This is the closest Chuck E. Cheese to us! It has improved a lot over the years, from cleanliness, to better staff, and newer games! What's even cuter, is it now has a mini trampoline center inside! Prices are great and the concept is still awesome! Recently purchased a summer pass, and we were so excited to already get our moneys worth on it! P.s. pizza here has grown on me and salad bar is always fun!!

Came here for a birthday party and while I have avoided this place for years (I grew up with the creepy animatronics don't judge me) I definitely have come to appreciate this as an adult. It's loud with kids playing and music, there is staff everywhere which makes me feel better as a parent bringing young children and the food was a hit with our whole party. I will say the pizza crust was VERY buttery but not a deterrent for a second slice. If you're a pizza connoisseur then you may not like it but when you want things handled for you when hosting a kids party it definitely works. The games are fun with a mix of one you can earn tickets from and some you play just for fun. A couple were kind of tricky to navigate so we were convinced they were out of order. They also have a section just for play which is nice if you have younger children that just want to run around. Chuck E. Cheese came out to wish a happy birthday to our 'Birthday Star' and another tables which was nice, the kids seemed to really like him. I will say, Chuck E. Cheese definitely went on a diet since I was a kid so I did a double take when he came out The prizes are (in my opinion) overpriced. Our youngest earned 700+ tickets and was mainly only able to 'buy' from the lower counter still. There were a few 500 ticket options on the wall but everything higher than eye level was 2000+ tickets so be prepared to shell out actual $$ or help your kid earn as many tickets as possible. Our oldest didn't want to spend her tickets so she was able to just save her card for next time. They have many food and drink options available, from pizza to salad, appetizers to sweets. The prices are moderate though, for two personal pizzas and 3 upgraded Chuck E. Cheese fountain drink cups I paid over $50. Overall we had a good time, enough to make me consider hosting a party here myself.

Happiest Birthday to my twin Niece & Nephew!!! & Thank you to my sister for choosing this particular Chuck E. Cheese to have the celebration at. This is THE most positively memorable and enjoyable C.E.C location I've set foot in. Every employee that I had interactions with was so pleasant and they provided the best experience when it comes to service. The entire party was organized, on time, and the female employee who was assigned to helping out the event was extremely attentive. Food was brought out on time, dishes were piping hot, & everything tasted really good. Yep, I repeat, THE FOOD WAS REALLY GOOD!! The games are separated into two parts- one for the older crowd and one for the smaller kids. My child enjoyed going to both areas but I was honestly blown away by the kiddy side. A few of our favorites were the race car game without the typically mandatory stepping on a gas pedal, the alligator pounding game, and the hungry hamster catching game. My only complaint was the amount of games that did not work. The gaming area in itself is already kind of small and with them not working, it really made playing games tough since the establishment was so busy that day [filled with back to back birthday celebrations]. This aspect really needs to be worked on. 5/5 stars overall. The entire visit was enjoyed and the employees are consistently cheerful and willing to help. I would happily come to this C.E.C again and would definitely consider this place for my daughter's milestone celebrations.

Small location. I went here for a 6 year old birthday party. I wished they cranked up the ac, it was a bit stuffy. First time seeing a lighted dance floor. They have the birthday child stand and dance on the dance floor to dance with the mascot. Kids were happy, everyone ate and chatted. Employees were pleasant.

I thought of giving 0 but there is no option here. While my kid is playing and we ordered French fries and Pizza and after 15 mins we got our french fries and those are over cooked and burned and when I ask them these are over burned, he(Chris) said "we cannot refund the amount but if you wait until the orders that are in queue then we can again cook and serve you" there are 3-4 order and it may take another 20 mins. He is not willing to give me first as I'm the first person ordered the fries. Service is very rude and they don't care about customer time. We waited almost 30 mins and we haven't got Pizza. After sometime we got pizza with over buned onionsIf you want to dine in while kids are playing... this is not the right place.

They're now open, call first to reserve your tiem slot. Very clean, only 2 others families when we were there. My lil girl had lots of fun and pizza is yummy. Don't forget the unicorn churros , so cute. I got the bracelet instead of the card, cooler and convenient.

During the early days of the quarantine, the sign reminded me of "Help! Survivors inside." Good marketing cause I bought some pizza.

My family and I were invited to Hooray Kids Indoor Play Center to celebrate a 3-Rex fun-filled birthday. Located on the upper level of Newpark Mall, the establishment brings a little bit of promise to the dying aura/vibes of the mall. Check in was easy but the 2 Asian females handling registers and check in process could be a lot more friendly, given the fact that their job descriptions deal with families and children. The party room was spacious and some foods/items were already set up. Juice pouches, waters, pizza, pasta, and wings were accounted for except for the fried rice & chicken nuggets. There was a lot of going back and forth regarding what was ordered and what actually arrived. The error ended up being on the businesses part and they offered to get the food within a certain timeframe or allowed for the hosts to cancel. Being that the timeline provided wasn't too bad, they proceeded with the initial food order. The rice and nuggets [which ended up being chicken strips as opposed to actual nuggets] came but a lot later than the estimated time. The party was blocked off from 1pm-3pm and with the delay in food items, eating was pushed out while everyone awaited delivery. The entire food situation was not organized well and the staff had no sense of urgency. The play area is clean but a lot smaller than I expected. The ninja warrior course was great for the older kids and the designated area across the way was great for the younger visitors- offering a small ball pit, floor piano mat, soft play area. The trampoline prohibits adult use and the usage has a max capacity of 4 kids. Nobody followed the rules and the staff didn't bother making rounds to ensure safeties. I do appreciate there being one staff member stationed at the front to allow patrons in and out. That is an extra set of eyes to prevent little ones from escaping undetected. I wouldn't come here out of free will but I'd partake should there be another party invite. My advice is keeping an eye on your kids and bring some hand sanitizer because the kiddos visiting here come equipped with runny noses and congested coughs.

