This was my first time coming here. We got invited to a birthday party on a weekend. It wasn't that busy which I was surprised. We got to play games for a bit and then eat pizza. Chuck E. came out and they did a song and a dance and you got to take pics with him. My kids had a fun time. I agree the food was way too expensive. $20 for a 2 nd rate pizza? Almost $13 for a salad bar, playing games was very expensive too. The place was at least clean. The music was too loud. The mascot was supposed to come out every hour and walk around but we didn't really see him but one time for a party. The service was good I guess but it's not like we got any service anyway. I'll start by saying, our guests thought the pizza was amazing. If you are even a little bit bougie, don't come here. It was super busy. I doubt there was one single adult worker in the building. A fun place for kids. Went on a Saturday and used up some old credits on cards I found around the house. Every game my six year old played only cost one credit and he has a blast for thirty minutes with 20 credits. We cashed out and as he only earned 114 tickets, I had to shell out an extra dollar for the cotton candy he had his eye on. There were lots of birthday parties going on and I was impressed with the look of the salad bar and the smell of pizzas coming out of the kitchen. Service was friendly but a little slow at the ticket counter. I would up the staff a little more on a busy Friday for a five star experience. read more

We got a large pizza(~$20)& medium wings(~$30) to share (for us 4 to share), 2 drinks & 2 waters....$60!!!! It was way TOO EXPENSIVE and the pizza is way too small and thin to share even though we got a large. The games are ok I guess but they were better back then. But the main issue was the staff. No one is expecting a grand welcome and over-the-top greeting but a SIMPLE HELLO and a polite smile is enough. The girl who was at the counter looked like she didn't want to be there at all she had a look on her face as if she was in a bad mood already. She didn't greet us, didn't ask what we wanted or anything, she just stood there staring and waiting. Then, I went up to the counter again after the ice cream machine took my money to tell them and the girl and the other 2 women there made themselves look too busy to help me. This family came up behind me and they started helping them when I was in line before them. I just stared in disbelief. The girl was attending the person in front of me and when she was done with him I came up in front of her and she just walked away to the back. We came in tonight. It was 6 adults and 6 children. We paid $51.99 for the two large 1 topping pizza and 4 drinks. $20.00 for 100 tokens and ordered in addition 3 medium pizzas and 3 more drinks. I asked for 5 water cups for the kids. As you know kids will be kids and they filed the water cups up with fruit punch. The manager came from the back. Never adressed the adults and took the drinks out of the children's hands. It was very unprofessional and considering how much money we had already spent, the option should've been given to atleast pay for the drinks instead of coming to take them out of the children's hands. I thought this was supposed to be a kid friendly place?? In any event, I will be taking my business elsewhere after tonight. read more

Big mistake coming here. First time and the last time. I ordered a small pizza and I didn't know how small it was. Over priced for about $12. Also I asked I told them take out and they made it for dine in. I feel like this spot needed some redemption from its only other review which was horrible AND over a year old. My son & I went today and almost didn't because of said review, however, weighing it's "age", I decided to give it a shot. Worst case scenario , if it appeared icky, we just wouldn't eat. We were greeted by a nice young lady who stamped us, and headed over to the register. I eyed the place up, checked out the very nicely kept salad bar and decided we'd eat. We had pizza and I got the salad bar. Everything in the salad bar was neat, in its appropriate container (no peas in the cheese, etc), no brown lettuce and a really nice overall selection. Pizza came out in about 10-15 minutes, just long enough to get some games in first. The pizza was hot & good. No complaints here. I've been to some sketchy C.E.C before. It took a really long time to get our food, which was just pizza. The kids had a blast though! I really liked (although inconvenient) that they wouldnt let me leave with my 7 month old in her infant carrier without validating she was mine. The poor teenager helping with our party was in training with no trainer helping her! She said she was only going to speak to the person who booked the party. Devon was no better because I'm sure he felt the tension with the situation and didn't offer any assistance. I use to bring my kids here when they