Had high hopes after looking at the pictures. But quite disappointed. They tried to make the place look pretty but somehow it didn't get that fancy ambiance. Service is just ok. No proper recommendation or guidance. Coffee was decent although it costed $10. And better not to talk about food as it was the worst. Bagel would have been better if I bake it on my own who doesn't know how to bake. Empanadas were bad too. I might try their pasties next time to see if they are good

Love this place. The drinks are so cute and the alfajores are so good! It's cute and pink inside and they have a drive thru too!

Update: I keep having the drive through issue. I left completely after waiting another 6-7 min. There was a sign that read that the intercom was broken, just pull up to the window. I did, and waited and waited. I even saw two customers walk in, saw no one tend to them while I was by the window.

Cute little place, lots of photo ops and pastries looked good, only got 2 drinks but next time I won't to dry a concha or something they'd recommend :)

Thursday early evening visit, the bakery appeared clean. They were out of the drink I originally wanted so I had an agua fresca. Two tres leches were purchased, original and strawberry, a ham and cheese empanada, and a cake pop. The tres leches were somehow dry as well as bland. For an item that has three milks one would think dry cake wouldn't happen. The worker said all of the cake pops were vanilla, the one received was not vanilla. The mystery flavor cake pop tasted fine though. The empanada was greatly lacking filling, not much cheese nor ham was actually inside of it. This was my first visit and I'm in no hurry to return.

Cielito is bakery that is exquisitely designed and features a whole slew of items to choose from. Unfortunately, I wish that the quality of the goods were as good as the atmosphere and customer service. I tried out a cheesecake, churro, jello, and choco flan. Each of the bakery items tasted very old. It's as if the food item was left out in the open for 24 hours straight. None of it tasted particularly fresh. The jello even had a piece of oreo on top which not only was super soggy but did not even mix well with the fruit flavor of the jello. In essence, I think this business needs to re-evaluate its product and focus on selling a smaller amount of items and excelling at it. Right now, they sell a large variety and none of them are particularly good. These items cost me $17.22.

Loved this place. So cute! I really love the intent behind the aesthetics at this shop and their coffee. And, everyone was kind and friendly. The pastries were yummy. Support the local Latino biz!

Tried the guava cookies for about $5 for 4 homemade cookies. It is one of the more expensive items, but the cookies tasted very fresh and ths guava filling was bright and fruity.

First of all shut your face, this place is unreal! When you walk in you're greeted with puffy pink clouds, pink neon, pink packaging, pink straws. Pink is the best color, and apparently the color of love here in this bakery. Even the straws are special in their own way. We got the tres leches strawberry cake and the choco flan. I got a Carmel brown sugar iced coffee situation to go with my flan. We met Pennia who was the best. She was so fun and helpful. She told us about all the everything they offered and even agreed for a photo shoot. The coffee was made so well it was stupid perfect. So glad we took a visit here today. It was stunning inside and is a true hidden gem in Phoenix. Well done everyone, we will absolutely tell everyone we know about this place yeehaaa!

Trying to support Latina owner Small Business on this Small Business Saturday 2025. W gave been here before and it looks like they have let it go. The place needs a rehaul in cleanliness. Cookies (Besitos de Nuez) Wedding Cookies, sadly were stale. Drinks were delicious. By the way, we were trying to drive through after 5 minutes if what we felt we were being ignored we decided to go in. Not the friendliest muchachitas. Sadly açaí , we would like to support Latina owned business but we all have to do our part. Please take pride mijas in your hard earned business

Fast, friendly and the vanilla Rosa coffee is DELISH. A friend told me about this place. Right down the street from my house! I'll be here often.

First time visiting this charming bakery; lots of options of very appealing sweets (breads, muffins, cookies, pastries) & coffee drinks make the perfect combo for an am charge or a pm treat! Service inside was super sweet & helpful too! I'm glad I walked in bc the decor was beyond adorable. But it's super convenient that they have a drive thru as well! I plan to go back to try more of the treats!

This is the cutest little bakery that I've been to in AZ! The treats and rose coffee were delicious! The most notable part about our experience here was the hospitality. The two ladies running the shop were warm and helpful. They made us feel at home by holding pleasant conversation with us! The decor was bright and inviting! This place is a step above any other bakery! You must check it out!

