The menu ranges from a great hot dog, to burgers of all sizes, chicken, and a variety of sandwiches. They are all good. Dairi-O has a great selection of hand dipped ice cream in bowls or cones. I went pretty early. Patrons were piling in steadily. This was a good sign. The cashier was super nice. I order a hot dog special. The hot dogs and toppings were delicious. I really enjoyed the meal. They give you an ample amount of fries. They had a lot of searing throughout the restaurant. The bathrooms were clean. The restaurant was also clean. Never have I ever had a burger heat up so well. I've simply been sleeping on Dairi-0. I've had people telling me this for so long but I finally stopped in. I picked up a hot dog all the way, a cheeseburger, and some fries. Everything was absolutely delicious. The hot dog was incredible and I tried the burger but ended up saving it for the next day and it heated up very well. TLDR: Excellent food, good customer service, and reasonable prices and portions, but poor order accuracy. Dairi-O what happened? We are used to accurate orders, excellent customer service, and delicious food. The customer service and food are still great, but order accuracy has dropped significantly. Be sure to check your order before leaving. Our order was missing 2 chicken tenders, dressing, condiments, napkins, and plasticware. Plus the salad I requested (more than once) to not have cheese, had cheese on it. It would not be as disappointing if it wasn't bleu cheese crumbles. The crumbles are so difficult to remove. Additionally, the entire ordering process was confusing and inconvenient. I think they were trying to make it quicker by having two employees outside, one to take orders and the other to direct drive thru traffic. They try to line up cars in four spaces (2x2) comparable to Chick-fil-A. However, service is inconsistent and customers received their items in a different order than they were placed. Therefore an employee needed to stand out in the cold and play musical cars. If there was not an extra space to move your car then you waited until others received their order. An additional road is opened up occasionally to accommodate one waiting vehicle. The cones are moved by an employee for a car to pull through then they are replaced. We were directed to this area. It was nice since we could pull out to the left to leave. This section is only the width of one car. A lady behind us (I'm assuming a customer), rather than turning right got out of her car, moved the cones, and pulled up behind us. An employee walked up to her to inform her that it was not an exit. She proceeded to berate the employee who remained professional and helpful. We definitely felt bad for him and she had to wait until we retrieved our order anyway. Honestly this interaction may have flustered the employee leading to him not thoroughly checking our order which is completely understandable. If it wasn't for the great food and customer service I would have removed more stars. Overall, we will still eat here and recommend it to others! read more

I have been to multiple Dairi-o locations and typically have great experiences. This location has been somewhat of a mixed bag of experiences. The restaurant environment is lively and clean so that is definitely a positive aspect. They have lots of windows and I love the natural light. The food from this location has been as expected with other Dairi-o locations and I find the fries to be well seasoned and the burgers and hot dogs to be the best fast food option around. The part that I have found that was lacking was the service. For a fast food location the time from ordering to receiving my meal was ver subpar. They had multiple staff members outside the drive thru and they were all just standing around waiting on the kitchen. When I go to a Dairi-o I expect timely service and good food. Don't go through their drive-through (or should I say parking lot). We ordered a small order-only a double scoop of ice cream in a cup and waited some 20 mins for it. Sitting in a sea of cars all packed into the drive thru area. We even had someone come over to give us the wrong order. And another worker asked our name out of pity for seeing us just sitting there looking upset. When we got our order there was a quick apology but it in no way made up for our wasted time. I came in for lunch and to spend some time writing while I was waiting for a kid's birthday party. It's been a while since I've had a full meal at Dairi-O. Usually, I'll get a hotdog (which are really good) and move on, but I was craving a burger. I ordered the simple burger combo, added cheese and bacon, tomato, lettuce, pickle, grilled onion, mayo and mustard. For me, the key basic ingredients are mustard, tomato, pickle. I can forego cheese, bacon, mayo, lettuce, but the key parts add the textures and flavors that make a burger pop. A fried egg is also one that is close to the top, but I don't think Dairi-O has them available. Anyway, I came away with perfectly cooked fries, an amazing burger, and a cup of real sugar, meyer lemonade. It was all fantastic, and cost me right at $10. The grilled onions added a nice touch and did not cost any extra. Dairi-O pleases, and I plan to be back (of course). read more

