities; and there is an elevator for 2nd floor access.) Let's start with parking. After 11am, I strongly recommend parking across Main Street coming off 5 opposite the Cube (stay in the right lane, make a right at the first driveway). It's a much closer walk, trust me on this! Cost $10/vehicle. Once you enter, there is a visitor counter, Nursing room for newbies feeding, restrooms on the right (that's important), Race cars, drag racing, dinosaurs, frontier adventure ............. and a lot more. I can't explain it all or else this would be a book!. One could literally spend the day interacting with all the activities if you are into these kinds of experiences. There are mixed reviews and that's fine, it's a children's type of interactive museum. Adults will be bored if they are looking for a theme park experience or activities. That's a fact, not fiction. So enjoy it with the children and join in their interactivity. It's called bonding :) Highly recommend for first timers. Recommend to grandparents since it brings a secure environment for young children. With staff all around watching, no child will be left alone or wander off.

When my 5 year old tried to go into the smaller kid area (ages 4 and under) she was asked to leave by the female teenage employee at the entrance. This was at the same time that a 10 year old girl had been playing in there the past 20-30 minutes. When my daughter came to me crying I tried to walk her in there thinking it must not be a big deal because there were a few big kids in there, who looked to be around ages 8-10. I was surprised to be turned away by that same employee (while the other big kids were still in there). So confusing! I pointed this out and she said "that girl is sitting" (she had been hanging all over the merry go round just minutes before, which is right next to where she was standing at the entrance) and then the employee said "she also has a little brother here" (he looked about 4 or 5). So then I said "okay so can my daughter stay because my 2 year old wants to play in here" she then told us no and blocked us from entering. I went to the front desk and told that girl about the situation and she got the manager. He explained that it's for safety WHICH I COMPLETELY UNDERSTAND - but then take out the other big kids so it's not confusing for anyone! He finally did have the bigger kids removed, and there were about 4-5 other way bigger kids than my daughter. It felt like we were being singled out by the staff here. They said they asked the other people to leave the area but they "didn't listen." Lol. So people like me and my daughter who listened were the only ones removed I guess. I guess you can just act like you don't understand and you get to break the rules, even if the rules are there for everyone else's "safety." This could be a learning opportunity for the staff here but you can go find out for yourself. I wanted to avoid this word but it truly felt like discrimination based on us being the only family removed. We won't be returning.

It was five adults total--my mom wasn't able to play since she's disabled, but the staff was really accommodating, and we just left the door open so she could sit and watch us play, which worked out perfectly. The games were really fun, and the customer service was great--super friendly and helpful! We had previously tried Activate (which is similar), and I'd say we actually prefer the grid-style game at Activate since it feels more competitive. With RGB Run, the game started to feel a little repetitive after about 30 minutes, so I think it's more geared toward a shorter, one-session experience rather than a full hour. The main reason we chose RGB Run was because they offer private rooms, which is a huge plus. I didn't realize, though, that you're limited to just one style of game when booking, so I was a little disappointed they didn't have the specific game I had hoped for. I have Sjögren's disease, a chronic autoimmune condition that attacks moisture-producing glands. This causes severe, constant oral dryness and extreme thirst, requiring me to have immediate, continuous access to water. When I tried to enter with my water bottle, I was stopped. I explicitly explained my medical condition and the physical necessity of having hydration on hand. Despite this clear medical explanation, the manager/employee, Jose, refused to allow me to enter. Instead, he gave me an unacceptable ultimatum: I could either repeatedly walk back and forth to my car in the parking lot to drink water, or I could purchase water directly from the venue.Under Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), public businesses are strictly required to make reasonable modifications to their policies to accommodate individuals with medical conditions and disabilities. Forcing a customer to pay for water or exit the building repeatedly just to access a medical necessity is a clear violation of public accommodation laws.Manager/employee, Jose and the rest of the front-line staff desperately need proper training on ADA compliance and basic customer empathy. I expect the ownership to take immediate corrective action so that no other patron with a medical condition is subjected to this unlawful treatment.

The food is also pretty decent here. -There are many game machines that line the front area leading to the playground (think Boomers Vibe). -The party room towards the back of the facility has decent size, I would say it can fit up to 30 people. -The process is simple: we go to the counter where kids enter to play, pay the tickets, fill in the waiver forms electronically with QR code, then the kids/ adults get the paper wrist bands and can enter the playground. -No shoes inside the playground (there's a cubby for shoes past the playground entrance). Anti-skid Socks are required in the playground and can be purchased if we forget ours. -Employees are pretty nice. They look really young (around early college years just after high school). I hope they are trained well in regards to emergency situation when it comes to kids (this is neither positive nor negative so I'm keeping it a neutral perspective here). The cons: 1. There used to be a person at the door checking people entering and leaving the place to ensure kids don't leave with strangers (just like Chuck e Cheese). We didn't see anyone here upon entering but I ocassionally saw an employee coming back to that spot (maybe their job is not stationed there all the time? Which is strange). 2. They charge one adult ticket, on top of kids' tickets for kids under 7 yr old, which is unreasonable considering adults don't "play" in this area. 3. There is no outlet anywhere at the benchs/ tables so we can plug in our phone charger/ laptops. While I understand it's not a cafe, it'd be a nice feature to have considering the kids play here for min. 3 hours.
