2 floors of mayhem! I came here as a child 20 years ago and I have fond memories of this place. The top floor has arcade games, the bottom floor has ticket games with seating on both floors. The pizza isn't very good, but the kids like it. If you must eat and you don't like the pizza, you can order other things on the menu including the salad bar. My favorite thing about Chuck E Cheese is that all games are 1 token! Even the big ones that you sit in. Bad thing is that kids go through tokens like I eat french fries! I came here with my friend's nephews and nieces and they can't get enough of it. Come here to feed the kids and let the kids run wild! Our kids love Chuck E Cheese's so we decided to drive 80 miles to this one as it's 2 stories and big. Our expectations were low as Chuck E Cheeses aren't usually that nice or clean. We were pleasantly surprised. The staff was extremely nice and attentive. On the game floor they were always around and available to assist. The game selection was GREAT!!! We were all shocked at how nice it was. All the games worked and were all clean. The place in general was very clean especially for a Chuck E Cheese's. Oh Chuck E! What has become of you. I used to spend countless weekends here as a kid growing up in the South Bay. Remember the giant puppet show and the drab red velvet draping everywhere? That's all gone. Lost are the ball pits and carnival style games of the past. They've all been replaced by ticket games and variations on Dance Dance Revolution. The front area being opened up is a vast improvement. I remember the layout before was fairly claustrophobic and creepy. My niece had a birthday party here this year and the staff seemed to do a good job of bringing out endless trays of sammies and pizza. Oddly enough, there's a bouncer occasionally near the salad bar to make sure you actually paid to use it (trick: there're black plates, not green plates, for the salad bar usage!). Make sure you stick around in the food area for at least part of the time: every half hour or so they make it rain tickets and the kids swarm as if it were... well, I guess, a cloud of free tickets. There used to be 3 DDR Machine, but they decided to sell it, and now they replace it with lame "win tickets" machine. so now the SINGLE ddr machine is always taken and the wait is not worth it. Service: Average, I dont pay attention to the workers here, but I always notice a long line, so I say their service speed is kinda slow. lol Location: any locals will know that exiting the freeway 101 tully is just horrible! Crazinessss! The parking lot is a reflection of how chaotic it is to get to the game you want to play. You circle around and around and wait for a spot.. when it opens you jump to park your car! You walk into Chuck E Cheese and you wait and wait for the game/ride you want to do... then when it opens you jump at it! Then you do the waiting game again circling around to find an opening. This place is packed. It's packed and running with germs all over! Our coins got eaten up quite a few times in the games and no one assisted. Often times Chuckee will prance around and they will play music while throwing down tickets for kids to jump for. I'd be all over this if I were 6. Because I wasn't... I remember when I was a kid, I'd always beg my parents to take me here but the only way they would consider taking me is if my report card came home with acceptable grades. When my report card came home I had a gigantic smile on my face because I knew I would be having pizza for dinner, playing games and hoping to take a stuff animal home :) As time went by, this place has changed a lot!!! All the games are 1 token and the prizes are cheap. The pizza is still good!!! I usually take my children here at least once a month. You can always go on line and print out coupons and this will save you a lot! Usually come here on weekdays so i can hog all the games i want without having to worry about tons of kids running around all over the place hehe. I grew up coming here and i loved it, but what sadden me was that they removed the playground :( . However, every game is a token, so that's awesome! The food is descent, yet pricey for its taste. Don't expect high over the top quality food, but when you're starving from playing games, it will definitely satisfy your hunger. The Arcades are fun, but i avoid playing DDR since most of the time you'll see one person hogging it that obviously has been playing DDR forever since they go all out on it. If it's up to my nieces, this will be 10 stars! Rating from their eyes and the enjoyment I get from seeing their happy faces, 4 stars. My nieces (9 and 7) LOVE this place! Then again, which kid doesn't? It's quite tempting for them since it's just around the Chinese school they go to...so they ask just about every week when we go pick them up. I use to love this place when I was a kid! I remember having a birthday party here, and getting excited when you see the coupons in the penny saver