    The coveted cotton candy
    Ann K.

A fun place for kids. Went on a Saturday and used up some old credits on cards I found around the house. Every game my six year old played only cost one credit and he has a blast for thirty minutes with 20 credits. We cashed out and as he only earned 114 tickets, I had to shell out an extra dollar for the cotton candy he had his eye on. There were lots of birthday parties going on and I was impressed with the look of the salad bar and the smell of pizzas coming out of the kitchen. Service was friendly but a little slow at the ticket counter. I would up the staff a little more on a busy Friday for a five star experience.

We came in tonight. It was 6 adults and 6 children. We paid $51.99 for the two large 1 topping pizza and 4 drinks. $20.00 for 100 tokens and ordered in addition 3 medium pizzas and 3 more drinks. I asked for 5 water cups for the kids. As you know kids will be kids and they filed the water cups up with fruit punch. The manager came from the back. Never adressed the adults and took the drinks out of the children's hands. It was very unprofessional and considering how much money we had already spent, the option should've been given to atleast pay for the drinks instead of coming to take them out of the children's hands. I thought this was supposed to be a kid friendly place?? In any event, I will be taking my business elsewhere after tonight.

I feel like this spot needed some redemption from its only other review which was horrible AND over a year old. My son & I went today and almost didn't because of said review, however, weighing it's "age", I decided to give it a shot. Worst case scenario , if it appeared icky, we just wouldn't eat. We were greeted by a nice young lady who stamped us, and headed over to the register. I eyed the place up, checked out the very nicely kept salad bar and decided we'd eat. We had pizza and I got the salad bar. Everything in the salad bar was neat, in its appropriate container (no peas in the cheese, etc), no brown lettuce and a really nice overall selection. Pizza came out in about 10-15 minutes, just long enough to get some games in first. The pizza was hot & good. No complaints here. I've been to some sketchy C.E.C before. This one ranks up there with the best. Nice staff, play areas were clean, tables were clean, even the customers were great. It was a Friday from like 3-5.

Specifically, I would like an explanation of why a U.S. military ID was not accepted as a valid form of identification in this situation. Military IDs are issued by the federal government and require stricter verification to obtain than a standard driver's license. It is widely recognized for purposes such as boarding domestic flights through TSA checkpoints. Official TSA guidelines explicitly list U.S. Department of Defense IDs (including those for dependents) as acceptable forms of identification, even under REAL ID rules. If your policy differs from these federal standards and considers military IDs invalid, please explain the reasoning behind that decision, including any relevant company policy or legal basis. I was also served an alcoholic drink at the bar before this without being carded at all. The manager personally allowed this, and I have the receipt showing her name as proof. This inconsistency is a problem. Serving alcohol without verifying age/ID is a serious matter and more risky and problematic under law than simply declining a form of ID.

It's a lottery with if you'll get a fast or slow one . The batting cages are really sub par. You have to basically stand 5 feet in front of the plate to hit the ball, otherwise it'll bounce on the ground before you can even swing. The worst part is, not every thing is open after about 9pm. I've been here four times over the summer and have not seen any of the carnival style rides open, the drift carts open, or the go karts specifically for kids. After 9 pm everything was shut down except the batting cages and the arcade. Overall it ain't worth going to. Go to top golf or main even down the road. It way better and way more consistent.and honestly just about the same price. Frankie's gets a two star Ps. Staff was not friendly or helpful. Overall lazy and just did not want to be there, which I get, but your paid to be there. Do better

They have arcade classics of the 80's and 90's including X-men, Tekken, Galaga, various pinball machines, Maximum Force, Street Fighter 2, Pool as well as air hockey and much more. Then they had a couple stations set up with consoles games, including Paperboy and a game of Mario Party going on a giant projector screen which is awesome. There is a bar in the center of Pinky's with a nice bartender ready to make cocktails. There is a significant problem with Pinky's and that is many of the games joysticks or controls are broken or just don't work. Tekken 3 I couldn't move backwards, Street Fighter 3's inputs weren't registering, The Jurassic Park shooter, my friend couldn't reload. Marvel vs. Capcom you can't tag and so on. There were just too many games that had some kind of problem, this is especially apparent when going head-to-head with someone. So, I was close to saying a 3-Star for Pinky's, but with all the games you can play it's still a pretty good time here. so 4-Stars. Hopefully the games with get repairs and replacements. Come on down and take a trip back to the arcade days.
