Great experience! My husband and I have wanted to try this place out. We have been to the OTR location a few times but this place is closer to home. We put a reservation in for a weeknight evening and easily showed up and got seated at our time. Probably didn't need the reservation but who knows? We both shared the meal for two. I can't remember exactly what it's called but it was totally worth it. The money spent was well worth it and the food was just amazingly delicious! From all of the meats to the empanadas, we were happy! The ambience here was pretty nice. Very eclectic but also very rancho in South America kind of vibe that you get at Argentine places. Definitely would return! We learned that brunch has come back so we definitely want to come back for brunch someday since we haven't had brunch at the OTR location in a few years since they got rid of it. Glad to have this place nearby!

long story short: decent food, decent service We went as a big group (7 people) & they were very accommodating to our size. The restaurant itself is eclectically decorated, which I thought added a lot of fun character to the place. Our waiter was good, but maybe not the most knowledgeable; one person in our group asked his preference between two wines and he said, "they're both malbecs, so they both taste the same to me." He was attentive and quick, though, so the service was good overall. We got a wide variety of food an everyone enjoyed. I got three empanadas- jerk chicken, cubano, and chicken salsa verde. They were all a bit mild in flavor, but the green salsa helped with that. The empanada shell was wonderfully crispy and flakey and the fillings varied; the salsa verde was my favorite while the cubano was disappointing because it was a bit bland. I heard both the wings and the tater tots were a bit overly crispy but still good. Overall, the food was good but I'm not rushing to go back.

Came to Ché for the first time for an early Sunday dinner! We arrived a bit earlier than our reservation but it was no issue! I absolutely love the atmosphere here- super cozy, comfortable, it was great. I absolutely recommend the queso and guacamole- coming from someone who is not the biggest guac lover, this was my favorite guacamole I've ever had! The queso was amazing as well- there was not a drop left. We've all never had empanadas before, and they blew us away. The short rib, jerk chicken, and spinach ones are my absolute favorites! The sauce options are so necessary too. Love Ché, I want to come back to try the tacos and in the summer to sit on the patio!

This was another restaurant on our bucket list. We went to the Che' at the Over The Rhine location years ago and really enjoyed it. This restaurant is very close to us and I like this location better. The inside is very rustic with an eclectic Spanish style decor. Loved it! Very inviting and cozy. We went on an early Saturday dinner and got lucky to be seated right away. Reservations are recommended because they get super busy. The main reason why we came here is mainly for their specialty empanadas and the wing special (wing week). So we get two in one visit! Even better! Their menu has so much to offer but so hard to choose from. Entrees, salads, tacos, appetizers and of course their empanadas. Drink menu of course has a great selection. We ordered: Drinks: -Humberto Canale Malbec -Quilmes lager Dinner: -House-smoked wings tossed in a sriracha picante red chili sauce -Empanadas: four cheese, mushroom and feta, short rib, chicken salsa verde, Korean BBQ, De Espinaca -Side of Roasted Brussels sprouts We didn't have to wait long. Our empanadas were amazing. Their chimchurri sauce that came with it paired well! I especially love the Gorgonzola sauce as well, included with our wings! The wings were very tender and had great flavor. Their Brussels Sprouts is a must get if you want an extra side. It's hard to choose a favorite. They were all good. We had such a great experience and I can't wait to go back. The service was great! I may have to grab their empanadas to go in the refrigerated section next time I come back.

My lady and I went to the Che downtown a while back so we knew we had to try this location sometime too. Their empanadas were so good the first time so we knew they were gonna be good this time too. Even better was the fact that they were participating in Cincinnati Wing Week. We went on a Saturday for dinner and they were just starting to get busy. Reservations are definitely recommended because they do get a lot of business. We were sat at a table in the bar area that was very cool and had a retro/upscale divy feel. Their menu is just like the one downtown, loaded with Argentinian-inspired dishes of all kinds. Plus they have a full bar with plenty of options for libations (including Quilmes, my favorite Argentinian lager). We ordered the wings of course which were tossed in a sriracha picante red chimi sauce and served with gorgonzola dressing. We also got six empanadas (short rib, de espinaca, four cheese, chicken salsa verde, Korean BBQ, and mushroom & feta) and a side of roasted brussel sprouts. For drinks, my lady had a glass of the Humberto Canale malbec and I had a Quilmes. Even though they were getting busy, we didn't wait long at all before everything came out. The wings were super tasty and had just the right amount of spicy kick. The sprouts were some of the best I've had in a while. And the empanadas were as epic as always. Speaking of said empanadas, you can get them to go in take-and-bake packages now too, so you can enjoy them fresh at home. So glad to know we have a great empanada spot with minutes of where we live. I have no doubt we'll be stopping by here again for more and more wings. Though I bet those aren't the only tasty options on theie menu and I'd like to find out.

