Horrible place and horrible service do not come here! First off we had to wait 15 minutes just to order. Then we order and it takes over a hour for a pizza? Are you kidding me? I asked the "manager" about our pizza and he tells me it's in the oven still. Then when I told him my four and five year old are having a meltdown because it's been so long and getting close to bedtime he had the nerve to ignore me and go into the kitchen and not address the fact I asked for a refund. Luckily there was a guy who wasn't as heartless in a light blue shirt with a bun who gave us a refund for the trouble but very disappointed in the service and the treatment from the manager in the tan shirt. This Chuck e Cheeses just opened up not too long ago and since opening day, I've been coming! I use to go to the one off Rosecrane/Sports Arena one but this one is more closer to home and in a convenient location. There's no hassle for parking what so ever. On the weekends it can be a hassle seeing that everyone wants to take their kids out. I prefer to go during the weekday, I think the best time is 5pm, the inside will be much cleaner and less kids. I always receive great service here! Oh yeah, if you like to use coupons they accept deals from the website via your smart phone (get more coins that way). On a weekday food comes out less than 30 minutes here, on a busy day you're looking at an hour wait! Trust me, I've experienced it but you know what I stay patient 'cause the people in the kitchen can only go so fast plus, I know some if y'all remember working at a minimum wage job before.. Think about the hard work. Anyways, i think about four or five machines to retrieve tickets into receipts. Came here today to celebrate my nieces first birthday. It turned out to be a good time. Had some pizza which was decent...kind of like Round Table style. It wasn't bad. The games are ripoffs though. Most games only give you one to two tickets per token which is lame. You need a grip to get anything decent. I did find one game though that had a glitch and had unlimited credits on it. Had a great experience at the chuck E cheese at the college location. Granted they were short staffed once they opened, but they handled it like true pros. We were greeted once we entered got our cards and enjoyed the games provided. The food has changed... meaning it is well worth getting vice going to an all you can eat buffet. The other families were just the greatest. We all shared rides and our kids enjoyed playing with each other. Used to love taking the kiddos here. In fact, we used to come here 3-5 times a week last year. Sadly, our recent visits have been disappointing. 80% of their games are not working with NO signs so kids still put their tokens in. In addition, attendants are always busy so trying to get their attention is a challenge. Another negative is how parents seem to think this is a babysitting facility (though I can understand there is limited control on the company's part). Children are running around everywhere like wild animals, randomly hopping on rides other kids are on, or they wait until another child puts in a token in the little carousel and jump in when it starts moving. I love this location. More so because it's less crowded that the others. I feel that it has more games and a bigger space. And when there's less people I'm more comfortable with my kid running around being a kid. Than when there's a lot of people and your super worried. The salad bar was clean and everything was filled. I used to really hate ChuckEcheese but then I got over myself and started to bring my son even though he was scared of the rat now he loves the place since the games have upgraded however , the food still isn't there ! I ordered some french fries while waiting for my son to finish his games...it took 38 minutes for my fries to come out and there's barely anybody even in here . If this location is 4 stars, I hate to think how awful the other locations are. (They are getting two stars since it was a Saturday night but management should still staff and handle things appropriately.) At first, we thought, okay, they are friendly and helpful when we first arrived. We ordered our Eat and Play package and went to get our drinks. The whole area around the fountain drinks was wet and sticky and there wasn't a sign in sight to warn people of the potential danger. It stayed like this for over an hour before anyone did something about it. The booth we picked seemed like the cleanest one. The walls around the booth were sticky and there were pieces of food stuck to them. The food is meh. You go for the fun experience with your kids... not for great food. The majority of the "games" are not really "game" but machines where you try to get tickets. Half of the games or rides we tried either didn't work or didn't give us tickets. There wasn't anyone on the floor to assist either. Fine, whatever. I noticed in the play structure area that there was a cupcake wrapper. It stayed there for 2 hours. The place is such a mess and so