Came here to support a school function. It's great that Dairo works with schools to help raise money. Give the volume of customers they managed it very well. Kids loved their food but I got the spicy chicken tenders and was left disappointed. The sauce made them lose their crispness and not great flavor. Always was curious of this place when passing through Triad. Always a long line of cars in the drive-thru and seems to move fast...Chik'fil-a style service...friendly clean-cut employees. I docked a star for the fries....kind of Ore-Ida 'ish....They were hot and plentiful, but I'd prefer a non-frozen skinnier fry. All in all a good experience. These folks really take the "fast" out of "fast food" - not only did I wait longer in their drive thru than I spent at the DMV this afternoon (true story) but they also messed up my order 3 different times. When I pulled up to the second window, they tried charging me for a completely different order. After correcting the person who made the error, I was charged for a similar (not my) order. I only noticed the mistake because I looked at the receipt and noticed a different drink. Then once I pointed out that they needed to correct my drink order, they wanted to charge me an additional $2 and change to switch from lemonade to Diet Pepsi. I ended up canceling the entire order after wasting over 20 minutes. Two hot dogs, all the way, with a Diet Pepsi: that was the entire order. They couldn't manage to get this right, and I arrived after the lunch hour rush had ended. Stopped in today around noon to find not much of a line. This location has a lot of indoor seating and a drive thru line that goes relatively quick from what I could see from the seat I chose. I ordered the jalapeño chicken salad with jalapeño ranch and a side of coleslaw. The order was quick and came out within 3-4 minutes. First impressions were that they kind of skimped on the dressing, giving me two small containers that were both half full. The slaw was amazing and I'm upset it was a tiny cup for $1.50, I was expecting a larger portion. The chicken in the salad was hot, had nice grill marks, and was pre-sliced, but not all the way through. I had to take the chicken off along with the red onion to cut them up all the way. The bacon is crunchy and clearly isn't the fake bacon bits a lot of places would use. Overall a great quality salad, just was a little dry since I didn't have enough dressing. The salad also came with two small packages of crackers that had two in each. Would have been nice to have them dipped in any excess dressing if I had any left. I'm sure I'll be back for this salad again as it's better than any other fast food salad that I've ever tried, just wish there was more consistency between visits. read more

I'm surprised at the great reviews this place gets. The "shakes" (i.e. notice the word "milk" is left off) are terrible. Another fast restaurant that serves BBQ have milkshakes to die for. The Dairi-O Shake isn't worth the calories -- thought I can't find a calorie / fat info anywhere or line. Wonder why? Perhaps the fish sandwich and side salad I ordered would have been better than the hotdogs and fries I got... I'll be the person who got the salad instead of fries was very disappointed. However, I thought the fries tasted like old grease so I only tried a few. The hotdogs were ok -- though the ones I make myself are much better and they have 28 grams of fat ... yikes!! I can skip this place without a second thought -- heck I can grab some hotdogs and buns and a container of ice cream at the grocery behind it -- and that's will be real ice cream, not worth the far and calories. read more

I always get the strawberry milkshake and I add strawberries to the milkshake, it cost an extra dollar but it's worth it because it's so good ! (The milkshake totals to about 5$ after this)I tasted my milkshake and I guess they forgot the strawberries which is OK, I went back inside from the drive-through which was a little bit of an inconvenience, but I spoke with Jonathan and asked if they forgot to put the strawberries in the milkshake, he said so you want extra strawberries? I said yeah I always come here and order the same thing and it doesn't taste the same. He said it would be an up charge. I said yes I'm aware I already paid. He said no it's another charge. I said there's no way because I always order the same thing from your other locations, he continues to hassle me about strawberries!!! and finally with an attitude went and grabbed my drink and added more strawberries, he said next time it'll be an up charge. I am never going back to this location, I usually go to Dario's multiple times a week because it's right by my job, the strawberries are already an extra dollar up charge.
