On Sunday January 7, 2024, around 4pm my family & I visit your establishment for my nephews birthday party , our hostess Emily did a great job on hosting and providing excellent customer service however, once our bill came, my sister in law noticed an additional charge that we did not make of 3 beers. This is where it all went downhill. She brought this extra charge to the attention of the MOD Leslie, I have 25 years of being a retail district manager and I never seen an MOD with this kind of attitude right away. She was being defensive & rude ,speaking over us and raising her voice telling us these beers were delivered to our party. I tried to give her my opinion if she could check cameras or do an inventory count on the cups, she told us she had no access to cameras and the inventory on the cups were not accurate. Instead of de-escalating the situation, she escalated at this point our party was getting frustrated, at the end Leslie just walked away without resolving our issue. I feel Leslie needs to go to a couple of seminars for customer service and management skill building ,also upper management needs to coach her up. She was very unprofessional and seem to had her mind made up even before hearing our side of the story. Then we had another MOD by the name of Dominique, which she was very helpful, professional, and resolve our issue She heard us out and apologize for Leslie's behavior, I commend her leadership skills. We spend hundreds of dollars every year at your establishment but with this issue, we don't know if we will return back. There's an abundance of restaurants that we can choose from, but I hope your company can resolve this issue to gain our trust back. I look forward to hearing from upper management. Went for a reserved birthday part and it was very disorganized. The party host was not friendly, very slow, and full of excuses when asking questions. A "manager" came to speak to my friend who was paying for everything and continued to argue and make excuses. Apparently a higher manager was there that night but never came to followup. The girl running the ticket counter was also a hot mess. She was running around like a chicken with its head cutoff and could not handle the line of kids wanting to get stuff. That's supposed to be a fun experience. And most the little kids don't know what they want let alone the math to figure out what they can get. This person needs way more patience. Don't waste your time or money with their reserved party as it may disappoint your kid or guests. It's not worth the stress. The place was pretty clean (the only reason I'm not giving it 1 star) and the games all seemed to be working well. read more

This place has potential, the kids enjoyed themselves, but man so many things that need to be fixed.... STAFF: the total, of what seemed to be just 4 staff members, lol, were kind.... overworked, but nice. Entrance lady, got us in with our stamps, the cashier lady, took our small, but expensive order, the girl who delivered our pizza to our table was the same girl who fixed the busted game for us, oh and the ticket girl, who was friendly and quick (thank goodness)! The PLACE: E for effort, but man, too many people allowed in for the size of the establishment. You have to walk around and guess as to whether or not a table is available. The manager suggested we "check the drinks to see if they're empty" in order to determine whether a table was available or not. Some of the ticket counting machines were out of order... and if ya have over 800 tickets like we did, ya might get comments like "ugh, they're taking forever" or my personal favorite, " ugh, these Mexicans, it's like I'm having deja vu" from ghetto children who are enabled by their parents! The FOOD: WE paid 140$ for 2 pizzas, 1 salad, 16 wings, 4 drinks, and three 45 minute play cards. THE PRIZES: 800+ tickets (or your 45 dollars) gets you a unicorn headband, a slinky, and a tootsie roll candy! Next time I'll give my kids 10 bucks each at the dollar tree and let them buy more junk instead. Get more for my money that's for sure... lawd knows the quality of the prizes are equal. I been coming here since I was a child! Many memories are made here. I haven't been back in a few years & got to say I love their remodel!! My son, who is 14 mo a great time running around & playing! Had such a great experience today. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by a happy employee, she updated us on changes that were made due to covid. They are no longer doing handstamps you must take a selfie with your phone with your kiddos that's how you enter and leave. Which is a pretty great idea. Ordering is easy and didn't have to wait long for our food to arrive. Also noticed employees going around and sanitizing the games every so often. The bathrooms are very clean. Had a party for my daughter. I got the higher end package. Service was a bit slower than I expected but the server was extremely nice and tried her best. Had a nice time. We bought the Chuck E Cheese cake they offer and it was good. We received game cards which the kids enjoyed. We came here for my daughter's 4th birthday party on August 17,2024 and purchased the higher end package. Worst experience ever. We arrived and the old lady in the front was very rude. She cut me off and yanked my arm,husbands arm and daughters arm to stamp it. We waited 20 minutes for the party host to greet us. We get taken to the table and the host sucked. I literally had to hunt her down for the whole 2 hours. I asked for cups to go with the water and she told me we have to pay for the cups. She told me at the beginning if we have 1-2 kids that don't show that I will get refunded for it at the end. I told her 1 didn't show up and she said she can't refund me for that child. They rushed us out the door with rude attitudes and the girl at the prize counter was just there not wanting to do anything. We leave and realized after