There isn't much fun stuff to do in Palo Alto if you're a tiny tot, but this place seemed like it was created for the little ones! Would highly rec if you are in Palo Alto for a day and want to bring your young child somewhere. There are different parts to this - a museum, and also a mini zoo. The museum has all sorts of fun activities, similar to the Bay Area Discovery with building blocks, magnets, trains, cars, tops, etc. The mini zoo is also quite fun with a variety of animals, although not many. The quality of the animals was great, though. They had a feeding hour for the Flamingos when I was there, and although my toddler was not interested, it seemed like the staff stayed for the whole hour, and made sure that anyone who wanted to do it had a chance to do so. Other animals there included a free-roaming peacock! The only draw here is that it's a little small, compared to a real zoo, or a real museum such as the Bay Area Discovery Museum, or the California Academy of Sciences. That being said, the price for this museum was quite reasonable, at $14 per person over 1 year old. Even for the 1.5 hours I was there, I thought it was well worth it! Free parking too. If in the area, I'd definitely stop by again.

It's really only just for kids and not really for adults", so I've never had the opportunity to go until recently and I'm glad to say that it's NOT just for kids, but it's definitely a GREAT place for kids to come and learn about the local natural history. The workers there are extremely kind and welcoming. Super helpful and I loved my entire time there. You can tell that this museum has been a staple to the community and that it's well loved by all those who visit. There's a scavenger hunt for little kids and big kids with a prize at the end (we got the big kids one, lol), an arts and crafts room, an electricity show (sad that we missed it!), lots of interactive exhibits that aren't too overwhelming (not a fan of touch screens and tablets everywhere, so a lot of the analog and hands on stuff was really, really nice), and a gift shop. There's also meetings rooms and such, probably for the field trips that visit. First off, the gift shop. I LOVED IT SO MUCH! The fact that there are actual items that are under $1 and that a child can purchase with pocket change is amazing. It's not junk either since you can get various shells, minerals, stones, and toys/items that are tangentially related to what you see going through the museum. Definitely got a bunch of souvenirs here and I really wish that I went during the school year cuz there's lots of small trinkets and knick knacks that would have been great for my middle school class! For all those crystal/gem people, it is definitely and INFINITELY much cheaper to get the crystals here than at any new age healing shop, just a side note haha. They also had a section with some lab items that are sold at a cost that is MUCH, MUCH cheaper than what I've seen on some STEM teacher supplies catalogs. There were even some free Periodic Table mats as well. Amazing! But now onto a review of the actual museum! The exhibits are on the second floor along with the arts and crafts room. If more time permitted I can easily spend hours here as there is a lot to look at, read, and engage in. As mentioned above I really like that this museum isn't like so many of it's more modern counterparts. It was nice to focus on what was in front of me and actually pick it up and interact with it (the ones that you are allowed to touch of course), especially in a matching and sorting sense (great way to get that pattern recognition thinking and learning for kids and adults likewise) without being overwhelmed by touch screen voices/recordings, etc going off at once. There's also something very nostalgic, familiar, and heartwarming about how aged some of the décor and how obviously homemade some of the stations are. Once again showing the love and care that went into everything. Now, I have to say that I am IMMENSELY impressed from the standpoint of a STEM major and from someone whose gone a decent amount of museums by the VAST collection of fossils, specimens, and REAL pieces of history that they have here. ALSO, from the standpoint of someone whose worked with zoomers before, very, very impressed that so much of it is OUT IN THE OPEN for the public to view. I've been to the LA Natural History museum and this children's museum has things that that huge museum does not and that is mind blowing for sure. I have never seen a taxidermy river otter, koala, or bear cub before. They had so many marine fossils and specimens of crustaceans that I have never seen preserved in such a way either. The 2 things that amazed me the most were the pieces of local natural history such as the fossils of prehistoric mammals that were found in Fremont or nearby and what may potentially be two real human skulls on display (how they got there, I REALLY wished I asked but completely forgot). If there's an opportunity to, I would LOVE to go back and learn, interact, and explore some more (and go shopping in their gift shop again).

After waiting for a while an associate comes out and roughly explains what the process is and disappears again- fine by me but I know a fist timer would be pretty confused. The color selection is very poor. They have a row of colors just plain colors, much less than what I've seen other places. The pottery options are also pretty lackluster and pricey for what they are. The positive part of this rating goes to the lovely associate that helped us the first time. She was lovely and kind, but my overall frustration that led me to this overall rating was picking up my pottery today. Again was not very fully and I see a line of people at the front. Cool I get it. But the associate had not a single sense of urgency in her. She just slowwwwwwly walked to the back looked around slowwwwly came back. Once it was my turn she didn't even ask why I was here just stared at me so I told her I was picking up and she asks for a picture of the item..? Wtf? Not even a name phone number or email that they require when dropping off my items but a picture? I had to scroll and find them. Once I show her she's like..ok when were you here? Geez do you want my outfit details that day too? How ridiculous. They need a better sorting system I saw her looking around and several pieces. Then she sloooowwlly comes over to me and dumps my plates on a table nearby and some crumpled bags next to it and just says "ok you can look at them" and leaves to the back again. Frustrated I get my pieces and dip. I don't know if it's because I've been to muuuuch better where they also treat me better. But this place was such a let down. Also picky side note the music they put sucks.
