Ive never been to this C. E. C., but glad i did. Place is pretty big and open. Most of the games were working which was a plus. Food was good, we got pizza and a sampler tray which consisted of cheesy bread, wings, and fries. Overall good food. Overpriced yes, but look where your at. My kids had a blast, and we came during the halloween event, so Chucky was in costume giving out candy to the kids. The kids had fun dressing up in there costumes as well. Only complaint, is that the show up front wasnt on, and Chucky only came out once the time we were there.. Maybe a 3 hour stint. Nice place. I have been coming here since I was a kid. I love the food and the games are perfect for my kids ages. My one complaint is the flat screen TVs. I come here so my kids can play and be kids not have loud music videos distracting them from play. We are so overwhelmed with screens in this day and age I just don't see why they need them when they have all these opportunities to play. It was very distracting in my opinion. read more

This Chuck E cheese is remodeled. Clean, you see the staff cleaning and dusting the top of the games. We celebrated my daughters bday party here and it was great. I booked the party online and a few days before the manager called to confirm. It was easy. The day of the party It was not crowded at all, almost had the place to ourselves. This is my second time coming here in two weeks since it's the closest to my house and it's another round of disappointment. The first time we came, a lot of the games were not working and there's no sign to say so. Having said that-it was using up our game time every time we swipe but we couldn't play. Today-same thing but worse. We tried to order food and the manager said we had to wait over an hour to order because they're trying to fix something. The renovations of this place were not my favorite, I preferred the old animatronics and I would prefer the kids to not be staring at a big screen on the wall. The service was alright, they were quick to take our orders and refill the game passes. What made this service mediocre is that that took very long with our pizza. Took my granddaughter there, purchased a $29.00 package 45 minute playtime, pizza, and salad, ended up paying around $70. The prices are a bit high, even with the deals $190 for 2 adults 3 children= 90 minute cards & food 1 pizza 2 salad bar soft drinks & 2 adult beverages. A few of the machines were broken too and it was incredibly crowded on a Wednesday night, probably because of their Wednesday night discounts. The renovation is nice but the staff is horrible, I stood in line for 20 mins trying to order a pizza,game pass and trampoline which came out to 70$. The girl at the cashier was taking people from behind me and ignored me 3 times. On the screen it says if I bought a game pass that the trampoline would be 10$ but the girl at the front desk had a nasty attitude and said that "it's a glitch in the system and it will be 15$" no where on the screen did they even attempt to fix their error. We first started bringing gf our kids here over 25yrs ago and around5 yrs ago we started bringing our grandkids well before covid things were bad already it was always dirty specially the bathrooms and a lot of the games didn't work well lately the place closes at 9pm but around 8 they constantly announce they'll be closing soon they make u feel uncomfortable & by 8:30 -8:40 they usually shut all the games and also they close off the drunk section right at 8:30 so u don't get anymore drinks even though they close at 9pm Today I order a pizza and it was really bad it was paper thin I had never gotten a pizza like the worse ever that I got this pizza and I went to complain to the manager I believe her name is Alejandra(Not a good manager at all)she didn't even ask what was the issue just grab the pizza and trash it without even talking to me about the issue or simply apologizing for the inconvenience to my grandkids they were hungry she could care less when I asked her why she didn't even talk to me about it she has no people skills so I don't think she should be a manger!!! also I got a shark cupcakes thru the rewards with my purchase, well, they did not have that either... Well it's safe to say this is not the Chuck E Cheese you grew up with. Totally different system which consists of just a playing card ($3.50 charge to start the card). With that being said we got a Groupon for an all you can play for an hour and decided to take our toddler. The games are pretty limited, but there is a lot of motion for the little kids (no seatbelts on most). The ticket ratio is pretty non existent with most games spitting out only 2-3 tickets virtually back to your card. Chuck E. didn't make one appearance to come say hi to the kids. The food was not too great but not too terrible. It had flavor but was pretty oily. They do sell alcohol beverages here but it is pretty pricey and they have a limit (1 per hour or 2 total per day). There are a lot of tvs here but honestly the only background I noise I heard was the game machines. So overall; not the worst thing in the world but definitely has decreased in quality as a whole. read more

Ian loves this place. We have been to this location once a month (at least, I think) in the past couple of years. As soon as we take a left into this shopping complex from Rosecrans he yells 3 things in no particular order. Let us get a DVD (From Movie Q) I want to ride the police cart (Albertsons special baby carts) I want to go to Chuck-E-Cheese The loudest shriek/scream is reserved for chuck-e-cheese. His face lits up and he starts dancing in the car eagerly awaiting to enter his happiest place on earth. Pros: New playtools/rides installed in the past few months. Almost all the rides are functional all the time. We encountered only one ride that was broken during all our visits. (+1) All the kids are polite, happy and mindful of their surroundings. Very impressive. Friendly employees for the most part. Cons: Party area is huge, however it is not private. (-1) Smokers outside the entrance (-1) As long as Ian doesn't get bored of this place we will be frequent visiters. :-) read more

The place deserves NO STARS but I had to one to post my review.. My niece had her 2nd birthday party here; we had a 2hour slot limit and the whole two hours the restroom was dirty and flooded. Several people (not just from our party ) brought it to the manager's (I believe his name is Wayne) attention and with a smart ass response he said " yea I know " and yet still did nothing about. To be honest the whole damn staff was RUDE ( maybe the managers needs to get retrained On how to be friendly and their staff will follow) Needless to Say no one in our party went to the restroom the whole time (most of the girls in my party had sandals on ) it was that flood that your whole foot would get wet . There was no caution sign , no out of order sign. For this place being busy as it was on Saturday full of kids that need to use the restroom is just unacceptable!!