getting home that the kids didn't receive the goody bags, so my husband went back to talk to the manager with the receipt and they wouldn't give us anything in return. The next day after filling out the survey a so called manager called me to discuss everything with me and they sounded like an unprofessional 12 year old kid. This so called manager basically told me all sales are final even if we didn't receive the goody bags in the package. She straight out called me a liar. I come here at least 3xs in one month simply because my son loves Chuck E. Cheese. I can't say all the staff is rude most of the time they're pretty decent. Pizza is good. However, I don't like how we were there for over 2 hours around 330-6pm today waiting for the mascot to come out for him to come out around 550 to acknowledge the "bday star" & her party ONLY. I understand her parents worked really hard to provide this experience for her, it's her day. But, imagine the rest of us that have to explain to our kids, (it's even harder with toddlers) why Chuck E. didn't bother to at least come around and do the quick 2 minute dance he does. We also are there to fulfill an experience, a good day, for our kids. I heard not only one but two parents trying to explain to their kids that we couldn't go to the showroom because Chuck E was only coming out for that party. Our kids look forward to seeing him, birthday or not. I don't know the protocols but MAYBE READ THE ROOM. I hope the management reads this, sets clear expectations on making kids happy. Today we had the worst experience at this (Rancho Cucamonga) location. I ordered a combo that comes with the cookie. When I placed my order, I wasn't told they didn't have any cookies and when my food was ready they gave me cold churros. When my son expressed our disagreement, an employee (Leslie) treated him very rudely. When he told me about it, I asked to speak to a manager and apparently she, Leslie, IS the manager. When she came to speak to me at the table, she accused my son of cursing at her and when my son told her he did not, she simply said she couldn't talk to me and walked off. She was rude and her behavior unacceptable. I am surprised corporate would have such an unprofessional person in management. I've been there before and never had an issue. We came here after booking a last minute birthday party for our 6 year old and I'm so glad we did. Misha was our party hostess and she was amazing. So on it with everything we needed and wanted despite being seriously understaffed and pretty busy. The capacity is very low so they only have one party at a time which was really nice to have room to spread out and even though Chuck e cannot come out right now the kids still had a great time. My 6 year old loved the ticket blaster. For having to deal with a bunch of restrictions that are out of their control they are doing a pretty good job. Good, God save us all. Took the youngest there on a night the rest of the family was out of town. Just wanted to spend an hour, eat and have some fun. The place is disgusting. They were very busy (4 large B-day parties) and most of the tables were taken (so I thought). Turns out, the tables just hadn't been busted or cleaned. Had to clear our own place and wipe things down with napkins. The scenery looked like we were in a construction zone. There was a broken electrical socket on the floor where kids were running around; the walls had been filled with drywall mud and sanded but not painted, and you could tell where things had been moved around but the floors hadn't been cleaned around them. Food took forever. Normally comes out in about 20 minutes. Went up after 45 and was told that it normally takes 30 minutes. I'm not the best with math but that's about 15 overdue. They said it would take another five minutes to get our food out (actually took another 15). The lady bringing the food looked disgusted that she had a job there and out our food down and walked away without saying anything (other than asking for the number from our order). One of the best things I saw was when waiting in line to order. Employees were filling up the salad bar using drink cups to scoop the food items from larger containers. Unorthodox but not really an issue except for the girl who wasn't wearing gloves (yes, things were right there inside the cup). That was enough to skip the salad bar for the night. Cleanliness gets worse as no one ever came around to lean napkins and cups and tickets left on the floor by kids. Even the table next to us which wasn't cleaned when we got there still wasn't cleaned when we left. Oh, did I mention there was no ice in the pop machine? Most ticket counting machines were down as they were either full of tickets or malfunctioning. Had to stand in line behind a ton of kids with tickets just to get the voucher to turn in at the counter. Would have skipped this due to the time but that's what the kids like so waited through it. The employees should be ashamed at the way they are taking down this business. Then again, the owners should be ashamed for not taking better control of their business. If you know you're going to be busy (and they did based on the pre-booked parties), bring in more people. I don't see this place staying open as either the health department will cite them, someone will get hurt with the exposed wiring, or people will stop going there as they can eat out if a trash can and feel like they are in a clearer environment. It is clear from the review what needs to happen so it seems kind of silly you would ask someone to fill out another form. It's also clear that any review is falling in deaf ears based on the numerous others here on Yelp that appear to have the same or similar experiences. We had my son's 8th bday party here last December and they were ok. You can't expect much it's Chuck E Cheese. You don't come here for the food. The kids had fun tho. My only complaint is the short manager