We went to CiCi's on Saturday December 2, 23... when we walked in some woman was standing at the door talking to someone on the phone and telling at them to "get there now cause Sarah was throwing up everywhere!"... ??? There was a 7-8 girl behind her. I was on my phone and was not listening but my husband heard her. He knows I don't do vomit. By the way the sidewalk at the door was all wet going like someone has thrown buckets of water out there. Again I was not concentrating due to my phone call and walked on in. Thank God we were waiting on someone who was running late, so we just stood to the side to wait for them. In a short span TWO MORE PEOPLE vomited! I wanted to beam myself out of the roof!!!!! Needless to say after they cleared the door path we left!!! Disgusted! Horrified! I mean obviously something was making them all sick! I will NEVER go there again! They half as# cleaned up. I won't go in to detail but getting out the door was a challenge! I am near phobic of vomit and I thought I would die trying to get out of there! So customer beware... maybe it was a fluke but I feel they were serving something that caused people to be sick and sick quickly! And all of this happened in under 30 min! I wonder how many more got sick Saturday. So gross!!! read more

Incredibly rude owner - Clay Taylor gives all Cicis a bad name. Avoid any interaction with him at all costs if you decide to visit this establishment which I would advise against. FYI - They won't even give you tap water unless you pay the full cost of a soda. They sell bottled water for .39, but when you finish that, you have to buy another. Prepare to go thirsty if you visit here and expect to be able to get water included. Don't ask about the policy or they'll accuse you of being a thief. read more

The staff there are very rude. Instead of telling "her" buser to take out his ear buds and do his job (aka wipe the tables off and provide good customer service), the manager decided we had offended her precious little man by asking him to wipe the table and asked us to leave. What a terrible manager! The food is totally tasteless and the pasta, imparticular, sucks. The manager was very unreasonable and will not last. This CiCi's is currently in the process of remodeling. I frequent CiCi's quite often for a cheap pizza outing. The $6 buffet can't be beat. I always get their pepperoni, buffalo chicken pizza, and cheesesticks; sometimes if I'm not full enough, I get their dessert pizzas. They're yummy, especially the chocolate chip pizza! I greatly recommend CiCi's for a cheap lunch/dinner, or a small party of groups and a get-together. As their old slogan calls it, "almost too good to be true." When I first ate here I was so much of a little lad and I enjoyed pretty much anything I ate but Cici's...Cici's can work some magic and trigger some emotions when you dine here. Cici's is a place of decent pizza if you're not at all the least bit of hungry but when you're stomach yearns for a bite to eat it is the Holy Grail of foods. Cici's has been a place, for me and my family, to enjoy a nice birthday dinner after visiting the $2 movie theatre (which is now closed sadly) or a place of play. Now to understand how I feel about Cici's, you would have to be one in poverty but a little above although not even lower middle class and yet have enough money to pay $5(/a person) to eat unlimited pizza especially after being out already and having quite the jolly time and spending damn near all your money! If you have given Cici's a bad review yet you've never been in a state of poverty and hunger then you should put yourself in my shoes and try it then. Only then will you know about their excellent foods. As for their management, I have never known for them to be arseholes to me or anyone in fact. To be honest, though, I have been quite the scoundrel since I did get quite the bit of scams in by pretending to get my quarters stuck and ask for more. Ahhhhh good times. Anyways, if you haven't given a thought to it and just judged off of what others say then you should just try it yourself and see. Good luck, my friends. read more

Alright so I came in here because I only wanted to spend $5 and with the horrible reviews I knew I was in for something. Well, to be quite honest it was like many CiCi's Pizza's. The best one I've ever been to that stood out was in Columbia, SC. Everything was mediocre at best. But hey, you don't come here because you want good pizza. You come here because you want a ton of mediocre pizza. I only had one problem. HUGE PROBLEM! THEY ARE SO CHEAP THEY STOPPED GIVING OUT WATER CUPS!! Wooooow. They claim it's because people were stealing their soda. That's why water cups are clear. Other than that....hey, it's CiCi's pizza. Mediocre at best but they did look to have a decent salad bar. Loss of a star for the cheapness of not providing water (one person chokes and they have a huge lawsuit). read more

The most unprofessional management ever! While dinning in over the weekend, management was talking down on staff members and it was fully known that the vibe was off. I truly feel bad for the staff who have to report to such poor management! The food was ok, but just spending the weekend in Spartanburg and eating there bothered me because I have no earthly idea if Regional Managers or Corporate knows about the kind of vibe that is within this facility. As a customer, it was very disturbing to see that the Manager was so rude and unappreciative of their staff! I think reporting them to corporate for a surprise visit would be reasonable. The EEOC also needs to visit them for such poor behavior! I'm surprised no staff (young kids) have taken it upon them to report management to the department of labor. SMH read more

Endless pizza for 5 bucks? You really can't beat that. It wasn't the best but it was definitely worth the money to eat all you can. I haven't been to a CiCi's (a different location) in about 7 years until the other day when I came to this location. Reading the older reviews, they apparently had problems a few years ago, but it looks like they have improved.The food was much better than I remembered. Everything was fresh and delicious. Not even 1 star !!! We just moved to the Spartanburg area from Illinois. We have never been in a Cici's b4, so we decided what the heck. The place was a total dump. Dirty did not even begin to describe it ! Little kids with no shoes on running & screaming everywhere while their parents filled their faces ! Children running their hands along the buffet with no supervision. The amount of food people put on their plates & threw away could feed the starving kids in Africa ! We just walked around, took in the scenery & left w/o eating. I wouldn't eat there if they paid me !! Maybe the manager needs to step up & take control of the place !! read more

The workers are rude. We ordered wings, never actually got them and had to get a refund. We had a coupon that wasn't valid at this location, which is totally fine, but the way the worker responded was unnecessarily rude. We'll be going to Pizza Hut next time, for sure. read more
