I was excited to come to this place. Seems to be a lot of them around Colorado. My husband had the shrimp tacos. He loved them. I had the taco salad. Not so much. I didn't like the flavor of the ground beef. The salad was very plain. It only had cheese, diced tomatoes, ground beef, and guacamole. No beans. It didn't come in a taco shell bowl. Had tortilla strips on the top. They were kind of stale. Also, I prefer iceberg lettuce, or a mix of iceberg and Romain. This was just the green part of the romaine on my Taco what's the salad. Just me. The service was great. Love the atmosphere very much. Homemade tortillas terrific. My husband said he comes to these places often. For me, I'm good.

Brandt, We had the absolute best experience here because of Brandt!! We freaking love you.. you're a superstar !! He was on top of everything when it came to refills for drinks and chips. He was super helpful with figuring out the menu and letting us sample the sauces so we were happy with our order!! GIVE THIS MAN A RIASE

Great food and great service. I got the build your own enchiladas with double rice. The cheese and beef were my favorite and the boom boom sauce is a must.

"Fine." Popped in at 9:30 on a Friday night and it was dead. They were closing up. Waitress was friendly and one top of it. Did not rush us as all. Food was fine. Nothing to write home about. Better Mexican food in many other places. Margaritas were way too sweet. Bathrooms "meh" in terms of cleanliness. Not dirty outright but gave me pause.

Chuy's was amazing! This Elvis themed restaurant makes everything. As a person who loves Mexican food, this one is at the top of my list.

Our server, Marty, did a great job! He accidentally spilled some water and gave us queso on the house as an apology which wasn't needed, but was greatly appreciated. I got the chicken fajita burrito, which was basically entirely filled with refried beans with splashes of chicken - portion was HUGE, but disappointing balance inside the burrito.

When you are craving frozen strawberry margaritas and nachos, this is my favorite place to go! Monica, our server was super friendly, fast and attentive. Chuy's is the place to go before catching a movie! The bar area is cleverly decorated with an eclectic garland of colorful fish hanging from the ceiling, along with cute photos of dogs from patrons and employees alike. Plenty of seating in the bar area, outside seating or inside the restaurant, suitable for casual eating for families, friends or dates! This is my 3rd or 4th time enjoying a quick drink and appetizer and won't be my last!

    Marg + chips and salsa!

Man what happened to this place…read more. Jasmine used to be my favorite bar in the area. They provided a varied menu with incredibly unique and delicious drinks with an upscale yet cozy vibe inside. However our last visit was anything but. Supposedly they've made the decision to drop the entire "old menu" as the bartender called it in favor for an uninspired and honestly boring Christmas menu with drinks that weren't even remotely on the level of their previous offerings. Yet the prices were actually higher than their standards. This current menu feels like something you'd pay $11 for at a dive or chain restaurant. After a relatively long wait for service, we ordered 3 drinks, having to repeat ourselves multiple times to the hostess that didn't seem to have any clue of what their drinks were called. Of the 3, none of them included the garnishes that were outlined in the menu, and one drink was completely wrong. We were allowed to keep it and had it replaced at no cost at least, but even the replacement did not have the correct garnish per the menu. I'm praying this place didn't sell out and it's just in some strange transition period between seasons but I won't be returning to check until some time after the new year and these awful drinks are gone. For now, go to Nora's.

It was less fancy/pretty than I thought it would be, but it's a good place to get a strong drink (based on the menu/ingredients - they all looked pretty strong!) and sit/relax. There was plenty of free parking on the main road, and some seating out front which was just outside. Would be a nice hang spot during the pleasant spring and fall months, or summer evenings!

If anything the worst part is the shopping center where the nearby stores throw you for a moment before you commit to the eclectic variety bar. Their interior decorations are a ridiculous blend of whatever holiday they have left up, and a death or 70-80s heavy metal bar. It is whimsically metal? Hard to even compare it, it works. I can't say it was the best old fashioned I'd ever had, but our hummus, fries mushrooms, and babaganoush were all tasty. For dinner I opted for a gyro (came with fries) and cleared my plate. As a party of 8, and when it was time to pay, our server brought over a handheld tablet with each check already pulled up and ready for payment. We were not given itemized receipts, and nobody mentioned that gratuity had already been added. Because of that, ALL people in our group added additional tips without realizing gratuity was already included. In my case, I tipped an additional $10 because I believed I was tipping on a $23 bill. I later discovered the total already included gratuity. As someone who has works in a restaurant that uses gratuity myself, guests should be shown an itemized receipt or informed that gratuity has been added before being asked to tip again. When I called the restaurant to ask about it, I was disappointed with the manager's response. Rather than acknowledging the concern or apologizing for the confusion, he seemed irritated and simply asked me for information about the transaction. He's lucky I'm really nice the way he was talking to me was so unprofessional. I'm not upset that gratuity was added to a large party check, that's completely understandable. My issue is the lack of transparency during the payment process. If you're dining with a larger group and paying on a handheld tablet, I would recommend asking whether gratuity has already been included before adding an additional tip. Again our server was awesome and deserved a good tip but it shouldn't have gone like this. Manger should def handled that with more grace than he did.
