Service was decent. Not bad. Nice starter job for those going into work. Facilities are clean. More than enough games for the kids to play. Absolutely terrible experience. I took my family in there this evening and was just a horrible experience. We had to wait for over an hour for our food just for it to be completely wrong. Then had to wait another hour for the food to be "fixed" and still was not correct. Staff that was handling the salad bar had no gloves and no hair nets on while her long hair was so long going into the salad dressing. What is the point of stamping the kids on the way in, when there is no one checking the stamps to make sure you are leaving with the correct child on the way out? Anyone could of left with the wrong child today! There was not one staff member watching over the pizza. Anyone could of went up there and just got pizza that they did not pay for. Again just terrible! This establishment needs some training ASAP. read more

We stopped in around 4:30pm on a Wednesday for pizza. As we hoped, it wasn't too crazy. We missed the special on Tuesday's where you get two large pizzas for $22. My niece was adamant she could eat an entire large pizza by herself. Even the employee who brought the pizzas out was shocked as I was that she could eat the whole thing. Chuck E Cheese for dinner? I don't know why...yes it's a very random spot to eat pizza at, but the pizza here is pretty tasty. I think it's the cheese. The traditional crust is ok, but the mozzarella cheese is really good. We didn't eat our crusts! Oopsy. If you really like their pizza, be sure to get it delivered. GrubHub, Ubereats and DoorDash may be available in your area for delivery. Since it was not busy the game area was clean and no lines. Chuck E Cheese made an appearance to dance with the little ones. The employees were nice and courteous. I think we need to go when it's quiet more often. Pretty chill vibe. read more

So I haven't been to Chuck-E-Cheeses in forever but I took my kids here to have fun on occasions recently. I haven't eaten here though. Pros -It's clean and the employees are nice and helpful -Nearly all of the games and rides work and are usually pretty clean -There is plenty of parking -I like the location -We bought a $20 card and used it on four separate occasions for about an hour each. Maybe it's just my kids, but that $20 really went a long way - out of the four times we went most of them were on weekdays but it was nice to be there and it not be crazy crowded -I really love that it is free to come and from there you can spend your money how you want Cons - on the weekends It can get really crazy crowded, it didn't bother me or my children but beware lol - I'm not the biggest fan of the cheaper prizes, nor are my children. long story short the place is clean the people try to help you with what they can the games are decent kids usually like it you can spend your money for whatever you want to spend it for and it's free to come in. Took my niece here last Sunday and found it to be the worst experience we've had in a long, LONG time. First of all, not being familiar with how things worked, checking in we felt rushed and didn't know what the best 'package' to get. The person checking us in, did not help with this. We wound up getting a package which included a plastic 'kiddie cup' which came directly from a box and my niece later complained that her drink tasted funny, like plastic. I would thing they would have them pre washed or something. Anyway, we were told the pizza would be a few minutes so we waited at our table and didn't start playing games until after eating. The cheese pizza took 45 minutes. Visited the restroom during this time and the entire 'party' side of the restaurant smelled like dirty bathroom for lack of better words. The men's room was disgusting and not clean at all. The urinals look like they hadn't been cleaned in a long time with urine stains and the stench was really bad. After the pizza finally arrived, we found it to be ok, but not really hot. So, we got the gaming package which allowed her to play for an hour to earn tickets for 'prizes'. Every third game we went to wasn't working and there were no signs on the games that didn't work. There were a couple of games that had coins or balls, but they didn't have any coins or balls. Also, the game card took too long to scan and the games were dirty and nobody was around to clean them. Once the games were finished, we had the app which got her 500 additional tickets so we got in line at the prize area where just one person was working. It took us 40 minutes to get to the front and the game card scanned and she only earned 70 points which was impossible considering she earned 200 on one particular game. I estimate that she should have gotten around 1,000 to go with her 500 'bonus' points. When we went to redeem the 500 points the person pointed us to the front check in area to get a receipt for the points. By then there was a long line to get in and we would have had to wait a long time. I told my disappointed niece that she'd have to pick out a couple of toys with her 70 points and now we're feeling rushed with people behind us and the person helping us acting impatient. Just a horrible experience and waste of money! The management of this place should be embarrassed, never again! read more

This is a small location but I haven't run into issues with it getting overly crowded. We don't take out kids to the Dallas locations because it can get insane. All games are 1 token and the rides may not last as long but they get to try all they want. We were there for almost 2hrs and ChuckE came out twice. The pizza is eh-get a big salad. Remodeled, nice inside, but unrealistic wait times for food. Ordered our food at 12:00, received our refund around 1:25 as we hadn't received our food yet. Several parties were going on, but kitchen management was obviously poor as we were in a line of people to get refunds due to waiting so long. What can I say it's Chuck E Cheese. The $5.99 lunch buffet is pretty good. Found it cheaper than any other option of food there. The pizza in the buffet is good too. I got it mostly for the salad bar. If you could call it a salad bar, but I can't complain it was $5.99. Most of the lettuce was brown though. Haha. The pizza options did surprise me. And I won't say in a good way. Spaghetti on a pizza? Yikes. We always go on weekdays around lunch time which is great. We've been there a few times and never had problems with crowds like other reviewers. It's pretty empty when we go which is great! I think a good idea would be to expand. The place always seems overcrowded each time I've been there. Multiple birthday parties occur in one section. That would make me uncomfortable being right next to absolute strangers. The supreme pizza was good, however, it took roughly about 40 mins to receive after ordering. We brought my daughter here for a birthday party. They assign 1 employee whose only job is to handle your party, which was nice. The pizza was surprisingly good, so were the subs. The kids had a ton of fun. My only complaint is the salad bar. The lettuce was literally brown. But other than that, it was a good time. read more

