There were a lot of people in the kitchen that were in their winter jackets (they were in and out), without hair nets or hats (lots of long hair), and definitely saw them making their batter on the floor. I'm sure they're all food safety certified but it wasn't a great sight to see as a paying customer. Regardless of all these factors, the hot dogs are still great. Perhaps something for the owners to consider when having their staff, owners or friends at their store to not be in the kitchen all at once without the proper gear.
