Place is located at busy area but enough where there is a parking for everyone. We went here monday 6pm and good time where is not that much people and the place is clean. I love how they have different selection for the games and we tried their pizza its good too. Staff here looks unhappy with their job and right when you enter makes you feel unwelcomed already. The issues I observed, 3 or 4 machines if not working next issue you scan your card it just eat the credits and steal the coins. I consider myself a kid at heart even though Im 41. I decided to do the frankensteining pizza, but i guess it could work if people are having parties in the restaurant, lol. Anyway I order a pizza sometime late last yr, went in to pay w/o hesitation paid with credit card no problem. 2nd time after that decided not to use credit card, told the guy manager i would pay with cash, and he said we only accept credit, i asked him why, he said cause of covid (it also helps my voice isnt a 40 yr old guy, lol) Anyway today was craving a pizza, went into pickup and the girl behind said, cash or card, I was surprised when she said that, i said you accept cash now, she said we've always accepted cash. Honestly, the staff here is cool, they keep the place as clean as possible and make do with what they have. The problem here isn't them. It's the horrible behavior of the spawn of Satan you parents bring here and the entitlement attitude so many of you refuse to check at the front door. I swear, today I saw kids throwing shit on the floor, kicking machines, asking for soda and their parents giving them a truck full of it watching them run around like they're high on crack bumping into people- no accountability, nothing. One bumped into an employee and fell and when said employee apologized parents still asked to speak with a manger and made a scene. I also saw a man complaining about how long it took for his pizza to come. Go to a different location. Its worth the extra few minute drive. Bad experience today. This location is short staff and seem to not care about the customers. My son has a food allergy. I asked no cheese on the pizza. After waiting 30 minutes at the time it wasn't busy. When the food came I got the pizza with cheese and burnt corn dogs. Look at the photo I provided. Bill was over $20. I asked to get another pizza. It took an additional 30 minutes because I was put at the bottom of the list after they got my order wrong. The food is horrible. Seriously the cheapest ingredients and portions are small. Better to eat before you come to this location. As it got later in the evening a lot more people showed up. There were like 100 people and ONE Cashier for awhile. Eventually another employee came to help but the line was way too long. Finally, I was trying to cash in the tickets at the prize window there was no one there. I waited like 10 minutes and they told me to wait at a different line. Waited another 5 minutes. Two stars and that's only because of some of the employees, and specifically the "general manager" Wayne. I haven't been to CEC in over 10 years. It was so good to see the beautiful remodel, working games, and kids having a blast. However, the cashiers were so moody and looked annoyed. Never did I once see an employee smile. And then there's Wayne. He was rude, on his cellphone, you ask him one question about ordering and he bites your head off, and he yelled at his team for putting items where they shouldn't be. My daughter was having so much fun and we will be back for only that reason, the games. Other than that this location needs to either revamp their staff or teach them how to treat customers with respect and to also make it a fun environment. We went on a Sunday morning. It was clean and staff was attentive. It's smaller than most CEC but it's easier to keep track of small kids so that's nice. Salad bar was stocked, clean and food fresh. I had my daughter's 4th birthday party here today and we had a great time. As soon as I got there, Alexis greeted us and went over everything. I gave her the cake so she can keep it in the fridge and ordered extra food. Salad bar was fresh and bathroom was clean. Table was set up already but I took my own unicorn themed tablecloth and plates. Food tasted super good especially the sampler. Alexis was so nice and patient. This place deserves 0 stars. Visited yesterday 11/6 paid $600 for a birthday party and had the most worse experience ever, from my party host to the staff to the manager. I argued with the manager for 20 minutes going back and forth that I didn't get 1 out of 5 pizzas for my party. Didn't even really sing happy birthday my host looked like she hated her job the whole time, made it very uncomfortable to talk to her so had to ask another host for help. I think that the food tastes A-Ok. Salads are decent. They did a nice job the Sunday we were there of keeping the Salad Bar clean and organized. The Cheesy sticks were tasty. The pizzas were better than Little Caesars. Of course, the Number 1 Reason to come here is for the entertainment. Plenty of games and little rides for the kiddos. The kids can accumulate tickets from some of the games. With the tickets, they can earn prizes from their available choices. During our most recent visit, the restaurant was looking really good. Staff members were constantly cleaning up the place. Even with plenty of kids there, the staff did a fine job of keeping the place looking good. Came here for a birthday party. It was terrible. The place is really small compared to other CEC's and the party area is tight. They allow way too many people in the place that the fire marshal should keep an eye out for possible occupancy violations. The food is typical CEC: meaning, it sucks. Luckily, there are many restaurants a short walk away like a Panera and a Sizzler. Parking is ample and the location is easy to find. But if it wasn't for that party, we would never have come here... I was there at 1 pm until 4 pm & spent 30$ on pizza, drinks, and tokens. Not bad for a rainy day of fun. You're not there for the food. You're there so your kid can run around and possibly have a seizure from all the flashing lights. Indoor slide like McDonald's. "Rides" like the ones in front of Walgreens for 2-4 year olds. Games for 5-7 year olds. That's about as "old" as I'd go for this place. After that Dave and Busters or take them to Knotts. There's usually a person by the exit and entrance checking, but on Sunday someone let us in but didn't check us out. I brought my little brother and niece to this location for the first time and was the worst experience we ever had! The staff were rude throughout our visit. When we arrived to the counter to select our prizes, the female cashier that helped us looked annoyed and when handing the toys, She kept tossing them across the counter. Wish there were Negative Stars...I felt it was necessary to report the extremely poor customer service I received at Chuck E Cheese at the 15100 