This location was pretty nice, I have a younger child and I really liked that they had a lot of games for smaller children. I'd definitely say more so than other locations. To top it off, the manager who was working the evening of 06/17/18 had amazing customer service! Back again for my nephews B-Day and the experience was even better. By far the best Chuck E Cheese I've been to. The staff was very attentive and full of energy to keep the kids and parents excited and happy. Way too expensive for what you get. After paying $45 for an hour of play, small cheese pizza, one salad bar, and two drinks. I asked an employee for a small bag to put the tickets that my child had won. I was told it would be a dollar for a bag. Makes no sense to me. Will not be back and will spread the word. I made a visit here Sunday June 10,2018. Bad day! The photo ride was literally running the time I walked in till the time I left(It was broke and rocking back and forth), the picture booth was printing on the backside, and most of the ticket munches was down I seen only three employees and when you tell them about the machines not working they said ok and didn't even look at it. So after a while I decided to leave and an employee by the name of Sincere who just got to work let my three year old walk out with someone else. The customer service was beyond horrible. I waited at a machine for seven minutes after I spoke with an employee there. I watched the employee play on their phone, skip around the store, get a drink from the soda machine, and then walked back to the back of the store during that seven minutes. Meanwhile, my child is getting restless waiting on her. So when she started to walk away I flagged her down for the second time to get her attention and help with the game to retrieve our tickets. I spoke with another lady the same day. Same problem and after I informed her that one of the games is not giving out tickets she said ok and walked off. The passed by me three or four times and still not tickets. So I flagged down another employee who assisted us and gave us tickets. Chuck E Cheese is not an inexpensive establishment and their customer relationship management needs vast improvement. read more

Funny, I am one year shy of turning 40 and am proud to give this place a rave review! :) As a child I remember CEC being this huge dark amusement play land in California. I wanted to play Skee-Ball back then and I did as soon as I walked in the door today! The Killeen establishment was very clean and well lit. I was looking for the singing/dancing wall characters and managed to see Chuck singing under the lights on stage. Why I felt like a kid again right along there with my hubby and 4.5 year old step-daughter, I will never know, but it was darn tooting fun! My hubby and I had a basketball shoot off and we got on the motion rides with our little girl. We liked that upon entry that there was a hand sanitizer station and a doorman present to stamp our hands for security purposes. Upon our exit, he scanned all of our wrists to make sure we had the correct child when exiting. The food was typical 'carnie' food. Fried tidbits, pizza and soft drinks. There was an all you can eat salad bar, so I took advantage of that. Cool they showed the calories of each meal on the menu boards, not fat content of course. It's the same eh pizza. It's the staff that makes this place great! They are incredibly friendly, patient, and caring. My kids always have a fantastic time here. They really do look out for the little kids, like below 4, if theyre lost or drop their stuff. The customer service here was excellent. The employees were very attentive and made sure the kids at the party were having fun. This location is smaller than most Chuck E Cheeses. Since it was so small it made it feel a lot more crowded. If you are looking for a cheap place to have a birthday party this is it and kids love it. Strictly an arcade review. We don't eat and we don't party there. After a Saturday matinee, we came in for some games. We like the upgrades with card play. We always appreciate the online coupons for more optimal token deal. However, during Saturday rush you have to have a repair tech on the floor. As we played, we noticed games we had played the hour before out of order. On the exit, the ticket machine line was out of control cause one hub was completely out of order. My husband and I took our kids here this past Thursday (10th), and had a great visit once again. We have been here a handful of times since my last review, but I had to comment on one of the workers during our most recent trip. Her name is Cherish. We had great customer service throughout our stay, but she definitely stood out. She had an awesome attitude for everything! Whether it was to fix games, dealing with kids at the toy counter, or bringing you your food. She went above and beyond to help her customers, and so I just thought I would put in a good word for her. She should definitely be in charge of training future employees, and they should all strive to do as well as she does in customer service! read more

We reserved space for a birthday party for my son's 1st celebration. I was extremely disappointed! There was no hostess to greet us, so we seated ourselves. When we finally flagged down a hostess she did less than BARE MINIMUM when it came to providing us with a wonderful and memorable experience. I was constantly asking for silver ware, plates, and other items that were apart of our party package. We also added extras to our party package that included plastic Chuck E. Cheese cups that the children could bring back for their next visit- these were not on the table for our guest and I had to remind our hostess twice to bring them out. We did most if not all of the labor to ensure the guest had what they needed. She didn't serve pizza or pour any drinks. I am totally confused about what her role was! Shame on this establishment to charge for a service they DO NOT PREPARE FOR OR PROVIDE! My advice for parent's who'd like to hold a birthday party here---- Don't reserve special seating, invest in inexpensive table ware and decor. It would only take about ten minutes to set up and you can bring your own cake. Other outside food is not allowed but you can order pizza and other items from their menu for your guest. I had my sons birthday here it was really nice , came in at 10 and not crowded at all! Only thing that sucks is we works so hard to get enough points for a big prize and just about all the prizes need something that doesn't come in the package but is sold separately ! For example my son got a cool looking track that I shoot these spinners on, get to the car and it's just the track the spinners are sold separate . So we went back in got something else and the exact same thing! I just feel whoever does the purchases on the prize wall should be a little bit more careless. read more
