We got there a little after 11 am and I just told the cashier 5 lunch buffets with drinks and paid with my card. We got a good table, cause I think you might not get a seat if you get here in the middle of the lunch rush, especially with a party of five. The pizzas were already out and there were a good variety of choices. I didn't know exactly what each one was, but I could spot my fave combo pizzas and a friend saw they had some with pineapples on it and of course the pepperoni for the less adventerous. All the pizzas had a good amount of toppings so we were all pleasantly surprised, not like some pizza buffets where it's just the cheap pizzas that get put out. They even had a nice salad bar that came with the lunch, but me ... I'm saving tummy space for pizza! In a town full of great pizza options, this was incredibly disappointing. The crust had little texture, almost no flavor, and the pizza as a whole felt bland and forgettable. If the food was amazing, some of the shortcomings might be easier to overlook. Unfortunately, it wasn't. The building itself was equally disappointing. With the garage doors open, the temperature inside felt close to 100 degrees. If that's the design concept, fine--but why not install fans to move some air? It made for a very uncomfortable dining experience. The marketing talks about an arcade, but calling it an arcade is a stretch. Three pinball machines and one additional game isn't exactly what most people picture when they hear that term. Then there's the parking lot. It's cramped, awkward, and appears to have been an afterthought. Between the parking layout and overall building design, it's hard not to wonder who approved the final plans. The entire experience felt like style was prioritized over function. Unfortunately, neither the food nor the facility lived up to the hype. 1 Star. They also served some house made crusty bread with house made garlic butter. The wife ordered the house battered fish and chips served with jalapeño tartar sauce. She selected sweet potato fries. If there was a legitimate problem finding my address, I would have gladly helped over the phone. Instead, my order was canceled, I was left without dinner, and I was given an explanation that doesn't match my phone records. I expect better communication and accountability from a business.