Rosecrans Blvd, La Mirada, CA location. I went to Chuck E Cheese to celebrate my little girls birthday I did not do a party reservation but instead just took up two tables at this particular location. I was in line when there was just one cashier Geanna a customer who was not in line walked up to this cashier when I was next and requested a Manager, so Geanna walked away from the register didn't say I'll be back or anything and didn't call for a back up cashier she came back 11 mins later. At this point there are two people behind me including my sister and I finally get help from a cashier named Natalie who took my order. My sister placed the order next to me when Geanna finally returned and ordered the Party Platter $19.49. Our orders were placed at 2:55pm. Then 30 mins pass by & a worker bring a basket with 5 wings & 2 celery sticks which wasn't what we ordered he walked away so fast I didn't get to ask him why the wings weren't on the platter & where the platter was but he took our number #53. I got up & told the cashier that they didn't bring us the party platter we ordered & instead gave us tiny pieces of wings and 2 Celery sticks and she apologized & said they would correct it but I'd have to wait 10 minutes I said okay & walked away to look for the parmesan & chili pepper shakers cause there wasn't any on our table. I asked a worker (black male who was standing at the entrance stamping) & he rudely said to me that if I wanted some I would need to remove it from other people's tables. I was ticked off & walked back to my table to find that the pizza I ordered arrived but it had blue spots on it and my kids were disgusted it looked like mold. I finally had enough 20 minutes had passed at this point and still no Family platter so I requested to speak to the Manager & she was young girl W/ a tan shirt & she was even ruder than the rest I told her what I have been dealing with since I got there & she could care less she actually had the nerve to say well what did you want me to do? I responded "Make this right, that's what a Im asking for". She said well I am making it right I had them remake your platter and I said yes but now its been almost an hour since we ordered them how is that making it right all your doing is giving me what I paid for & I have blue spotted pizza at my table & she had the nerve to say "We can give you a refund if you want or you take the platter we just made you". I said to her "I have people at my table and my kids waiting to eat its been over an hour and that's all you can offer me to give me my money back and not feed my guest??", I couldn't even believe it she didn't care to fix the blue pizza, they took 1 hour to give me the party platter (the celery sticks weren't even looking right) and she said she would talk to the boy who told me to go hunt my own peppers and cheese shakers. She didn't make the situation any better I left the location crying from frustration and we had to eat around the blue spots of the pizza that the Manager said, "its only frosting", I asked her would you eat your pizza with blue frosting spots on it & she didn't answer. The Manager was did not apologize what so ever and pretty much gave me a either take the food or shut up response didn't care about the waiting my guest or the quality of the food. Honestly I don't understand that locations poor choice in Management and I even asked her for the corporate number and she took 5 minutes to get that for me. I believe I should have been refunded & still made it right by correcting the order but I guess Customer Service isn't even important at that location. This is the closest Chuck E Cheese to my home I have been going there for years because I have 5 kids and I am so disgusted with the quality and customer service that I will probably never return. My son just had his birthday party at this location. Overall, it was a good experience - the place was clean, all but a handful of games were in working order, and we received assistance in set-up and breakdown. My son really enjoyed the games portion of his party. The only thing I had issues with was the staff's pushiness. My son is not exactly shy, per se, but he gets awkward when a lot of attention is focused on him - like when they did the whole birthday song-and-dance routine. Beforehand, the hostess asked my son if he liked to dance a few times... he said no all times, they did it anyway, and that's when he started getting very quiet. Whatever, it's part of the package, and least he didn't cry or turn away. But then afterwards, she and the manager asked if he wanted a picture with Chuck E. Cheese, he said no again, I said no once more explaining the issue, and they still pushed it a few times after that before I gave a more firm response. You would think that a staff who exclusively works with children would know how to read them a bit better than that. They were also a bit pushy about their upsells. I did the first upgrade of the party when I booked the event, but when I called to discuss party details, when they called to confirm items a few weeks after that, at the very beginning of the party, AND five minutes after that, they tried to get me to buy the second upgrade. They also told me about surveys me and my guests should take DURING the party multiple times to earn more points. That is just too much when I'm already dealing with my family and guests. Please let people decide what they want for their parties beforehand, accept their decisions, and let them enjoy their time there. read more

I'm a legit fan of any establishment that shows appreciation to veterans on Veterans Day. Thank you Chuck E Cheese! My dad, a Vietnam War Veteran, came here last week for his free pizza. The girls working were kind and graciously gave him a fresh hot pizza to take home. We waited about 10 minutes so I had time to notice how it was not very busy on a Saturday afternoon. It's a 5 star mostly because of our hostess Alexis! She was so attentive to us, she helped us out with everything so much! You can tell that they were really really short staffed, our hostess was running around helping out so many different stations and still was so attentive to our party. It is a pain in the ass to make sure your kids don't get ripped off. Machines constantly malfunction. My son played the Great Typhoon, basically a ticket winning game. His coin landed on the jackpot and the machine started spitting out 250 tickets. When it got to 73 tickets left on the countdown, the machine stopped and would not print more. Then the machine reset itself. That was the second time in 20 minutes I had to get someone's attention to fix a machine. Now if I hadn't been with my son at that machine, he would have just walked away without the 73 tickets because he's 5. Again, this was after he put 2 coins into another ride that malfunctioned. What they need is a button to alert the technician for when a machine malfunctions, which I don't think they will do anytime soon. read more