were children so I thought it might be nice to take my 10 yo grand son who had never been there. Oh, but what a sad mistake!! We went to the register to order and a young black female was taking an order, then looked at me and my grandson and said just a minute and waited on a black family with several kids. Went here for my granddaughters birthday, had the worst experience. The Pizza was like cardboard. I went to order another because more kids showed up, when I asked how much for a lg pepperoni, I was told one price, then I get my receipt and find they charged me xtra for the pepperoni. When I said something they told me I should've looked before I ordered. We'll I did ask their employee who have me the price to begin with. They didn't keep up with the cleaning and there was trash on almost every empty table. Then to top it all off, they actually sell beer at the place that caters to children, BIG MISTAKE, someone have to much and drive their kids home or a child grab the wrong cup off the table. For it to be a Chuck E. cheese's in Greenville, I expected so much more. First of all, when we walked in the greeter/stamp person was NOT dressed as an employee. He literally looked like a cowboy. Hat, heavy jeans, flannel and boots. He was on his phone and he didn't even say anything to us upon arrival and leaving CEC. Disgusting carpet. Games were broken. So many dirty tables that were left by people who left already. The tunnels smelled of mold and wet diapers. And of course we did not eat their food. It just didn't seem kid friendly... My fiance and I took our 2 year old for his first time. The moment we walked I began to look for a table. Only to find all tables filthy. Some were being used while others were not. My fiance stood at a table while I went to place our order and to purchase tokens. I stood in line for 20 mins. Only 2 cashiers. I finally placed my order at 5:30pm. I took my number and stood at the table in hopes that someone would come and clean it. At 5:45 I asked a gentleman in a Green button down shirt if he could please have someone to come clean off the table. He never stopped to acknowledge me and kept walking as I was talking to him and said yeah I'll get someone.. mind you he never asked me what table.. 20 mins go by and a young lady comes by I asked her if she can have someone clean the table of.. her response was um yeah let me see... another 20 mins go by and no one has come to clean off my table let alone the other 15 tables that were dirty... so I took everything off my table and placed it on the table beside me.. at this point I was extremely upset at how the service was being handled from the moment we entered the door. At 6:15pm I went up to ask how much longer it was going to be on the pizza and I was told that the parties needed to be served first.. mind you these parties were already pre-planned so therefore their pizza should have been made by the time they needed them. The young lady told me it would be another 20-30 mins.. so an hour and 15 mins before our pizza came out.. at 6:55pm we got our pizza.. I'm very displeased with the customer service all around.. I'm thankful that my son was able to have a good time outside of this hot mess of a place. I will never step foot back into this location. And to top it off the manager was having an argument with the front desk cashiers about break time... how professional is that??? and to find put that the man in the green shirt was a manager and didn't have the decency to stop and acknowledge me was very upsetting! And to know that several customers complained and were given their money back.. hmm what does that say about your establishment??? If you know that you are short staffed then you need to make your customers aware of the wait in line as well as their food orders... I was a customer who became an employee. I'm a father of 2 young children. This place was so shockingly disgusting that I had to quit. I witnessed the store manager, Marcus, thawing frozen pizza ingredients, including meat, in scalding hot water in the hand sink where employees are supposed to wash their hands. He also scraped mold off the salad bar ingredients (grapes). I was horrified to find out that the same pans on which they cook the pizza simply got recycled into a pile of pans rather than washed every day. So when they gab a pan to put dough on... its still dirty from yesterday. I saw them scrape mold, green mold off of the pans and use them without washing them. There was almost no kitchen supervision and you have a staff of young people who would rather talk about highly inappropriate material just 10 feet from where the customers are at the serving window than to create a professional and clean environment. There are many more atrocities that have taken place inside this restaurant and I have vowed to never take my children here again because I'm afraid they will get sick. True story. read more