I got the peach cobbler cupcake, which was almost $7, and for that price I was definitely expecting more. The texture was honestly so strange. The outside was dry and crumbly, while the inside had this really dense, gummy/doughy texture. Somehow it was dry and doughy at the same time. There were actual pieces of peach in it, but I could barely taste any peach flavor. Overall, it just didn't have much flavor at all. I'm not sure if it was specifically the flavor I chose or if it's because I'm not really used to vegan baked goods. I can definitely appreciate that they offer options for people who are vegan, have allergies, or have certain dietary restrictions and still want to satisfy their sweet tooth. But for me personally, the taste and quality just didn't justify paying almost $7 for one cupcake. The customer service didn't really help the experience either. Since it was my first time, I asked the girl at the front what their best sellers were and what she recommended. I was genuinely trying to make conversation and get some guidance on what I should try, but she wasn't very helpful or engaging. It honestly felt like I was talking to a wall. Overall, it's a cute spot and I appreciate what they offer for people with dietary restrictions, but between the price, texture, lack of flavor, and customer service, it just wasn't for me.

In our day's Sunnyslope business, our niece took us to Kris Frybread. Arriving we saw Dawn's. She said Dawn's gets high ratings too. After our excellent Kris meal I made my way to Dawn's. I am infamous in the family for my dessert rxtravagance. But I share with all at our table. Take your choice! Our niece got cannoli, I got lidded shortbread custard cups, vanilla and almond. Sweet D got a cherry and an apple turnover delivered into the box. It is five days later. My sugar intake has dropped a lot. In our home baking we cut sugar ingredients by half. Older Hopi bakers put in enough sugar for a hint of sweet in their cookies. Modern bakers glaze them. I'll take those traditional ones. When I say the shortbread cup with custard was too sweet for me, that's my 21st century palate speaking. The almond cup was a buy-again item for me, still sweet, very almond. The cherry turnover was flaky, the filling tart, oozing fillng and cherries. The gold medal, blue ribbon "I'd buy this again, for sure is the apple turnover. We will return for some more flaky, apple-y goodness. The webpage makes mymouth water. I see many items are normal and mini sized. Great idea Dawn.

I can't speak on the customer service as we never left our table and our waited just walked over and got what we needed. We were pretty stuffed from our massive meal, but we decided on sharing a cup of gelato just to satisfy our sweet tooth. I peeked inside as our table was right at a little walkway from the restaurant to the bakery. Gelato is just one of many things they serve here. They also have all your typical Italian desserts. Cakes like tiramisu, pastries like Italian flag cookies, cookies like Italian wedding cookies, cannolis of different varieties, and of course gelato. What was suggested to us if we wanted gelato was the hazelnut flavor. I was expecting a little cup for the 6 of us just to get a taste, but what he brought over was a massive serving. I don't know how many scoops it was or even how much we even paid, but we all got plenty with some even left behind. Now this gelato was life changing. Probably the best I've had in the states. I know it's gotta be way better in Italy, but I'll take what I can when I can. Think of a Ferrero Rocher but in gelato form. It was delicious and I couldn't get enough of it. It wasn't overly sweet and it had a little crunch with bits of chocolate and hazelnuts. My sweet tooth was extremely satisfied after having dessert here. I have literally been thinking about that gelato since I left Phoenix. Luckily this company has locations in Texas so I will definitely be seeking out this gelato soon.

We've worked our way through what feels like almost the entire dessert case over the years, and I can honestly say I've yet to find something I didn't love. Every pastry is beautifully crafted, incredibly fresh, and tastes like it was made with so much care. This visit was all about the cannoli, and let me just say... craving officially satisfied! The shell had that perfect crisp snap, while the filling was silky, rich, and just the right amount of sweet. It was everything I had been dreaming about and then some. Walking into The Sicilian Baker always feels like stepping into a little slice of Italy. Between the gorgeous display of desserts and the irresistible aroma of fresh pastries, it's nearly impossible to leave with just one treat (don't say I didn't warn you! ). Whether you're stopping in for a post-dinner dessert, celebrating something special, or simply giving in to a sweet tooth like I did, this place is absolutely worth the visit. Every dessert we've tried has been phenomenal, and this cannoli was another delicious reminder of why we keep coming back. Sweet craving? Check. Happiness? Double check.