or newspaper about buying a large pizza and receiving 100 free tokens! Ha but damn this place changed so much! My friends and I came here the other day just cuz we were bored. They pretty much demolished the stage here robotic chuck e and his band would play. I also don't think there's anybody that dresses up a's characters anymore either ha. I remember being a kid and bumping to that purple guy and him giving me a headache afterwards. There's also no more play pens! Which may be a good thing since kids probably pee, poop, suffocate, and get lost in there. And the prizes suck! My friends and I used ten bucks collectively and only got like 320 tickets lol (yes we suck at games). The only thing we got were three plastic dollar bill rings(that only fit on our pinky so now we look like pimps) and a bag of cotton candy. So basically we spent ten bucks on 3 $0.25 and a bag of cotton candy that costs 1.99. Lmao and remember when they use to give candy canes for like ten tickets? They don't have it anymore! At first I was upset at the 1 and 1/2 time limit at the Birthday party table but that was actually a perfect amount of time once everything was said and done. The hosts keep the party on track and keep your soda pitchers full during the shin-dig. But it is Chucky that steals the show for the kids and makes the whole experience worth it. My son was enamored by the Cheese Man. The arcade is "cheesy" to say the least, and they do not have that many challenging games that actually work(for the adults). The parking lot is way, way, way over crowded, But all the games are a single token, the prizes are cheap and the salad bar is not closely guarded. All in all I recommend having a small birthday party here. Save the big one for a jumper in the front yard and a Q in the back yard. read more

Really liked this place when we visited for the first time a couple days ago. All games are just a token, so you can play for an hour or two. Great for parents whose kids want to ride those toy cars a million times. And the best part... THEY CAN'T ESCAPE! Their stamping system/sticker system means someone else can't make off with your kids AND your kid will not be darting out the door without you. Yeah, their pizza is no BJ's or Round Table... but did you really come here for the food? ;) I guess the only down side is that there are some parents who have crazy, crazy kids and they do not police them. I'll give Chuck E. Cheese the average 3 stars it deserves for a few reasons. Don't get me wrong, my kids are ALWAYS excited to come here and that's what makes me and my husband happy. I just don't believe in 4-star or 5-star places where kids go wild! It is a jungle here as well as the parking during the weekends so beware! The games are super cheap (just a token each) so plan on staying there for awhile because your kids will never want to leave! The food is average: good pizza. The carpets are really dirty and a lot of kids go barefoot and that's a little concern for me because I feel like it's easy to catch anything. Maybe I'm just being a worried mother. But they really are filthy and should plan some deep cleaning soon. I feel sticky when I leave this place, but I'm glad my kids enjoy it! read more

You can't expect any Chuck E Cheese location to be perfect, but my review is based on comparison of other Chuck E Cheeses. I take my kids here pretty often, and they are happy every time. The pizza tastes good to me, and I like that this is only location that still does the tokens. I'm not a big fan of the play passes, and the kids just enjoy putting tokens in the machines a lot more than swiping play passes. I've been to other Chuck E Cheeses where you just waste a bunch of points on the play passes when the machines don't work. It's much easier here when the machine doesn't work, to call someone, and they can just quickly grab the stuck token or give you a new token. Although, I did hear an employee say that they are switching to play passes this May (since they are the last location using tokens) and that makes me very sad. Anyway, recently, they've added some new games, and also rearranged the ticket-counting machines and also fixed the ones that didn't work, so overall the place looks a lot more updated. I like that this Chuck E Cheese location is much larger than the other ones around, so there are many more game and prize options. It has 2 stories, so older kids enjoy arcade games upstairs, while the younger kids enjoy the ticket games downstairs. I've hosted birthday parties for my different kids here about 4 or 5 times already now, and I've been satisfied every single time. All the hostesses I've had for the parties have been very nice and accommodating. I see them often, and they check in often to make sure the party is running smoothly. (A much different experience than what I saw at my friend's kid's birthday party on Kooser, where we barely even saw the hostess and all the guests were going hungry because the food was coming out too slow) Overall, I will continue to take my kids here until they get too old to enjoy it. I just wish they would keep the tokens and not switch to play passes. read more

