These guys get it. I haven't even been since the recent renovation but I have been going for a couple years now. If you have a question about cigars, you are going to get more than a sufficient answer. The people here, owners and regulars alike are just passionate about cigars. Places like this are the reason cigars have made a huge comeback in the last 20 years. The lounge is a nice, relaxing environment and there's plenty of entertainment to kick back with. I've attending poker nights, birthdays, reunions with old friends, and even my fantasy football draft over Wi-Fi. Damien & Big Mike are some of the nicest guys you'd ever meet. They have such a passion for cigars and carry a nice array of fantastic cigars. This is the kind of place where you unwind after a long day of work and enjoy a cigar in a very cozy setting. It is also a great place to swung by in the afternoon if you have some leisure time. While in Mass. I Yelped cigar shop and came across this 5 star shop. All of those reviewers were correct. As soon as we entered Mike came over and greeted us in a warm and friendly manner. Mike helped us with our selection and made some great recommendations. I am a novice cigar smoker and although Mike is clearly an expert, he did not make me feel intimidated. About two months ago, my friend read about the new cigar shop in town opening up. I am a big fan of cigars, and I am always on a lookout for my "new" shop. And I can say, that the search is over. The Cigar and Lounge is without a doubt a 5 star establishment. Demian and Big Mike are very knowledgeable about their craft and the prices are more than competitive. In the age when you can have cigars delivered to your house for short money, a smoker is looking for that extra thing and Cigar and Lounge offers that. The shop maintains a clean appearance and the leather couches and chairs offers that extra something to enjoy the atmosphere. Fantastic shop and lounge. Damien is extremely knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to cigars, and is also a really nice, personable guy to talk to. The seating area has very nice, very clean chairs and a couch along with a multitude of video game consoles, a large HDTV, and a sound system. I cannot say enough about this place, and one would have to stop by to see how great it is for themselves. Definitely worth a trip out of the city. I have been to many different shops around Boston, and while this has a reasonably sized selection, the atmosphere makes up for anything this place may lack. They also are dedicated to bringing in many new and old brands to expand their selection, and are knowledgeable and passionate about every cigar they sell. read more

Best Cigar Lounge I have ever been to! I've been coming here for several months now, on a weekly basis, and it is the best place I can think of to go and relax. The owners Damien and Big Mike are super friendly, and have an answer to every question you might have about any smoke in their humidor and most that aren't. Its so easy to get lost in conversation with not only them but the other patrons, seems like everyone knows you after only a few visits, and its fantastic. The whole place almost feels closer to a living room with friends than just another business. Never felt out of place, or lacking in knowledge like I have felt at some other cigar establishments, just great cigars with out the pretentious feel. Honestly, if you're looking for somewhere to go smoke and relax, while not paying an arm and a leg(nor feeling out of place) this is where you want to go. They also probably have one of the best cigar selections around as well! read more

The worst place ever !!! BIG HEALTH HAZARD....The owners are so stingy to the point that they are not even willing to turn the ventilator on. All the smoke stays inside the shop and starts seeping into the upper apartments. The amazing part is that Mike (one of the owners) lies about it and he claims that the vent is on when that is not the case. I reside in the apartment located on the top of the cigar lounge, I have complained many times, yet it feels like I am talking to an animal who does not understand English. I have brought up the issue numerous times over a period of a year with the Chief Environmental Officer, Kristel Bennett, at the Watertown City Hall. Yet, she avoided me and refused to take care of the problem. The problem continued, until one night I could not bear the smell and smoke. I called my landlord and spoke to her. Three days later I GOT A NOTICE OF EVICTION asking me to empty the apartment at the end of the month. So every time you light up a cigar, think about the nuisance that you are causing. Just because you don't care about your lungs, it does not mean that everyone else does not. read more
