It was worse than the instant boba you can buy in stores and make yourself. Some people may argue that "this is a tea shop not a boba shop" well it's on the menu and I ordered it so they're responsible for the quality of everything on their menu. My friends told me that "in China, they actually serve boba with it and this shop went rogue and is selling it." Again, if it's on the menu, it's fair game to factor in to their review.