Ché has been on my list for restaurants I wanted to check out for quite a while now so I was excited to finally get to eat here! We got there a little after 8 on a weeknight, so the only other customers there were on their way out. We got seated right away, then they brought us waters without us having to ask, which was nice. I stuck with water, but hubby ordered the Kick In The Face Cocktail with habanero, which was tasty but very spicy! We ordered 4 different empanadas between the two of us so we could try a variety and they were all very good. I think I liked the Cuban the best, but it really was difficult to choose a favorite because they were all really that good. Service was very quick and very attentive and even though it was getting close to closing time, we didn't feel rushed. We will absolutely be back!

If you haven't had an empanada from Ché, stop what you're doing and go! These delightfully fried pastries are Argentina's favorite street food. Ché started as a food truck, then they opened in Over-the-Rhine in 2016, and a couple of years ago expanded close to my home in O'Bryonville. My wife and I have visited multiple times recently. Each time at least one of us had the mushroom and feta, the chicken salsa verde, and the jerk chicken. These are good ones to start with. I've also heard great things about the short rib. They also have more interesting flavor combinations such as buffalo chicken or even a Cuban. They cost $4.75 each, and I think two or three make for a good meal. The menu at Ché also features tacos, sandwiches, salads, and more. Plus a full bar with some awesome cocktails and a great draft beer selection.

Fun atmosphere, large menu. Lots of choices on empanadas, I had the short rib and Korean bbq. Kind of small for the price of each one, I could easily eat 3 or 4 but didn't want to spend $17-24 just for them. We also shared the chili guacamole (quite tasty) and the Che tots

It is on the pricier side. Empanadas should not be that small and pricy. The staff are real nice on the plus side.

Hell, we're still sussing out the Colombian vs. Venezuelan arepa rivalry. But the arepa pabellon at Arrechissimo (this apparently means "awesome" in Venezuelan Spanish) wins the prize for us so far, and it's not even close. Even if it initially seems expensive at $13.50, it is a near-miraculous little food item, regardless of one's knowledge about arepas generally. It's perfect in its simplicity and greater than the sum of its parts: Wonderful white-corn flatbread style rolls with a great balance of fluffy and crisp, flavorful shredded beef, fried plantains, black beans, and melted mild cheese. Add the spicy cilantro salsa, which is just about perfect in its own right. By the way, despite its compact size, the arepa pabellon is plenty filling. Arrechissimo is just a food stand with maybe four outdoor tables. The setting in quiet Deer Park is pleasant and comfortable enough, when the weather is reasonably nice. She explained all we needed to know about the nightly specials. She knew the menu well. There were also lovely food runners and other staff that kept our night going smoothly. This is what we had for dinner and our thoughts: Mussels - The PEI mussels were so plump and cooked perfectly. We sopped up all the broth we could with the charred bread pieces. I wanted to pick up the bowl and drink the rest. We order mussels at most places that offer them, and these were the best we have had in Cincinnati. Croquetas - These were interesting. The flavors were good, but we thought the consistency was a little pasty. It was like all the ingredients were blended up together in a, well, paste. Pasta Duo - We chose the Wild Mushroom in vodka sauce, and the Gnocchi Bolognese. We thought the vodka sauce overwhelmed the mushroom in the ravioli and that maybe a lighter sauce would complement the mushroom filling better. However, the sauce was excellent. The gnocchi were pillowy and tasty with the sauce, but there was not much beef in the bolognese. Although these weren't the favorites of the night, they were still very good. Skirt Steak with Chimichurri - OMG! I don't usually order steak out, but serving skirt is rare and it is one of my favorite cuts. It was so tender with a fabulous grill flavor and the most delicious chimichurri. Except for about four bites my wife enjoyed, I ate the whole 10oz steak!! It is pricy, but I would gladly spend the money for this excellent preparation again. The potatoes were roasted and seasoned well, but I wish there were more than five pieces of asparagus for the price. Chocolate Caramel Tiramisu - Very light and chocolatey. Yum!