gross. Why don't you have someone going around every thirty min to do a quick sweep and pick up that stuff? Out of all the ticket counting machines, only three worked (I think there were 8 total there). The guys at the ticket/prize counter were all over the place and couldn't function. The guy checking stamps at the door for the kid check shouldn't be there. He tried to check my daughters arm and then mine. Never saw the stamp. Then I said, the stamp is on her left arm. He looked at the right arm. I said the left arm again and he still turned the right around around looking. I then said, this is the left arm... the stamp is in this area. I love it when my daughter is treated like VIP because she's my little princess. My daughter is a very picky eater. She wanted a pizza with no toppings on it, pretty much just the dough by itself. I have been to many Chuck E. Cheese's before and this is the worst one. Not because it was crowded, but more due to the service. The first incident was when I was overcharged $5 at the cashier. Then my family and I waited 45 minutes for our pizza. Actually we didn't get our pizza until I brought it up to the manager. The staff was pretty affable but I feel they need better time management. We got there as the doors opened and most of the games were already out of tickets by 11:10am so every time we won something we really lost cause we didn't get any tickets. I will no longer book parties at this location. Very disorganized and a huge lack of staff. To make a long story short, last year they "lost" my deposit when i booked my sons party. So this year i called in and explained that i will not pay the deposit for fear of it being lost. Manager i spoke to say ok no worries. Our pizza took over an hour and a half to come out! We purchased the XL which has 16 slices. Omg, some of these slices were less than an inch. Pizza wasn't good at all. They didn't have a salad bar until their all you can eat was over. The sytube is lame. It's really small. They don't even deserve one star. We always have family parties at Chuck E Cheese's and this location is the worst I've ever been to. I ordered a plate for the unlimited salad bar, a drink and some wings. First off, there was no lettuce and when I asked the lady if they were going to refill the container, she told me that they usually fill it when they do. I stood there for about 10 minutes, watching the girl (who saw that there were people standing there waiting behind me) change the trash bag instead of helping the customers who were waiting for salad. Next, I went to get sierra mist and it was carbonated water so i changed it to Mt. Dew. As I pushed the cup in to the little leaver, it was leaking from behind the Mt. Dew logo all over my hand! Lastly, we waited for about 40 min for the wings. We asked how long it usually takes and the girl said 20-30 min but they're coming out of the oven in 2 min (time stamp on my receipt says 16:01 and it was 16:42). 5 min later, my buzzer went off and I went to get the wings. I asked the girl if it only takes 20-30 min why did we wait 45? All she said was sorry and walked away. When I got to the table I picked up a wing and it was cold! There is no way that the wings just came out of the oven and then they're cold! So we brought them back. They were going to "cook" some in 10 min and give us a $20 play card. It seemed like I had no other option because had they told me I can just get my money back I would have said yes because our party was just about over! 17 min later, and our Birthday party gone, our wings came out. It's disappointing that this location has such poor service. I've been to other locations, since I was a child, that are way more busy than this and we have NEVER experienced anything like this. This Chuck E Cheese location is a little further than our local establishment, but the drive is worth it. It's more spacious and it's a great way for the kids to burn of energy. The thing I really like is each game only costs a single token (25c or cheaper if you buy a larger token package). Where else can you play Guitar Hero for a quarter? The food is alright- not gourmet by any means, but it wasn't gross either. Our pizza was pretty cheesy and my husband and two kids- 7 and 5- all enjoyed it. My husband and I also like the all you can eat salad bar which has a variety of salad toppers- olives, egg, ham just to name a few. The wait for our pizza has always been reasonable too. There's a small double story play structure in the corner that my kids enjoy climbing on and sliding down. There are also a few different rides that you would expect to see in front of a supermarket- a teacup that slowly spins, the car ride that rocks back and forth, one that prints a paper photo of the rider. My kids enjoy the simulated roller coaster that moves with the video of a coaster track (similar rides are $1-2 in the mall). The games are fun for the kids and there's a few my husband and I enjoy playing with them too. One game showers balls from the top and you have to push a