One of my favorite spots in Noblesville! Can we talk about the creamy jalapeño dip? Truly one of the best items at Chuys. I would come here just for chips + the dip. And a margarita. Their seasonal margaritas are always fresh and delicious. The new pineapple jalapeño one was the perfect mix of refreshing and spicy. I would recommend this one! My go to order is the Baja shrimp tacos but there truly isn't a bad item on the menu!

I was excited to try Chuy's as our neighbors love it, but I was unfortunately disappointed. The chips are crispy and thin which I love but I wasn't a fan of their thick salsa or yellow queso. My dad loved the queso though! Everything just tasted overly salty. My dad really liked his steak burrito as it was huge. The churros with caramel were the highlight!

Last night we went here for date night and this restaurant has a cool vibe. The food is amazing and Jennifer (Jen) has outstanding customer service skills. We had a great time and will definitely be back again soon. We know who to ask for to be our server. Thank you Jen for a wonderful experience and keep being authentically YOU‼

Two taco Condor( not sure of the spelling). This was steak. Hubbys was ground beef.

Every time we come to Hamilton Town Center we have lunch or dinner at Chuys. The food is plentiful and so good. The price is right as well. It was a Wednesday and the place was packed. After you eat here you'll know why.

Sad to report the chip police is still in full effect with carry out orders. We ordered family nacho kit to go and added a queso appetizer and they tried to send us home with one bag of chips. Two separate items that come with chips. It's not rocket science here. They tried to argue as usual but this time we stood our ground and they went and got us another bag. Even beyond the fact it's two separate items that come with chips if you were dining in you could get 30 refills on chips at no extra charge so why argue with your carry out patrons. We love their food and chips obviously but if this behavior continues we won't return. New restaurants are opening every day here in the HTC we do have options

I've visited Chuy's in Ohio so when I saw a location not too far from my hotel I decided it was a good lunch option. I sat at the bar and the bartender immediately brought me over chips with pico and jalapeño salsa. I ordered the deluxe chicken enchiladas with Spanish rice and refried beans. It seemed like something was missing. I think I should have gotten the fajitas so I would have had some veggies. Overall, I enjoyed the experience.

Chuy's will forever be one of my husband & I's favorite spots! Their new green chile menu items are delicious with a bit of spice! My husband enjoyed the green chile enchiladas, highly recommend. The green chile rice is a choice when ordering menu items and a must try. I'm basic and always get the Chicken Flautas, I mean you can never go wrong. We arrived right before a rush and still were greeted with fabulous service. Thanks for the great service & enjoyable visit!

No frills, but great food. The service is quick too! Go to entree is the steak burrito with the Tex mex sauce.. I get it every time! If you got kids, their kids meal is the best. Entree, drink, and a dessert (usually push up popsicle or ice cream). My daughter loves getting the push up! If you want a quick meal that doesn't hit the bank too hard, chuy's is your place.. also get a t-shirt. They always have a great variety of hilarious shirts. *sorry no pictures other than the quac.. I was too hungry and forgot lol

Went here for dinner with my mom and sister and it was delicious. They have that jalapeño ranch sauce for appetizer SO good. I got the Chuychanga with the tomatillo sauce. Also SO good. The service was great and the atmosphere was like any other family restaurant.

