18 years in the US, first time going into Chuck E. Cheese. Pretty cool tho. Went for a kid's birthday party and I have to say the party pass was the best!! The pizzas were good. One thing for me was the bathroom needs to be checked more often.

Fries that cost almost $6, smallest portion for the price

This is one of the best Chuck E Cheese locations in my area that I've been to. The size and selection of games are GREAT! They just recently renovated the jump area and added a "playground" that's attached for an additional $15 per child (socks included). The only down side is the food isn't consistent, the salad bar looks sad and an order of fries costs $6 and you only get about 15 fries!!

Regular size buffalo chicken wings (squishy/fatty and barely warm)

This review is based on the food, games, and cleanliness of the facility. The facility overall seemed clean. The bathroom was pretty clean. We ordered a large cheese pizza, a "regular" size order of buffalo chicken wings, a salad bar salad, and French fries. When I placed the order, I asked them to make the wings well done. It took about 25 min to come out ready. The wings were shockingly small. The girl at the counter told us there would be 8-10 wings. Our order was 7 tinyyyy wings that were like barely warm and barely had any buffalo sauce on it. They were definitely not crispy whatsoever and instead were most likely barely cooked from frozen and fatty. Yuck. The pizza was alright I guess, it would have been good to have more sauce maybe. The fries were not crispy and literally a pale white color, the color they are when they're not done cooking lol This order total was $70! Insanity for crappy food. We went with a 3.5 year old and a 5.5 year old. They had a ton of games that weren't appropriate for this age range. Probably better for kids about 8-12 in age. They had a small section for small children/toddlers which was great for our kids. It was just so crowded and so many other small kids were also waiting for these to be available. Overall, the kids had a good time for the current promotional deal. We will go back and maybe skip the food. lol

    Wrong advertising.

Stop false advertising. You're advertising a 2 months unlimited 250 games per day for $49.99. But when I went to purchase it's $1

We had ordered pizza and chicken nuggets for kids. Pizza was literally burnt and we asked them to remake it. These were the chicken nuggets burnt on the edges. When I asked the person in the kitchen, he said he couldn't change it and this is how they make it. Never coming back here again.

I went to this Chuck E Cheese location in early August with my children ages, 2 & 4, and some of their friends. This location is pretty good, but I felt like it was missing some stuff I remember at Chuck E. Cheese from when I was a kid. There was no ball pit. (Are the ball pits gone forever b/c of the germ fest? I must admit I love the ball pit. lol) I also feel the stage area was very small. Will I be back probably, I do have a 2 & 4 year old, but honestly this location is just okay.

I came here for a birthday party. This was the first time I went to Chuck E. Cheese in several years. I was pleasantly surprised. The facility was very spacious, clean and full of awesome arcade games for all ages. My child is three years old and there were so many games appropriate for her age, as well as older children. The pizza and chicken were also very good, much better then I had anticipated. Unlimited fountain drinks!!! There was lots of seating for dining. This location was probably one of best Chuck E. Cheese locations that I have been to. I highly recommend for birthday parties or just for a day out with the kiddos!!!

Guy seemed overwhelmed and reluctantly took my order. I showed up 30 min later and no one had any record of my order. I recognized the guy's voice and told him he took my order. He was pissed and got into a shouting match with me with 3 other customers around. He eventually apologized and offered a free side of meatballs and spaghetti (don't order that btw, super underwhelming). 2nd time: Wife placed an order for a pie with half pepperoni on their website. Came back with the order and the pie had full toppings. Small nit but annoying. 3rd time: I called at 6pm on a Thursday. No one picked up. Opted to place order on their website and got the same item as last time. Showed up at and the same miserable guy asked for my name and order... and then said he didn't have any order. I told him I placed an order on the website... and he said "You should have called." with an awful (only a mother can love) grin. I showed him my email confirming 6:20pm pickup time and he said he had no order... before pulling a pie with my name on it. I asked if it had half pepperoni and it didn't. Full toppings AGAIN. Clearly, their website is not equipped to actually take half toppings orders. Pizza is OK but not worth the headache or poor service here.

Grumpy's Sourdough Pizza Co. 522 Saddle River Rd…read more Saddle Brook, NJ 07663 Hot Honey Heaven Grumpy's Triple Threat Multiple people have reached out to me and suggested I explore this locally owned pizzeria located in the heart of Saddle Brook. As I entered the parlor, it is a hole in the wall with minimal seating and no AC unit. Regardless that it wasn't fancy, I still had a very gut instinct the quality of their pies was going to be on the money. When I arrived a weekday afternoon to place my order, the cashier informed me there will be a 40 minute wait. For the fact that the wait is this long indicates there are in demand and their pizza is top quality. I also saw framed plaques along their table counter showing they received positive media recognition from The Record, northjersey.com, and bestofnj.com. Hot Honey Heaven: I was initially skeptical about the appearance of this pie because it looks kind of messy. However, I took a single bite and was immediately hooked. This pie was topped with pepperoni, crispy chicken, and ricotta cheese. Mike's Hot Honey was generously poured over the top. It has a combination of sweet and spiciness. I never anticipated honey would enhance the flavor of the pie; I wish I requested an extra cup! Grumpy's Triple Threat: Named after the restaurant, this pie is prepared with pesto, grandma sauce, and pink tomato sauce. The sprinkled parmigiano reggiano added a nice touch. I especially liked the artistic appearance. The three colors were visually appealing, especially with the swirls of pesto. All pies are prepared with their signature sourdough pizza crust. Each slice had a perfect undercarriage and a firm crunch. Customers have the option to bake the pies may light, medium, or well-done. I chose medium because a majority of the customer base prefers this style. As a bonus, Grumpy's offer complimentary crust upgrades. I opted to add garlic butter brush; the outer crust edge was literally brushed with hot, garlic-infused butter. While it is common to throw away the top portion of the pizza, the upgrade is definitely an incentive to eat the crust. San Marzano tomatoes are the primary ingredient for the sauce. It's not overly sweet and has a light tang. This pizzeria is geared for take out, but there are plenty of benches only minutes away at Saddle River County Park. You can enjoy your pie while admiring the beautiful scenery of the park. The parking lot has limited spaces, but you can easily find a spot on the street. Grumpy's may be a hole in the wall, but the pizza was outstanding. I'm really exuberant that I had a pristine experience exploring sourdough crust for the first time!