lever attached to a shovel that pushes them into a pigs opening and closing mouth. For some reason I find it hilarious to watch my kids play and my husband and I take turns with it too seeing who can get a higher score. The operation game is a challenge too- like the board game and similar to a claw machine you control the rod and have to drop it in the specified area without touching the edges. There's also your typical arcade games like skeeball, basketball, wheel of fortune. The ticket payouts on the game are crap, and most of the prizes you can accumulate in a single visit are just as much. Usually we end up with about 300 tickets between two kids and go home with Fun Dip candy, plastic rings, and another cheap toy of sorts that either gets lost or ends up in the trash a few days later. They have bigger prizes such as Play Doh sets, Art sets, etc... for thousands of tickets. You can upgrade your prize by buying additional tickets for a penny a piece. But unless your only a few tickets off from something your child is dying to have, the math says it's totally not worth it- just stop at the toy store on the way home. When I take my kids, I don't factor in winning prizes and using the prize tickets into the cost- if I was, I'd probably take them to Dave & Busters. The value we get from them being able to play games for an hour or two is pretty good though. I think you can buy 100 tokens for $20. Sure it's a little noisy with kids running crazy everywhere, but it's a place geared towards children and they have a good time. We always go on a weekday to try and avoid the birthday party business. If you go, look for coupons. There's always coupons available somewhere! I've found the best coupons are emailed to you if you sign up for their email list. The next best deal is on their website if you just click for coupons (usually you pay a few dollars more or you get less tokens than you would with the email subscription coupons). There are also coupons in the inserts of the Sunday paper but those aren't as good as either set of online deals. Also the website has chore charts and other awards you can print (one per child) and get an additional 10 tokens, so bring those! There are also games you can play on the website to win tickets (up to 40 or 50 if you do well on the game) for your visit (also one per child) so it's a quick and easy way to boost your "winnings." read more

But this is my son and I favorite place to play game. Usually I don't cared for writing review but I notice at this particular location of Chucke's Cheese in Lemon Groove have the greatest manager that is running the place right now. She did give me her name ( Weenie) but I forgot it. She is very young age either Asian or Hispanic mix. She so polite, soft spoken, know her job very well as a young manager, great at solving a bad situation and make it better for customer, excellent customer service and very kind hearted person. This is the second time my family tried to go to Chuck E. Cheese. The first time we arrived they told me that I have to make a reservation to be able to attend which I did not see posted on the website with the COVID instructions. But with the COVID struggles we left and set up a new appointment for next week today 2nd of April 2021 for 530pm. After showing up at 525pm we were told that our appointment was for 515pm and could not come in due to the cleaning crew. I asked to speak with the manager when she arrived she just stated that their was nothing she could do. Didn't offer to set us up with another time or anything. Very disappointed in the customer service I suppose we lost that too during this pandemic I will not be going back to Chuck E. Cheese again and I will be advising others to do the same. read more

02/17/2019- took grandkids to this Chuck E cheese on College ave. When my alarm went off to pick up the pizza (something new) I was handed the pizza by a manager, as he was passing the metal tray to my hand, I noticed it was without a heat protector tray. I told him, you know this is dangerous, right? He responded," That's the way Chuk-E Cheese wants us to do it now". He continued to show me how to hold the metal tray with a paper plate under, he says hold it this way and you won't get burned. My table was a bit far and with the packed area, barely made it without dropping it! My thumb was burning, I had to put it in the iced soda! We visited Chuck E Cheese on a Saturday evening recently and had an extremely poor experience. We ordered a large pepperoni pizza and wings at 6:46 pm. The kids went off to play and I sat and waited for the food. At 7:30, I asked about our pizza and the said they were experiencing hour waits for pizza. I went to wait some more. At 8:00, ee still had no food. They told me the pizza was in the oven. They offered no apology. At 8:30, ehen we had no food, I asked for a refund. We waited another 15 mins for a refund that they said will take 3-days to appear on my card. So after two hours, we had no food and no apology for the inconvenience. read more