We sat at the bar and were very well taken care of by Christian, who provided excellent service from start to finish. I decided to order the empanadas, guac, and churros from the happy hour menu. Everything was $5/each. I went with the steak empanadas, cuz unfortunately you can't mix and match flavors. For me, the texture was a bit off. Christian noticed my hesitation right away and kindly offered to replace them. He brought out the chicken empanadas instead, and they were much better. Not phenomenal, but enjoyable. My classic margarita was refreshing... until the manager offered me a sample of the Carriage House margarita. Whew! Yaaaass! That was deliciously potent! Easily two drinks in one, so pace yourself. We were graciously greeted by two pleasant hosts and shown to our table after a short wait. As soon as we were seated, I was given a birthday card and well wishes. Shortly after, our waiter, Eric, came by to introduce himself. He wished me a happy birthday, told me to save room for dessert because it was on him and then proceeded to tell us about the history of the restaurant, the food they specialize in, the night specials, and his recommendations before taking our drink order. Eric really made the night special for me with his professionalism and obvious pride in the restaurant. He is truly top notch and we will ask to be seated in his section when we return and I highly recommend him if you desire great service. Now the food... Eric recommended the Oyster Rockefeller and Calamari for starters. They were both delicious! For entrees, I had the prime strip steak, fries, and Caesar salad. The steak was cooked to a perfect medium and seasoned just right. The sides were good as well. My husband had the ribeye, mashed potatoes, navy bean soup, and wedge salad. His steak was cooked to perfection and he absolutely loved his chosen sides. My daughter had the king crab sushi roll, which she rated a 7/10. Now, on to dessert. Eric told us his favorite is the key lime pie. I love a good key lime pie so I ordered it. In fact, I always order key lime pie if it's on the menu where ever we dine. Of all the pies I've had in recent years, it was the truly the best with perfectly balanced key lime with a brûlée-d top. My daughter had the coconut cream pie and my husband had the bread pudding. Everyone loved their drinks. Even me. And I am NOT a drinker. We ordered shrimp cocktails, lobster bisque, steaks and lobster. Everything so good. My son's steak was overdone but they happily remade it and ALL the sides that came with it. Just immaculate service. We also ordered the chocolate mousse pie. We asked our server to place the candles we had brought on top. Lemme tell you. The service. Just so good. She realized they were sparkler candles so she waited to light it until she was at our table. We did ask the manager if we could present our son his gift during dinner. It was a firearm and we didn't wanna cause any drama or "unsafe" feelings even though, obvi, it wouldn't have been loaded. We did want to respect the establishment and their other patrons. He kindly declined and, of course, we understood. Can we talk about service? Just so exceptional. Customer service for me will make or break any experience. The bills was... A LOT. We asked for ADA seating to accommodate my needs. I noticed all areas were clean and in good repair. Walking in, there was a large courtyard area with many options for food and drinks as well as merch sales. There are also plentiful, clean restrooms. An attendant showed us to the ADA area when asked. She took the time to wipe off our seats with a towel to dry the rain off of them. There was a supply of folding chairs at the pavilion where we were seated as well as ample space for wheelchairs. It was a good view of the stage as well. The quality of sound of both the opening and headlining acts was excellent. The large video screens are nice to see a closer view in real time. The one closest to us had a big section blacked out but there were several others to look at and it did not decrease enjoyment. My only issue were the ridiculously high prices for drinks. We spent almost as much on drinks as we did on tickets and we did not drink that much. Pricing was comparable to a big music festival. That was disappointing, but not that surprising. One more note, it's worth it to pay for priority parking. However, parking, entering and exiting were pretty fast and well organized. We really enjoyed our experience here and as it is a close enough drive to Louisville that we could comfortably come home that same night, we will be on the lookout for other artists we would like to see at this venue.

I'll be back for a show in a couple of months and see how that compares. The biggest knock against it is that it is a s**tshow once you get out of a concert. No signage, no layouts, not enough lights along the paths to the different parking lots. Whether you parked or need a rideshare, you're in for a haul. No cell signals. Getting into the show at the start of the night was a bit chaotic too-- we parked in a lot and walked where we were told to when we asked for directions to the west gate (though the staff member had no idea what "west gate" meant, he took his best guess-- and once we got there it read "west gate" in marker along the entryway). This led us into an area near the gate entry bypassing security until someone eventually ushered all of us who had ended up there out to a longer line at a different gate. As fan club members for the band we were supposed to have early entry and our own line, which we eventually did at the last minute as they combed through the GA line to redirect folks. I won't downgrade them for the drink prices though they are predictably outrageous-- $20 a beer and up. I simply stick to the water refill stations in these bigger venues because I never need a beer that bad, and not paying those prices should in time lower them to a reasonable level. Parking is fairly priced ($20 in advance, $25 day of). Plenty of porta potties and some bathrooms. We drove and parked this time, I'm doing rideshare next time--though that looks haphazard because though internet research tells me gate 2A is for rideshare, it's not labelled when the show ends to tell you how to get to that or any gate and you're forced to walk along with the flow of traffic. And getting an uber out of here would be impossible without a cell signal, but I hear there's a walkway to get you out of the general area and into a more populated business area so that's what I will try. TL:DR-- for a mid-sized outdoor venue this one is good to solid, great sound/acoustics. The organization and entrance/exit leave a lot to be desired.