guy with the glasses. I don't know his name but he's very rude. He's made uncalled for comments, tries to tell kids what to do in front of their parents. Had a wonderful time... Celebrated my grandsons 1st birthday here back in August 2019 and I did experience Sierra! She was actually okay. She does conduct herself in a serious and professional manner so I see why people may feel that way. But as a manager you are supposed to be that way. She was on top of things. The salad bar ran low once on a couple of items and when I said something they refilled everything quickly. They made sure the temperature was accurate also! They get a four because the young lady that helped us was in training and she was very sweet girl. She did a good job to spite the fact that her trainer wasn't as attentive. They ran late in there announcement of the Birthday song. They didn't know the birthday child's name and they had no napkins in dispensers. The ice cream and dippin dots melted while waiting to sing hb. Food was good but took a longer than expected time to come out. Guest were hungry and waiting for food. The door person swung the door gate open for my daughter in an annoyed manner. Clearly management has some work to do. Place was clean but smelled like feet. We held our daughters birthday party here, and service was great! I failed to grab the name of the woman who helped us, but she sure gave us a great experience. I will have to agree with some if the posts below regarding a handful of games not dispensing tickets or not even working. We waited about 30min for one of their personnel to give us the remainder of tickets from a game that shorted us 63 tickets. Very clean. Some kids places are just a mess and smell like urine. This place was great and the staff was very nice. We went very early and not much people, throughout the day we saw how busy it got and the lines for food or to redeem prizes was very long. It smells like yucky feet in here. The machines steal your money and you have to keep going back into the long pizza line in order to get your money back. When you do order pizza, they forget to make it, and you don't have pizza that your 4 year old really wants (why, I don't know). The pizza has improved from its sugary pizza sauce taste. This isn't saying much. With that one might wonder why I'm even giving it 2 stars, well let me tell ya why..... My experience has changed here and I do notice that the food has improved. The toys, are pretty much the same, a bit basic for the money you spend, but it does the job in having the kids be happy. Although I do notice that most the gaming machines weren't working or were not giving out tickets, in which my kids should of earned more than what they got, but they were happy with their tops and whistles. Food the Appetizer Platter was good, came with Fries, Celery, Wings, Cheese Bread and Parmesan bread with ranch, marinara and ketchup. Pizza thin and greasy. I went to Chuck E Cheese and it's been the first time since before Covid. They have a new system in place and I hate it. No more tokens and tickets. Now you have to buy a card. You can either pay to have unlimited games for a certain amount of time or points. I chose points because this was a very different experience and I wasn't sure how it was going to go. It was not great. You're supposed to tap your Chuck E Cheese card and to play each game. I am no stranger to tapping a credit card and it's supposed to be the same. However, the machines suck. I had to tap multiple times and sometimes I would end up having additional points taken from the card. It was extremely frustrating. I realized early on that I hated the new system so decided to get a refund on the other cards. I had spent $112 for cards. Well, the person who claimed to be the manager said that's fine. I did offer to pay and keep one card since I had already started using it. She was like well I'll have to refund all of it and then just do a new transaction for the card you started. I said okay. Then another person came out claiming they were the manager. She's like we don't do refunds for point cards. We'll do it this once, but never again. Here's the thing. How would they have refunded me if I would have chosen time cards instead of point cards. I imagine I would have just been assed out. Take in mind there's no signage anywhere that says no refunds. There were other issues as well. When we first arrived at around 11:00, there were almost no customers but us. They had multiple members of staff present, but I had to wait for about 15 minutes to pay for the stupid cards. When I asked for a refund. Same problem. It took about 15 minutes to get someone's attention and I was the only one at the counter. One of the skeeball machines didn't have all the balls, it took about 10'minutes to get someone's attention to fix that issue. The card saves your reward points in place of the tickets that you used to get. It took like 15 more minutes to get someone's attention for my kids to pick a prize. The attendant actually left us in the middle of prize selection so she could check people at the entrance and exit. Take in mind, there were almost no customers and like four employees that I saw in the building. Overall, it was just a bad experience but if you choose to go just remember to choose point cards instead of time cards because you'll spend more of your time trying to get the games to take your card than you'll actually spend playing the games. read more

First and foremost, we don't come for the pizza. The pizza isn't terrible but it's not the greatest. My daughter and I have our "date nights" here. They keep the eating areas clean and they just refurbished the entire location. They have new games and switched everything around. The only thing I recommend is if you have a party don't book it through them. Do it yourself and get there early and reserve your own tables. I threw my kiddo a party and they rushed us.