Last time I came here was actually last week for both of my nieces' birthday! I'm sad that they took out the whole jungle gym with all the tunnels and slides but I think they did it for the good because I've heard many stories of kids peeing in there and also peeing in the ball pit.. ew. One thing I love about this place now is that everything is 1 token! Wee! You can have a nice picture taken for only 25 cents drawn by a machine, fun stuff. One of the setbacks are the ticket games. Oh my goodness, you will have to play with a lot of tokens to get a decent amount of tickets for prizes, and the prizes aren't even that great either. I remember it used to be 10 -25 tickets for those fruity candy canes, they had at least 10 jars of different kinds of candy canes too, but they don't have them anymore *sadface. So what can you get now for 10 tickets? Not even a crappy looking bracelet, but probably those plastic frogs that don't even jump that far at all. Oh well. As for the pizza, it was actually decent this time I had it, kind of reminded me of costco pizza. It wasn't great but it wasn't too bad either. This is a great place to hold birthday parties, even though pizza and tokens are kind of pricey, but seeing smiles on everybody's faces are well worth it because both adults (no stress for you!) and kids are having fun. read more

Subtract 1 star b/c Im not fan of the restrooms and cleanliness of this place, BUT I do like their pizza w/free token deals. Their pizzas are actually pretty good along with their appetizers...not bad at all. I love how there are seats/tables galore that you can always find a place to settle quickly. Every machine takes only one token, so thats a BIG plus+. Most importantly my 2 boys sure loves this place..they always have fun here, so we'll be coming back . I finally brought my two kids to this Chuck E Cheese. I worked here when I was 16 so I had a vision of what I thought it would look like. Once we walked in, my kids stood there at the entrance in awe of the two story Chuck E Cheese. I had a coupon that I got in the mail for 175 free tokens with the purchase of a large pizza. Great deal I thought, thinking I wasn't going to spend much but I ended up ordering drinks and buffalo wings and I still paid $37! Not too bad since we got the free tokens. We sat down and ate first and while we were eating, Chuck E Cheese came out and paraded around the downstairs throwing bundles of tickets to the kids! After eating, we headed out to spend the tokens! Betty was the worst manager I have ever spoke to in regards of having a complaint. I had a party for my 4 year old son. The waitress so DAMN rude made it feel as if we were on her time when I asked for spoons or forks would roll her eyes. Not only that but the same waitress ended up getting into a PHYSICAL FIST FIGHT with another customer because she was acting rude with them. My kids first experience at Chuck E Cheese, and I wasn't impressed. This will not be on our list of places to frequently go back too. First of all, I had heard the Chuck E Cheese Corporation transitioned to becoming a cleaner environment where they clean every hour. This Chuck E. Cheese must not be included in that transition. We were there for over 2 hours and not once did we see a person cleaning: not cleaning any of the machines/games, not cleaning any bathrooms (I have a potty-training 2 year old, so we were there a few times), nor did we see any tables cleaned. No cleaning for over 2 hours in a busy area with a ton of kids? Gross! My second complaint is that Chuck E only stayed to meet the kids for a max of 5 minutes. My son never even got a chance to meet him because older kids all plowed their way to the front, and the mouse only stayed for 5 minutes (if that). So disappointing! That was part of the draw for my son. He saw Chuck E. on the commercials and wanted to meet him. Lastly, as far as safety goes, not impressed. My husband and I were able to walk out of this Chuck E. Cheese with my 8 month old and my 2 year old and were never stopped, much less checked to make sure our stamps matched. Two positive points: the pizza came out fast and the staff responded quickly when I brought to their attention one of THREE lost children I came upon in that 2 1/2 hour period. They even found me later, and told me they had located the child's parents. Besides those two positive points, I was overall disappointed. It's nice and clean here. Fun, kiddy atmosphere. Games are a quarter each--but beware, they add up! Some games are a quarter each, but require multiple quarters to beat the game (like the PIRATE ship one). Great customer service though. Whenever a machine ran out of tickets or we had glitches, they came and helped us promptly. I think twice, the machine ate our tokens but it's nothing too big to complain about.
